My beautiful 6-year-old gelding, dark bay sports horse, who I have owned since he was just 2 years old.
He has a green passport and was professionally broken in at 4. He has since had time turned away to mature as he was a slow grower, and has now just been restarted and is progressing nicely.
He is a real blank canvas for someone to put their own stamp on. He’s
now back in work and he has three lovely paces, is flashy and athletic, and has all the potential to make a fantastic competition or showing horse.
He has an Appaloosa dam/sports horse sire and Sir Shutterfly as his grandfather and looks a lot like him. Sir Shutterfly is a well-known name worth a Google if you’re interested in his pedigree.u
He is a very loving boy who absolutely loves his cuddles and is a real sweetheart to have around. He is good for the dentist, physio, clipping and boxing, and comes to call. He is hacking alone or in company.
He’s currently has two front shoes on 5-6 week cycle.
He would ideally suit a lightweight adult or confident teenager looking for a young horse to produce and develop. I genuinely believe he has a very exciting future ahead of him and could potentially excel in showing or competition.
He is a young, green horse with limited experience and needs a confident, experienced rider who is willing to continue his education correctly. This is reflected in the price
He’s never reared or bucked and loves a job.
The reason for sale is absolutely no reflection on him. Sadly, he is just not going to be the weight carrier I need, and I have had to make the incredibly difficult decision to find him a more suitable home.
I have had him since he was 2, so this is not a sale I am taking lightly. Finding the right home is far more important to me than a quick sale.
🏡 Experienced homes only.
❌ No novices or inexperienced homes.
❌ No timewasters, please.
I want him to go to someone who will see his potential, give him the time and education he needs, and hopefully enjoy bringing him on as much as I have.
