8yo Dapple Grey Connemara
Hugo is a very special, talented Connemara who I have owned since he was 3, having bought him directly from Cavan, Ireland. I got him when I was 13.
Completely backed , brought on and produced by myself .
Hugo has fantastic class 1 breeding , sired by the talented Ross Fear Bui ,
He has competed successfully in showjumping up to 1m and has jumped 120cm Somerford Park XC fences first time, showing his incredible bravery, scope and attitude.

Hugo has had a quieter few years as, sadly,no bs as out of ponies ,and college commitments meant he hasn’t been my priority. GCSE and other life commitments. Horse box problems etc. He is now fit and ready to go, and I feel he is ready for someone who can give him the time and opportunities he deserves.
I feel Hugo would be an exceptional event pony. He has incredible stamina and is unbelievably brave, particularly across country. He has so much ability and I genuinely don’t feel he has reached his full potential yet.
He is lovely to ride and already established in his work. He is best suited to a competent, confident rider. He can be strong in fields and open spaces, so he needs a quiet rider who is happy to take the time to build a bond and develop a strong partnership with him.
This is a very hard sale having owned Hugo since he was 3, so finding the right home is extremely important. 5⭐️ knowledgeable and experienced home essential.
