  • Would suit a confident rider, who wanted to go out and compete.

Current client has owned for roughly 8 months. Came with a DC reference for a wobbly just off the lead rein child. While in the school has dropped a shoulder however with more confident child hasn’t. She has not done that here.

Went to Chard today and did jump round clear she’s currently rusty and would need sending forward round at the odd fence. Video available. The potential to be an excellent pony club pony. However not suitable for current clients child. There’s no malice in her but she would be brighter than lead to believe. I would not describe her as a kick along like below however this may change when in full competition calendar mode. More responsive than whizzy

12.2 8-year-old grey mare
This 2nd pony would suit a confident rider, who wanted to go out and compete. Edna has;
- NSEA dressage & SJ
- PC rallies and camp
- Arena eventing and XC
- Mounted games
- Hunting
- WHP
Edna is a lovely little Welsh section A part bred. She is very kind and gentle for children to handle, good for the farrier (barefoot), dentist, clipping, and loading in the trailer/box and will stand quietly at competitions. She can live in or out, is great to hack and in traffic, currently lives on a working farm, and we can lead her or lead from her.
She has a highly trainable attitude and is a really sweet pony, more kick-along, and she has never bucked, reared, or bolted with us. We haven’t done much competing with her, but in her previous home, she was out most weekends and competed at Hickstead twice for the NSEA SJ finals. She goes very nicely on the flat and works in an outline and has flowing paces.

We are selling her because our 7-year-old is just coming off the lead rein, and Edna has very infrequently dropped a shoulder proving too much for our nervous daughter. Lucy has, however, done loads of hacking and cantering in the woods and mounted games with her. Edna isn’t fazed by any of the mounted game equipment. (photos are of a 9-year old on Edna)

£4,500 a quick sale is a must due to unsuitability of pony.

Previously done a bit of everything including a small amount of pony club.

Qualified Cats and Pipes

Double clears Stepping Stones and Springboards.

Undoubtedly a top 10 under pony however proving too strong for small 7 year old currently in the ring.

Point and go pony. Doesn’t look at a thing.

Safe enough for 5 year old kiki to ride and jump.

Absolutely a XC machine! Would hunt with an ambitious kid.

Not for a flappy parent as he has character-

Beautiful standard Shetland

Wildways Jupiter (Pebbles)

Register Shetland pony, Gelding (2017).

The time has come to find Pebbles a new home. For the last two years he has predominantly been on the lead rein. Has been shown at local agricultural shows with great results and goes hacking happily on his own in fields and country lanes. Good with farm machinery.

Pebbles has had enough of being on the lead rein and is now looking for a confident jockey to go and have some fun with. With a more competent rider, he would go on to do well in ridden classes as he does have good paces and a presence about him. Has previously jumped.

He can be a typical Shetland. When he’s had enough of doing something, he will tell you. For example, can be happy on the lunge one minute then decides to tank off (videos with Kobi doing this ). Hence he is not suitable for a tiny tot to do lead rein.

Good for farrier and dentist. Good to clip.

Not so good with vets.

12.2 Welsh B 17 year old Bay Mare

This beautiful little mare has done a bit of everything. She’s a perfect lead rein for my 5 year old daughter, a first ridden for my beginner son and competition pony for a a friends 9 year old. She has done PC, Camp, DR, SJ, XC, ODE, beach rides, SHP, WHP. She will literally do anything. She absolutely loves jumping and isn’t at all spooky. Happy with troughs, ditches, fillers, she jumps the most random of things when my daughter gets creative. She’s great on the road and in open spaces

This summer she won…
?? Bicton Mini Champs LR Team 40cm Double Clear
??Bicton Mini Champs Team 50cm with another Double Clear
??Wylye Valley Mini LR ODE, she has beautiful paces so gets great dressage scores

She is barefoot and great for the farrier, easy to clip, has to be sedated for the dentist but is all up to date. She loves people and is super friendly but not keen on other ponies because she was hand-reared so she likes her space and wears a red ribbon out competing and at rallies. We have never found it a problem

Loads of pic and video available, she will only go to the best home

She’s for sale because my son doesn’t want to ride at all anymore and my 5 year old is far too small on her. Great pony and if my daughter was older we would absolutely keep her

Milford Emperor

May measure in as 133cms. 7 years old.
Was backed and produced by current home. Bought straight from breeder as a 3 year old.

Good points
•He’s a lovely nature really friendly and cheeky chap.
Good to have mane and tail pulled, trimmed and brushed.
•washing he wriggles a bit
•Good to hack alone and in company, can get more excited on fun rides but better if in consistent work.
•He’s got lots of untapped potential, he taught my son to jump, he was his second pony after Welsh section A whose limit was 50cm. He’s jumped clear over 60 and 70cm courses and trained over 80 and 90. He is still green and a bit unbalanced particularly on the right rein.
•Good at a show, doesn’t get excited etc, can leave on the lorry. (He’s more tricky if you take with another if he needs to be left on the lorry and would make a fuss).
•He thrives off consistent work and regular lessons and clinics.

Bad points
•can be pushy on the ground, can pull you off the ramp when loading, if he’s in that mood I pop the bridle on and attach the rope to the bit then he knows he can’t pull you off the ramp.
•not good to clip, managed to do a strip under his neck but he wriggles. I’m sure he would be fine with sedation, he’s not a sweaty pony so I haven’t gone down this route.
•Can have a buck when excited and when coming out of water if trotted or cantered through. My son can sit the bucks.
•can on occasion have a nappy moment, mostly heading back to the collecting ring during show jumping. Can sometimes be nappy going away from others XC.
•Can run past jumps if not ridden between hand and leg, no dirty stops you know he’s going past way out.

Since being with us and having a good tack change he hasn’t bucked.

He hasn’t attempted to run out and is very bold, brave and genuine to a fence. Personally again a bit change was needed. I think the pony was more in charge than the child.
Hasn’t shown any signs of nappiness.

His brain is working here where previously he was with a boy that maybe wasn’t quite ready for him? Produced from a 3 year old.

Competition pony through and through. Fabulous potential as a nursery stakes and even plaited 133cms. Never says no to any fence.

Will be competed and cracked on with here and will not take long to have the pony set up and ready

Home is upmost priority to owner.

AVAILABLE TO LEASE

Sadly re available

5th in a very fast and competitive FLEDGLINGS 128cm/138cms HANDICAP CHAMPIONSHIP last week.

Qualified Springboards 2025.

Would be a super contender for Stepping Stones final as well.

Numerous wins and double clears Upto 1m however she is an out and out 90 pony and pushing it at 1m.

Super fun and competitive.

Hasn’t worked out with current jockey due to being so small and not holding the front end.

The mare wants to jump and win and is not a stopper.

Comes with references from current owners and previous owners.

She is super easy but Not for a flakey parent.

Does need a settling in period. There is no malice in the mare but she has reared going one arena to the next. We get around this by trotting her into the arena. She doesn’t like being led. We have had no issues with her.

Misty is by no means perfect 100% of the time but for the most part she tries to be.

She’s forgiving, however she will teach a child they can’t always just be a passenger, she will make a child pay for their mistakes if they make the same ones too often .

She’s a bit more push than pull and happy to step up or down. She’s fab on lead rein, with a capableish littl’n would be a real contender in nursery or open WHP etc.

Can fly round a 75cm SJ with ease too. Jumps bigger at home. Good scores and wins prelim dressage with list one judge and novice rider on top. Never affiliated BS or BD as we’re on a small island. She placed well showing in varied classes here with many wins and champs as SHP, WHP and M&M. Both ridden and in hand.

She had a good placing and highest conformation marks against HOYS ponies on our only venture “abroad” both on the flat in WHP. Misty hacks, fancy dress, beach, swims , traffic proof, bin bag proof, dog proof and hunted in previous home.

Tacked up, rugged , groomed, bought in, put out, loaded etc by kids. Never Mareish.

No Lami, lumps , bumps, scars, itches, sarcoids or melanomas.

I’m confident she’d fly through a vetting. And would definitely measure in 122.

Can pull a face in the stable but that’s it.

Dark bay new forest pony! We have owned him for two years and my daughter has done absolutely everything with him! He has been up the gallops and done a pony club racing day, he has recently done pony club riding and road safety test, he has hunted, done fun rides, pony club rallies and beach rides and absolutely loved it! He is such a fun pony to have!

We have also done one day events, show jumping, combined training, workers, arena eventing and dressage!

He is currently 4th in the bs club league from two shows, he has qualified for riding club championships in dressage and combined training, and he has qualified for Aintree in arena eventing!

He is a fantastic pony that is very sadly outgrown as my twelve year old daughter just won’t stop growing

Loves attention, good for everything, kids can catch him, tack him up, get on, crawl underneath him etc

He has an amazing jump and doesn't stop or look at fillers or water trays, never put off by the height of the fence. Came to us with minimal jumping and flys over 1m/1.05m like it's nothing. Has been to plenty of shows now and jumps round nicely. Currently competing upto 80cm but will easily go bigger.

Good in traffic, shoe, clip, catch, load.

Goes well on the flat as he was previously a show pony and has won a dressage test with us but this isn't something we do much of.

Can occasionally put in a buck so would require more than a passenger.

My son is more interested in racing now and my daughter has given up so we no longer have a job for him.

Ridden and jumped by Kiki.
