On behalf of a client, I have the lovely Gemma for sale. She’s got the most lovely nature (not your typical chestnut mare to be around)

She’s an absolute pleasure to handle and be around, she’s been here on my yard on full livery for 18 months and is one of the politest horses to handle. Shes for sale due to no fault of her own but her jockey loosing interest in horses to go to college. For this reason she’s not done a lot at all for the last 3 months so is being sold out of work from the field. However she is absolutely open to be sat on for a viewing as she’s great to bring back into work. She’s recently been sat on by a couple of people and solo hacked, taken them into the field and also shown them her walk trot and canter in the school. She needs her muscle built back up so please understand that this horse is not in perfect fitness currently and needs some work to produce her schooling abilities and bring her back to her best potential. Her canter is weak due to lack of work so this the element that’ll need the most work.

She would make a fantastic all rounder, with some consistent schooling, she’s make a fantastic dressage/showjumping or cross country horse for sure. Shes been ridden by a 14/15 year old girl for the last 18 months.

Shes great in open spaces and good with traffic both solo or in company. The majority of her work has been solo for the last 18 months. So this is one of her strengths.

Good for farrier/vet/dentist and fully up to date with everything.

She has unfortunately just failed a vetting post flexion tests due to mild lameness but after then being ridden was totally sound and has since had a vetphysio take a look and she was totally sound and we have a report to support this. Price has been adjusted to reflect this.

Tack included for the right price including a lovely prestige jump saddle and le Meuix bridle.
