Full season of PC pony racing which she excelled at!
Excellent hack alone/company
Been super successful Cotswold Cup (70) in previous home.
Solid to shoe, bath, travel clip and has been a mega pony for us… she taught Coco how to really ride. She’s not for a “fluffy” child and needs a child who wants it. Typical Welsh and can be “looky” but never acts on it.
Can be strong to hunt and galloping in groups as likes to be first and win! Won’t jump around 70cm without a serious push so she’s not suitable for a SJ home or a first pony, but a definite 1.5 pony! Would be a great PC/hack/race/games.
Never reared, bucked or spun, but can nash her teeth when tacked up and is a typical mare to groom (hates the fuss!) we just hose her and she’s fine. To clip you just need to get on with it as once the clippers are on her she’s fine… just likes to fall apart when they are first turned on.
Just had new shoes, vaccines and teeth done
Was scoped for ulcers and she’s negative so it’s just she’s sensitive to tack up.
Turns out alone or in company
Home is priority
I’ve personally known/ followed this combination and it’s fair the say when the child got her she was coming off of a FYFR golden saint of a Shetland. Child was tiny and only had trust/ confidence in that Shetland. So this pony really had to hold her hand while she found her feet and stepped up.
