Nirvana (Narla) – 15.3hh, 7-Year-Old Bay Mare
Narla is a lovely 15.3hh, 7-year-old Thoroughbred x Hanoverian mare with an athletic build, a kind temperament and plenty of potential.
Her grandsire, Medoc, was a Grand Prix dressage horse, and Narla has inherited some lovely natural movement and ability.
Narla enjoys hacking, particularly with company, and is happy in the woods, open spaces and around traffic. She has a lovely, athletic jump and good basic schooling on the flat. She is also polite and easy to handle on the ground.
I bought Narla for my 14-year-old daughter as she was moving on from ponies to horses. My daughter has taken her to a show and cross-country, and Narla was an absolute dream! We have really enjoyed our time with her.
Unfortunately, having made the transition from ponies to horses, we have realised that my daughter needs a more established, experienced horse to give her the confidence and support she needs at this stage.
This decision is absolutely no reflection on Narla, and she is not being sold due to any fault of her own. She is a lovely mare who deserves a home where an experienced, confident rider can continue her education and help her fulfil her potential.
Narla is still green and would suit a kind, patient and experienced rider who can offer her consistency and reassurance. She can occasionally need a little confidence from her rider, so she would not be suitable for a nervous or inexperienced rider.
With the right person, Narla has the potential to make someone a super little horse and a rewarding prospect to bring on.
