Gideon II — 15yo 16.2hh Gelding

A very exciting opportunity to acquire Gideon II, a hugely experienced 4* event horse with a vast competition record.

Gideon has competed at a huge amount of international events—with notable highlights including Bramham 4*L and European Championships.

In the last couple of years he has been enjoyed at the lower levels by a young rider, giving him valuable experience as a schoolmaster.

Although he has an impressive eventing CV, Gideon has all the qualities to make a fantastic pure dressage horse. He has three beautiful, expressive paces, correctly established changes and a real talent for progression. His quality of movement and established training give him enormous potential to develop a successful second career in the dressage arena.

Away from competition, Gideon is a pleasure to have around. He is extremely well handled, straightforward on the ground and travels exceptionally well. His wealth of experience means he is confident and accustomed to the demands of travelling and competing.

A rare opportunity to acquire a horse with top-level eventing experience, proven competition form and genuine dressage potential. He would be an exciting prospect for someone looking for a talented horse to enjoy, whether continuing his eventing career or taking him into pure dressage.

Serious enquiries welcome.
