• Heartbreaking sale of the loveliest girl

A heartbreaking sale for this genuinely lovely mare, who deserves a home where she has a job to enjoy and someone to call her own.

* 7-year-old, 13hh Welsh Section C mare
* Sired by Donys Highwayman
* Full recorded breeding
* Beautiful stamp, with four white socks and a white face
* Lovely temperament and a real yard favourite

Originally bought with the intention of producing, we have ultimately come to realise that life in the school isn’t what she wants. We would much rather find her a home where she can enjoy a quieter life doing what she loves.

She would make a lovely happy hacker for a small adult, or equally has the breeding to make an exciting potential broodmare.

Under saddle, she is an enjoyable and trustworthy low-level hack. She is happy to be brought in from the field once a week for a leisurely ride or equally enjoys being stabled overnight and hacked out every evening. She will happily hack alone or in company, although can occasionally be a little nappy when alone, but does work through this.

She can have the occasional moment of being a typical Welsh, but these are few and far between and she is generally a straightforward, pleasant mare to have around.

Her personality is what makes her so special. She absolutely loves a pamper, is always looking for a cuddle and is the sort of horse who quickly becomes everyone’s favourite on the yard.

She has previously experienced gastric ulcers, something we are completely open and happy to discuss with any genuine enquiries.

This is a sale very much based on finding the right home rather than the next home. We want her to be happy, loved and enjoy whatever comes next. We are more than happy to answer any questions and be completely open about her history.

A lovely little mare with plenty to offer the right person. ❤️
