Trevor is a 6 year old welsh cob gelding looking for his forever home. 

Trevor needs an experienced owner and is not suitable for a novice, since owning him we have worked extremely hard to get him to where he is now but he is still a little green and requires a confident rider to continue his education. 

He is currently riding by myself and my 13 year old daughter plus a 17 year old loaner. Trevor is showing promise with his jumping and with the right training could potentially excel in this in the future. Alternatively he is very handsome so could do well at showing. 

Trevor has a great deal of potential and will make a fantastic pony for the right person, he is extremely friendly and loves people and animals. He is currently on a busy livery yard with an attached farm and riding school which he copes well with however in my option he would benefit from being on a quieter yard. 

Trevor has been to a couple of small shows and shows potential, he has been to cross country and was good as gold although not keen on the water and recently on holiday. Trevor hacks alone and in company and works well in the school although this is still a work in progress. 

Trevor can be stubborn and throw the odd buck but we have been working on this and it is now few and far between, he is a very willing pony and once someone shows him the way he will give his all. 

Trevor is up to date with all vaccinations, worming and dentist, good for the farrier and loads well. Trevor is welsh and can be spooky but we have found ways to manage this which will be discussed. 

Trevor is a very much loved member of our family and he will only go to the absolute best of homes where he can continue his education. He will require a patient and knowledgeable home. References may be requested. Viewings and vettings welcome.

Sad sale of a much loved pony club pony.

We have owned Texas for 2 years and in this time he has taught our daughter so much. She has done lots of pony club activities, unaffiliated show jumping (taking her from 40-70cm) and qualified for NSEA Hickstead Championships (40/50/60cm). They have lots of fun at home jumping single fences up to 90cm, riding bareback and making obstacle courses. He happily hacks out alone (with a parent running) or with other horses.

Our young daughter can do everything with him. Get him in from the field, tack up and ride without help. He is an affectionate pony and loves to be pampered.

He currently lives out in a mixed herd and gets on well with all other horses.

He is a 1.5/2nd pony. If he is fit and in work he is perfect. He can be excited at cross country as we don’t do it very often (twice a year at camp). I’m sure if he goes regularly he’d be fine. If he isn’t ridden regularly he can pop in a buck. However, if he is left it is easy to get him back into work and he will be back his perfect self.

Talented 14hh 13yrs all round pony with plenty of scope & potential. A genuine all rounder who excels in showjumping, cross country and dressage.

Forward going and full of character, with three nice paces and a great jump. Confidently jumping 1m. He is good to hack and good in traffic.

Good to catch, clip, shoe and load. Easy to handle both at home and away at competitions.

Would suit a confident child or small teen wanting to have fun in all areas. He can be spooky at times, so is not a novice ride, but nothing nasty or malicious — just needs a rider who can give him confidence and reassurance.

Very sad sale serious enquiries only please,

We have owned Halbey since he was a yearling, he is the sweetest pony on the ground absolutely loves to be pampered and groomed will stand for hours. We broke him in our selfs with my daughter being his only jockey, he has mainly done lead rein which he is very good at, his competed and has been very successful out showing. He will go off the lead but still a little green, but with a bit more schooling would definitely go on to be a fantastic first ridden, or open pony. We have not done any jumping with him as my daughter does not like it.

He is great to load and travel and in stable, good for farrier/dentist he does like a friend though, doesn’t like being left on his own. And he needs to have soaked or steamed hay as will cough otherwise.

We are only selling him due to my daughter growing far to fast and as his not proven as a first ridden pony she has decided to keep her other pony for that, so I do not want him being wasted as he is to good for that.

He will only go to the best of homes and I’m in no hurry to sell him.

Max is a wonderful, genuine all round/ PC pony who has been a huge part of our daughter’s journey, teaching her so much during the time we have owned him.

He has attended numerous pony club rallies, camps, weekly lessons, fun-rides, dressage competitions and shows- always in a snaffle.

He particularly enjoys jumping and has been jumped up to 60 whilst with us.

In his previous home Max has also hunted and attended clear rounds competing at 50cm-60cm regularly.

This is something we have never pursued due to my daughter’s interests (she prefers dressage) which is why he is for sale. We believe he would be suited to a confident child /teenager/mother - daughter share who can continue his education and provide an all round fun home .

Up to date on vaccines, dentist and physio. Excellent to clip. Max has a small vet history that I am happy to discuss with the right home. This is already reflected in his price.
