Worzel is the sort of horse who very rarely comes on the market. A genuinely talented, kind and incredibly versatile horse, he is very sadly available to a new family after 8 wonderful years with his current family, who have made the difficult decision due to having started a family and no longer having the time he deserves. We actually brought Worzel over from Ireland 8 years ago and he has genuinely never put a foot wrong. I wish we could clone him.

Worzel is a talented horse who makes everything feel easy. He is wonderfully genuine, sensible and fills his rider with confidence while still having plenty of ability and scope to go out and be competitive.
His flatwork is lovely, with established changes, and he is equally happy working in the arena or heading out for a day’s adventure.
Over a fence, he is incredibly confidence-giving and doesn’t bat an eyelid at fillers or solid fences. He has previously jumped to 1.10m and has the ability to do considerably more.
What makes Worzel particularly special, though, is his attitude. He is just as happy going out hunting or competing as he is enjoying a quieter life of hacking, dressage and having fun with his rider.
After 8 years together, this is an understandably difficult sale for his owner. Finding Worzel the right family is very important. He will only go to someone who will appreciate just how special he is and enjoy everything he has to offer.
