Molly (Omars Lass) is a 15-year-old, small 16hh Irish bay mare who has been in the same home for the past eight years. She is an exceptionally lovely mare to have around and a pleasure to own, both at home and away at competitions.

She hacks alone or in company, happily taking on roads, fields and everything in between. She is completely traffic-proof and is easy to travel with and manage away from home.

Molly has evented at British Eventing level for the past seven years, accumulating 47 BE points and competing up to 3*. She has also competed BS up to Newcomers level, enjoyed British Riding Club activities and had some fantastic days out hunting with the Belvoir and Quorn.SD

Molly absolutely loves to jump and was bred for showjumping, and is brave, genuine, and incredibly honest cross country. A real pocket rocket, she is forward-going, enthusiastic and has a lovely attitude towards her work. She would suit an experienced, confident rider looking for a fun, competitive partner with plenty of ability and character.

Following a change in rider circumstances, we made the decision to put Molly in foal in 2025. She foaled in June 2026, with the decision made purely because we would have loved to breed a little ‘mini Molly’ of our own, given her wonderful temperament. This was not due to any injury or soundness issue. She is now back in work, with outings planned over the coming weeks.

Having given us so much over the years, Molly is now looking for a slightly less competitive home where she can continue to enjoy her work and be someone’s much-loved partner. She would be ideal for an experienced teenager or adult looking for a genuine, established horse for Pony Club, TET, Riding Club and lower-level eventing, with the experience and ability to make someone’s ambitions a reality.

This is a very sad sale of a much-loved mare who has so much more to give. We are looking for a knowledgeable, loving home where she will be appreciated for the special horse, she is, rather than simply being sold on to the next competitive home.

A very special mare looking for her next best friend.
