14.2 traditional black cob gelding 4 year old

This has been a hard decision to make to sell are beautiful boy Theo.

Theo is a beautiful boy with loads of feather, plenty of bone and the loveliest kind nature he is wonderful cobs like him don’t come along that often definitely a yard favourite.

Despite his age, Theo is a sensible steady type and is much more a kick-along steady ride rather than forward going. He is a lovely level - headed young horse who enjoys to be with people and enjoys hacking and been fussed with.

He hacks out alone and in company. He has seen cars, bikes, heavy farm machinery, dogs cattle and takes them all in his stride. He is good with all horse mares and geldings very gentle and kind.

He has been to the beach loads and travels lovely.

Theo is very green in the school due to his age and stage of his education. He is still learning and needs someone who is happy to continue his schooling and bring him on. For this reason he wouldn’t be suitable for a complete novice despite his steady nature. He stands lovely at the mountain block for his rider.

On the ground Theo is an absolute sweetheart he is happy to stand tied, loves being groomed and fussed with can be brushed all over good having bath and feathers washed good with fly spray etc. He is good for the dentist, vet, farrier, he is currently barefoot with nice strong feet.

Theo has a fantastic temperament and is a really genuine young horse with lots of potential in the right hands. He will make a brilliant happy hacker/family cob/do well in show ring.

He is only 4 so looking for a confident kind experience home that understands young horses and can continue his education. Cobs like this don’t come along very often. Includes tack and light weight rugs.
