ZIGGY
15.3/16hh - 5yo - mare
A lovely, athletic young mare who genuinely oozes potential and has all the attributes to make a very exciting competition horse.
Ziggy is a super scopey, careful mare with plenty of quality and a fantastic attitude towards her work. She has three elegant paces on the flat, moves well and has plenty of athleticism and engine to progress through the levels.
She is bold and genuine across country, confidently jumping solid fences and taking on new questions without hesitation. She is equally careful and willing over showjumps, with plenty of scope and a lovely technique. She has never said no to anything asked of her and really enjoys her job.
Ziggy has been to Somerford Park, where she was sensible and took everything in her stride. She didn’t get fizzy or overwhelmed in a new environment, although she is keen and enthusiastic to a fence. She was bold through the water complex and showed a lovely attitude throughout.
She has also attended arena hires, where she has been equally careful and impressive, showing plenty of scope and a genuine willingness to work.
She is good to hack alone or in company and good in traffic. She loads and travels well and is up to date with her vaccinations and dentist.
Ziggy is a lovely young horse with a great future ahead of her. She would be an exciting prospect for someone looking for a talented horse to produce further, develop and put their own stamp on.
With her scope, athleticism, bold attitude and willingness to learn, we feel she has all the attributes to make a very successful event horse, while equally having the quality and ability to excel in other disciplines.
