Strikling 9-year-old

Quainton Forty Five

(Grand Sire Cornet Oblensky X Dam Sire Toulon) 17hh Gelding

Beautiful confirmation with good x-rays (from 2 years ago) and the best of showjumping breeding. ‘Cornet Oblensky’ known for dominating modern showjumping genetics for his power and performance and ‘Toulon’ who has produced 120 horses at 1.60 level

Having started late, he has been quietly and sympathetically produced, successfully jumping internationally up to 1.40 level, with scope to progress further.

He is a genuine young rider prospect, showing ability to jump ranking classes / area trials. Was placed nearly every time out during his last visit overseas.

Careful, genuine and clever, what makes him special is that he has not been overproduced or rushed so he retains enthusiasm and a great attitude in the ring.

Good technique and very neat over a fence. Has previously been ridden and competed by a small lightweight girl as well as a man.

With an easy temperament and a joy to have on the yard, good to load, clip, shoe and hack.

With all the looks, talent and attitude to make him a great prospect for the future.

Genuine reason for sale.
