A stunning 14.2hh 5yo top prospect competition pony, bay Irish Sports Pony gelding (Connemara X) with looks, talent and a lovely character.

He is a real yard favourite, always easy to catch and a pleasure to have around. He rides nicely on the flat, has a willing attitude and enjoys his work. He loves hacking out and is happy exploring both alone and in company.

Recently introduced to jumping, both colour and cross country fences he has shown himself to be very brave, careful and naturally talented, taking everything in his stride. He is proving to be a very exciting prospect with plenty of potential for a competent rider to continue producing.

As he is only 5 years old, he is still green in places and therefore is not suitable as a first pony. He would be ideal for a competent teenager or small adult looking for a genuine young pony to have fun with and compete.

Cruize has been the pony of a lifetime for our daughter, offered for sale with a very heavy heart due to being totally outgrown following a significant growth spurt.

A genuine, kind and talented 138cm all-rounder, he has been an exceptional schoolmaster taking our then novice daughter from first Stepping Stones all the way through the levels to Winters (110cm). He is a real confidence-giver who consistently looks after his rider while remaining competitive and fun to ride. Careful and honest. An absolute school-master to Springboard (1m). Requires a competent, accurate little rider above that, hence sold as a Bronze/Silver League/Competitive PC pony, not Hoys Gold League. Life measured under the new BS system.

BS Name: Amners Hobit. His record shows a period of eliminations earlier this year. This coincided with a joint issue which was identified and treated successfully, which resolved the issue completely. Our daughter also had a confidence wobble at the same time following a serious fall on another pony. Cruize has been going consistently and well since and we will continue to compete him until sold. This is fully reflected in his price.
