Ghost is a handsome black Welsh Section D gelding with a lovely, affectionate nature. He is a genuine, sociable boy who enjoys attention and being around people. Primarily a driving horse, Ghost has been driven in both a trap and cart and is very good out on the roads, including busy roads. He has also been backed.

Ghost has been around children and dogs and has the temperament to make a lovely addition to the right family. Like many Welsh Ds, he can be a little cheeky and have his own opinions, but once he builds trust with his person, he is a very good boy. He responds particularly well to voice aids and enjoys having a relationship with his handler.

He is very sociable and loves the company of other horses, so a home where he has equine companionship is important to him. He is good for the farrier and stands well.

Ghost has one eye, with his right eye having been removed as a foal following an accident and subsequent infection. He has adapted extremely well and manages happily with one eye. He can be sensitive to sounds and occasionally distracted by noises, but responds well to being spoken to and reassured.
