Vinnie is a striking 7-year-old British-bred warmblood gelding with an outstanding pedigree, combining the bloodlines of Caretino Glory and Calvaro Z. Carefully produced by an amateur lady rider since he was four, he’s not only beautifully trained but also a pleasure to have on the yard.

Vinnie has a wonderfully kind temperament and a positive, willing attitude. He’s straightforward, rideable, and always tries his best — a true partner both in and out of the ring.

Currently competing successfully at Foxhunter level, he’s proving to have the scope, brain, and rideability for bigger classes. In just four outings with us, he has jumped four double clears and placed in all of them — 2nd, 3rd, 6th, and 6th. He’s already qualified for 1.05m, 1.15m, and Newcomers 2025, and is well on his way to qualifying for Foxhunter 2026.

Vinnie is easy to manage at home and away, hacks out sensibly, and is ridden in a snaffle. He has also enjoyed some cross-country schooling, showing a natural enthusiasm and confidence over varied fences.

This is a genuine and very sad sale. Vinnie would be equally suited to a competitive amateur looking to move up the levels or a home wanting a quality, trainable horse to develop further.
