Milo is the most genuine, lovely, safe and steady 8-year-old full-up 13.2h Pony Club pony. We have owned him since he was three and so this is not an easy ad to write.

He’s done a bit of everything - always in a snaffle - PC rallies and camp (day and residential), AE, XC (loves the water and not bothered by ditches, steps or anything else really), SJ, dressage and ODEs. Happily jumping courses up to 70cm and training at 80cm at home, but equally happy to step right back down and trot over cross-poles with a nervous or novice rider. He’s also been used on the lead rein for a nervous child and ridden by our children’s non-riding friends. He is more woah than go.

Hacks alone and in company, safe in open spaces and unfazed if others leave him. Never bucked, reared or bolted and no vices.

Handled entirely by a 12-year-old girl. Easy to catch (comes to call), load, bath, groom and tack up. Easy in the stable and happy living in or out. He’s always been the sweetest pony, quite content to have children clambering all over him.

Well bred (green passport name Maestegeirian Axton Myles) and successfully shown in-hand as a youngster. We’ve always thought he could make a lovely WHP, but showing isn’t our thing.

A typical food-loving pony, but so kind, genuine and straightforward. A real confidence-giver who is great fun and will have a go at everything.
