Flowers – 16.2hh Rising 6-Year-Old Gelding
Beautiful 16.2/3hh gelding by Enaghan Cavalier Clover, out of an Irish Draught mare, with a white Irish passport.
I have owned Flowers since he was a rising three-year-old, so his full history is known. He has been carefully and sympathetically produced, never rushed, and has had plenty of time to mature.
He has been professionally produced and has experience at Somerford Park, including hacking, farm rides, cross-country schooling and working in a busy environment.
Flowers has taken to show jumping extremely well and has also been cross-country schooling, including jumping in and out of water. He is athletic, brave and has a lovely attitude to new experiences.
Flowers would make an exciting prospect for someone looking for a quality young horse to take hunting this season. He hacks alone or in company, is sensible and willing, and hunting would provide lovely preparation for next year’s eventing season, as I genuinely believe this is where this young horse will excel.
He is a lovely horse to have around: good to clip, good for the farrier, easy to load, stands quietly on the lorry and has excellent manners.
Flowers is a very attractive, quality young horse with three good paces and plenty of potential.
Sale is only due to my decision to step away from horses following the heartbreaking loss of my heart horse. Finding him the right experienced, five-star home is extremely important to me.
A genuinely special horse with an exciting future ahead of him.
