Koby is a stunning black Traditional Gypsy Cob (registered with the BHS and TGCA). He has excellent conformation, a fabulous mane, tail and 4 white feathers, and bags of presence. He is a real head-turner who naturally catches everyone’s eye wherever he goes.

A genuine, sensible and much-loved pony, Koby has been ridden and produced at home. He is snaffle-mouthed, naturally works in an outline and is nicely adjustable to his rider. He would suit a smaller or novice rider looking for a confidence-giving partner, while also having enough quality and ability to be enjoyed by a more experienced teenager or small adult. He has also been introduced to jumping.

We have owned Koby since a foal and he has been well exposed to a variety of environments competing in affiliated dressage. He takes everything in his stride and behaves impeccably throughout.

With his beautiful traditional type, quality and excellent conformation, Koby has all the attributes to make an exciting prospect for the SEIB Traditional Gypsy Cob HOYS classes. With further production, he has the potential to become a serious contender in the show ring.

Away from the spotlight, Koby is a firm yard favourite with a lovely, genuine temperament. He is good to catch, shoe, load and clip, and is well behaved with the vet. He hacks happily alone or in company and is good in open spaces.

Koby is a genuinely special pony who combines looks, quality, temperament and untapped potential. This is a sad sale, and we would love to find him a five-star home where he will be loved as much as he is here and given every opportunity to continue thriving and fulfil his considerable potential.
