Uricas van de Kattervennen was one of the most successful Grand Prix showjumpers on the circuit under Harrie Smoulders and represented the Netherlands in the Olympics.

On the dam side he is by Cabachon a Grand Prix stallion by the incredible Casall who is ranked as the 14th best sire in the world for showjumping. Also included on his dam sides blood line is the Grand Prix stallion Lagrain.
