This super brave, forgiving, well bred mare, will take any rider to the fence. She works nicely on the flat, very genuine, will jump off any stride, help the rider out, and never holds a grudge if the rider gets it wrong.
Has a solid seniors BS record as a Silver League horse, and now a recent CSI1* outing with a junior rider at Chepstow in the Bronze Tour, ranking 14th of 180 in their first international class together. With her 15 year old jockey, her International and Hickstead outings have brought top 15 placings in their first senior classes together including Hickstead Derby Week (4th and 10th) in senior classes of 180+, after Chepstow April (10th, 2nd) in their first Senior Newcomers together. She turns on a sixpence and is very competitive!
A point and shoot confidence-giving type, she would make a competitive starter horse for a child/teen wanting to come off ponies early, but also a lovely showjumper for a small adult rider, a Children on Horses ride, or could be re measured for a junior and would definitely then be a top track HOYS contender. Still has two FEI measures available.
Our junior rider loves jumping her in the ring but is finding it tricky to toggle between this lovely girl and a 'number one' big 17hh sharp, sensitive type. Polar opposite riding styles are needed and this mare deserves to be someone's number one ride. So its time to find someone who isn't style-flexing and who loves her for her, not just because she delivers in the ring. She's the most reliable straightforward one I have bought yet.
Good to hack, load, clip and with dentist and farrier. Calm and super sweet to handle, even for a child. Not marish or tricky (except when she is walking around the far corner of the Polo Arena horse walkway at Hickstead!). Very clean in the stable. No known medical issues and good X-rays from Aug 2025. Comes with decent rug wardrobe and Dyon bridle. Bespoke Stubben saddle can be negotiated separately.
