Diddles is part of our family and is 100% in every way. He travels in anything and is great at shows. Needs no calmers or hours of working in and is definitely more whoa than go.

He has no Elementary points so is eligible for Prelim Bronze and Quest Prelim and Novice. Works Elementary at home. Knows the youth D and C squad tests off by heart!

He hacks out alone and in company, is 100% in traffic and canters happily in open spaces. He’s done beach rides, showing and would show to a high level. He really has been there and got all the T Shirts!

Holnicote Pretty as a Picture aka Lucy, 6 year old bay British Riding Pony. Lucy is a well put together pony that moves well and is very intelligent. I’ve had her for 2 years in which time she has been lightly backed, done some in hand and ridden shows, ride and leads from my mare meeting a range of traffic and not fussed.

She is still very green as for the last year I’d decided to just keep her as a companion as I like her so much but as the yard has grown it is time to find her her own home with someone who can give her the time and attention she deserves.

Stunning registered Welsh section a gelding 4 year old. LR, FR prospect for next season. He has correct confirmation, clean limbed, no vices or blemishes. 

Recently broken and has started his education on and off the lead rein by my 5 year old and has taken to it excellently with only little encouragement. Also ridden on roads and seen heavy traffic. 

We took him to his first show this weekend which was a big, buzzy county show and he behaved impeccably, not fazed by anything. He even placed 2nd and made the championships! 

So many people stopped and commented on his eye catching looks and overall presence. I have no doubt he will make a perfect child’s pony with some more miles under his belt. Billy has good all round manners, however he is nervous but not nasty and will need a knowledgable home.

Elly is a beautiful and sweet young mare with an exciting future ahead of her.

Elly is beyond her years out hacking. She is straightforward and steady for a nervous/beginner rider, or would equally step it up a gear for an older rider.

Elly has been on lots of hacking adventures including to the beach and on fun rides. She is a pleasure to take out and about. She loads and travels like a dream and is just generally a very laid back little lady.

Elly lives on a working farm and so is not phased by traffic. She’ll hack out on the roads or across fields, alone or in company, first or last, she just goes with the flow!

Elly is green in the school but has an easy, trainable attitude. She has recently started jumping and is very genuine. She lives on the steadier side of life so may not make a speedy jump off pony just yet, but she really tries her best for you and is safe. She is the kind of pony that could go on the lead rein, as a second pony, a teenagers pony, or for an adult.

She is great to handle on the ground in all ways. She practically falls asleep when being clipped, is great for the farrier (shod in front) and can be led around and fussed even by non-horsey kids. She will live in or out, alone or in company.

Elly has a very small splint which does not affect her in any way. She has no other health issues or vices and is up to date with all appointments.

A very genuine and much-loved pony looking for his next knowledgeable home.

We have owned this cheeky little gelding for the past three years, but sadly he is now hopelessly outgrown by my daughter.

He has three lovely, expressive and eye catching paces and a careful, scopey jump. He has successfully competed and won unaffiliated show jumping up to 60cm and is comfortably jumping bigger jumps at home, giving him plenty of potential for show jumping, working hunter and showing. He also works in a lovely outline so would be a great dressage prospect.

He is bold, fast, forward going and confident around a course, loves his jumping and always takes his rider to a fence. He has speed and a big heart. He hacks well, is good to load, shoe and clip and with dentist, and has also happily done lead rein with us both in showing and for hacking..

He is not a first-ridden pony. He is best suited to a confident, gutsy and competent child wanting to progress and have fun in show jumping, dressage or workers. Like many clever Welsh ponies, he can put in the occasional cheeky buck when fresh, so he thrives on regular, varied work and would not suit a nervous or novice rider.

On the ground he has a huge personality. He absolutely loves attention, enjoys being fussed by children and is equally happy around dogs and cats. He can be a little strong to handle at times, so we use a chain headcollar, to which he responds very well.

He can live in or out and is happy in both small and larger herds.

This is a genuinely difficult sale of a much-loved family pony, and finding him the right home is our absolute priority. We would also like first refusal should his new owners ever decide to sell him in the future.

Ruby is a very well-rounded little pony who has been produced to go on and do any job. She attends clinics and arena hires weekly, she has been to the beach, on fun rides and out hunting.

She’s good to load, travel, stand on the box, and occasionally stays over at friends’ yards for sleepovers - settling in nicely wherever she goes.

Ruby lives at home with us on a working farm so is used to farm machinery, quad bikes, cows etc. and is easy to handle on the ground in all ways.

Ruby really shines in her schooling. She is responsive to the aids without being too forward, and beautifully light in the hand. She’s starting to work in a lovely outline which is becoming more consistent each session.

Ruby enjoys her jumping and is showing a lot of promise over SJ and XC fences. Her jumping is a little green due to her age, but she is sweet and straightforward to a fence; she carries a nice rhythm and does not rush or pull. Ruby has a lovely way of going and would be a fabulous workers or event pony.

She hacks alone or in company, but does prefer to have a friend to give her confidence. That being said, her usual hacking route (which she goes on alone) is quite busy and she’s not phased by any of the typical “spooky” things. Shes great in traffic and very sensible in open spaces.

Ruby is a talented pony with such a fun personality to match! I am really going to miss having her on the yard and I would love to stay in touch with her new family.

Neigha has been my son's second pony from his lead rein pony and she has been amazing bringing his riding on and she hacks and is brave as a lion. Been hunting and jumped logs to the biggest of hedges. She jumps around 60's still can be a little green in this sphere. But with time and schooling I can definitely see her having a great future and going on to be a great bsja pony. Really ready to go on and further her education this summer. Her vaccinations are up to date so you could pick her up and take her straight out and start building a relationship. This mare has great scope and great technique.

She is a complete legend hacking out alone or in company goes first or last completely trustworthy and always leaves her rider with a huge smile. Great with traffic and open spaces. Been on hound exercise all last year and was very well behaved and jumped some serious hedges and trappy fences all with a 8 year old on.

You can leave her on the lorry by herself and she will happily stay there and behave, she has beautiful manners anywhere she goes, her temperament is truly exceptional. she will be dearly missed, but my boy is wanting the next step up.

Would be a fantastic pony club pony but we have had an awful experience of pony club so we don't go. But she has done clinics and cross country sessions with friends river rides. Great pony to take to camp and she will give everything a go.

With an unbelievably heavy heart we have decided to sell our beautiful Montgomerys Penny.
We bought Pepsi as a BS starter pony for our son 18 months ago and she has been totally brilliant at teaching him how to ride courses at the starter level .

Pepsi has jumped so many double clears at 10 and unders(70-75cm) stepping stones(75-80cm) and Spring boards (85-90cm) which she jumps easily so we did try another level above which proved too much for our son and her as a combination at this stage.

We have been so torn between keeping her until he is bigger and better or letting her go to teach another kid what she has ours .

We will continue to run Pepsi this year as she is entered up and aiming for Welsh Home Pony and she will only go the the right home .
I’m sure this pony will go up the levels in time as the scope and stride is there but it would be lovely if this pony could continue to be a brilliant starter pony for someone else’s child .

He's been to 4 mini PC camps and 2 main PC camps. He's done countless rallies, SJ, XC, hacking, beach rides, fun/farm rides and young handler classes.

He loves jumping and will pop round a 70cm course. Easy to a fence, doesn't rush or pull.

Great in traffic. Lives on a busy farm so used to tractors etc. Will lead from another horse. Will go in front or behind.

He's got a loving temperament. My daughter does everything with him herself.

He's great to bath, clip, trim (always been barefoot), load (trailer or lorry), catch, stable and groom. Loves to be pampered, painted or cuddled.

He has a cheeky sec A sense of humour but never malicious.

He's not keen on mounted games and probably wouldn't cope with a really wobbly child so for this reason I wouldn't class him as a first year first ridden. Having said that, he has taught my daughter to sit quietly and he has got better with this over the years. He'll rush forward if the rider is wobbling too much. He's never bucked or reared.

Blue was a breeding stallion for the majority of his life, but has been gelded so he can go on to have fun out and about free from the limitations of being a stallion.

We have lightly backed him and he has been a willing and enthusiastic student. As we don’t have a small jockey, we have been using a large teddy🧸. Teddy is very unbalanced and regularly hangs from one stirrup and Blue remains unphased. He really is a little star.

He has been led from a quad bike and has seen dogs, farm tractors, trailers, miniatures, large warmbloods and stallions and taken it all in his stride.

He moves beautifully and in his previous home he was shown in hand.

Blue is not the finished ridden product, which is reflected in his price, but due to lack of a small rider he is available to an experienced home.

This is a great opportunity for someone on a budget to own a top class show prospect and the price does not reflect his quality, more that he is being sold as a completely blank canvas.

Since gelding we have only turned him out on his own in a secure paddock near geldings. I think this set up suits him and would like someone who is able to provide this for him.

Blue is in great health and up to date with farrier, worming and jabs. He has a small melanoma under his tail which does not trouble him in any way. He is open to vetting.
