❤️The Best and Most Exceptional 1st/2nd Pony and Starter Competition Pony❤️
Gary is a 128cm / 12.2hh, 10 year old Welsh Section B gelding who has taken my 8 year old daughter from her first pony after loosing her confidence to excelling and progressing through the ranks of Pony Club, Junior Academy and BS. He is the ultimate confidence giving pony .
Gary has an impeccable CV. He has been the most genuine confidence giver and is a true first ridden pony and so much more.
He has attended Pony Club rallies in all spheres, been an active member and competed in an abundance of unaffiliated showjumping competitions, NSEA, Hickstead Sunshine Tour, Edenbridge and Oxted County Show. He has taken my daughter from 40cm to 90cm classes comfortably and has also competed in BS Stepping Stones. He is a fantastic, safe and honest starter pony for BS. Placed at Hickstead 2026 in the 70cm showjumping class.
He also excels in the show ring and has achieved numerous qualifications in first ridden classes across the county, winning Supreme Champion on several occasions. He really has made so many dreams come true for our family. He moves so beautifully, and everyone admires him wherever he goes. He carries himself in a lovely outline and has lovely, comfortable paces for a child to gain confidence and balance.
Gary has also excelled at dressage. On many occasions, he and my little girl have triumphed over all the adults competing in the same classes.
Gary is a saint, whether ridden alone or in company, and is a child’s best friend. He regularly attends group lessons and clinics in all activities, from flatwork and games to showjumping and XC, hunter trials. He is a saint for a child to look after and handle in every respect.
We have attended cross country clinics, and again, he has looked after my daughter every time and has never become strong, even in big groups. He is a real schoolmaster and loves the XC fences and the water. He is as bombproof as you will find and hasn’t a bad bone in his body.
Gary has taken part in fancy dress, Christmas sponsored hacks and charity rides, and has always behaved like the perfect gentleman he is. We couldn’t have asked for a better confidence giver for our daughter.
He has no vices and is heartbreakingly for sale as my daughter now has a speedier, sharper BS pony.
We are devastated as a family to sell him, but unfortunately, we cannot keep more than one pony for my daughter on livery.
