15.3hh | 6-year-old (2020) | Bay Gelding | Connemara X

A versatile little unicorn with the talent, attitude and temperament to be a serious BE/BS contender.

Rupert combines classic Connemara breeding with Thoroughbred blood through his maternal line, bringing together a compact, well-made frame with the speed and length of stride to make him a seriously exciting Event horse.

Brave, careful and blessed with a fantastic work ethic, Rupert has all the foundations firmly established. He has competed at British Novice on a ticket and in UA ODEs, and is schooling over Novice cross-country fences and lines at home.

Rupert could be a particularly exciting U18/U21 Event horse, offering a competitive young rider the opportunity to produce a talented horse and progress quickly up the levels. He would equally suit a small adult looking for a smart, scopey and versatile competition partner.

Rupert’s appeal extends well beyond his talent. He has an outstanding temperament, is snaffle-mouthed in all disciplines, exceptionally easy on the ground, loads and travels brilliantly, and is super to hack alone and in company. Clean, straight and well put together, he offers an appealing combination of athleticism, rideability and practicality.

Rupert turns heads wherever he goes. Fit, ready and raring to go, he is looking for his next competitive partner for a winter of winning.
