The wonderful Spud (aka Silverlinings Touch of Class) has been with us for 3 years and seen both children through their competition days on ponies, having successfully competed at SJ, PC & Eventing during his time with us. He absolutely loves people, will follow you around all day like a puppy (!). Yet at the same time, he is a really classy competition pony who excels at SJ and XC, and will do a nice dressage test in low 30s. We bought him originally as a safe, fun confidence builder for my daughter who had come off a pony who had bolted with her & was very nervous at the time, and he has happily turned his hoof to anything asked of him. He has competed very successfully over the last 3 years; the first two years in BS and then this season eventing at BE90. Safe; very easy to do in all aspects. Will pop round 90cm and 1m courses all day long and has competed at all of the major SJ venues indoors and outdoors during his time with us. Well schooled on the flat; straightforward ride; forward but not whizzy. He will happily teach a child who is currently jumping smaller who wants to step up to become more competitive around 80cm / 90cm / 1m level.

Spuddy absolutely adores people and loves having his own special person to bond with. He’s been a wonderful member of our family; very reluctantly for sale now as our children are out of ponies. He is sadly too young to keep without a proper job to do. A loving home is paramount as we adore this gorgeous boy.

Will suit a happy horsey competitive family home with a child that likes to jump but also have a varied life and one who loves spending time their pony! He will bring lots of rosettes as well as being a best friend to his next lucky young rider.

No vices; doesn't buck, rear, bolt etc. Easy to travel, clip, shoe, load, stayaway shows etc.
