❤️ Temperament and handling
Calypso is a genuinely lovely character. She is brave, curious, affectionate and extremely friendly, with an excellent attitude towards people.
She leads well and has good manners on the ground. She is easy to groom, happy to tie up and straightforward with the farrier, including having all four feet handled.
She accepts rugs and is accustomed to normal youngstock routines. She is still learning about water, as you would expect from a youngster.
🌱 Health and management
She is thriving, regularly turned out and raised with plenty of grass, hay and haylage, together with an appropriate youngstock mix.
She is microchipped, vaccinated and up to date with worming, with regular farrier care.
🏆 A real all-round prospect
Morgan horses are renowned for being intelligent, brave, athletic, willing and exceptionally versatile. They compete in disciplines ranging from dressage, eventing and show jumping to endurance, Western disciplines, competitive trail and working equitation, as well as being particularly successful in driving and breed showing.
Calypso has the temperament and potential to become a fantastic all-round riding or competition horse, with the added attraction of an excellent purebred pedigree.
She is, of course, still a baby and has not been started under saddle. She is being offered as a young horse for someone who wants to develop her gradually and correctly.
A very special Morgan with an exceptional character.
