Dave is not your average cob, he is definitely more of a super cob!

I have produced Dave for the last 18 months whilst working on a professional event yard.

His training has included dressage lessons with Joanna Jackson and Levi Hunt, and regular SJ sessions with Susie Gibson and Andrew Mizon

Dave produces a super dressage test with his forward thinking and active paces

Show jumping, he is both careful and scopey, easily making related distances with his ground covering canter. Very honest, brave and bold XC

Successfully competed this year BE80 and BE90, with top 10 placings and the ability to go further

Hacks alone and in company, great to take to the beach and on farm rides, and loves playing polo cross and pony club games at home

Very mannerly and a true gent out hunting

He is an absolute pleasure to be around in the stable and good to catch, clip, load and shoe

Dave is now looking for a competitive new jockey, who is ready for BE90 and wants to progress further, whilst having lots of fun

Only the best of homes considered for this very special pony!

133cm SCHOOLMISTRESS FOR SALE***

Heaton Katrin
133cm
Reg Welsh Section B
By Abercrychan Spectator, out of Katrina of Kirkhamgate

Beautiful, lovely natured, fun schoolmistress pony, who is always eager to please, very workmanlike and honest. She is a great all-rounder with excellent manners ridden & on the ground, and a pleasure to have on the yard.

Katie has taken several children from 60cm to 90cm SJ and entry level to 80cm ODE / XC, with ribbons galore. She is a real genuine pony who doesn't spook, doesn't stop, will jump off any stride and will lead more reluctant ponies over skinnies, ditches, through water etc. She is very quick in a jump off and is evenly paced in XC, jumping anything and everything you point her at. Katie is very fast against the clock but also careful over a jump and knows her job

She is keen and would therefore not be suitable for a novice, but she is always safe and looks after her jockey, she loves to please. She would suit a confident child or small adult who wants to go out and win.

Katie has mainly competed unaffiliated and PC (including camp), but has recently been registered for BSJA, placing well in her first four outings. Katie has previously competed in WHP and flat classes, and has won Supreme championships.

She is snaffle mouthed. Katie is also great to hack out alone or in company, can also be led with another horse and has never bucked, reared or napped. She is brilliant to catch, load, shoe and clip. She will stand on the trailer all day at competitions without any problems

Katie is completely viceless. Up to date with vacs, worming and dentist and is fit and ready to go.

  • Too many wins to mention.
  • He has brought nothing but happiness and success for my son.

Tynan Earl Grey has unfortunately been out grown by his 13 year old jockey and is now regrettably for sale

We have had the pleasure of owning Tynan for almost two years now and during this time he has brought nothing but happiness and success for my son. He took jack from jumping starter stakes to jumping 1.20 show jumping tracks.

He is 138cm and is 14 years old. Tynan has never been sick or lame in the two years and has had a full set of perfect x rays just done in the last few weeks available for inspection to a potential buyer.

Tynan is not a first pony but is very easy and mannerly in every way, to ride, clip, shoe and he will load himself

He has too many wins to mention but to name a few;

  • 1st place in Royal Dublin Horse Show 2019 in 143cm workers
  • 1st in puchestown 143cm workers and stood worker champion
  • 1st in Wicklow area summer show and stood worker champion
  • 1st in 143 workers in limerick summer show.
  • 1st at the IPS 143cm working hunter Championships
  • 1st at the IPS Jim Lilly 143cm worker final and also went overall Jim Lilly worker Champion.
  • 1st at NIF 2018 in 143cm workers where he also stood overall reserve supreme champion.
  • Tynan Early Grey was also selected to represent the IPS are the European Championships this year where he went overall individual Show Jumping Champion out of 40 ponies.
  • Tynan has Showjumping wins up to 1.20 which can be seen on his record

We will only be selling Tynan to a very kind and loving home where he will be always treated like a king. Tynan means the world to my son and I so please no time wasters or dealers. This is not a cheep pony so realistic offers please from loving families

Ollie really is a true mothers dream , We have owned him for 3 years and he has brought us nothing but pleasure including myself (mum) who gets to exercise him during the week !!!

He is the Safest of Seasoned hunters and has been with our local pack at the Zetland since he was first broken, hunting is his passion and his true love so he must be sold to a home that will hunt at least a few days a season . We bought him from a pony club / hunting family and turned him into a more professional competition pony .

He went from 0 points - 200 in the first year of his BS career with numerous wins at Poys , Scope and the nationals competing in BN, 11 & under , stepping stones and thats just to name a few !

He is an out and out XC machine , will jump the open tracks no problem and although we don't do BE he would BE up to 100 very happily

He has competed NSEA in both showjumping and Arena eventing and stands out from the crowd and I know for sure there few parents at our school would love to buy him had their Financial situation been different.

I can't stress enough how amazing this pony really is and how devastating it is to have to sell him. Had my daughter not grown so big and out of the stepping stones classes or if only we had a second child or relatives that could do him justice he would be staying in the family. However the need for horsepower forces sale and the fact that I know he will go onto produce and develop another little jockey to a very high standard !!!!!

This Pony truly is worth his weight in GOLD, however he is a very safe pony he is forward going and can have the odd fly buck when he is exited or the rider holds him up too tight, and just because he is a school master it does not mean you can pop your 8 year old that can't really ride on him and send them out hunting to jump big hedges.

He is looking for a gutsy boy or girl who can ride already, who wants to hunt , jump the big stuff and have masses of fun on the field , win every hunter trial in the area and become a pony club legend as well as a NSEA super star.

Ollie is a treat on the yard and to do in all respects and will come with his full wardrobe , Tack , boots, rugs .

Sparky is a beautiful looking 12yo grade A showjumping pony. He is very careful, he has huge scope and a powerful canter. He has also excelled in the show ring, winning numerous working hunter and ridden classes including the working hunter starter stakes in the RDS in 2018 with previous owners.

We purchased him a few months ago as a project because he is a pony we have known for a few years and always knew he was extremely talented. Within a couple of weeks of having him he was happily popping tracks of 90cm and 1m, and showing the ability for much more. He rides very nicely on the flat due to his background in showing.

He is not fully established at Grand Prix level due to the fact that he was doing both jumping and showing with previous owners, but is ready to move up to that level.

Only for sale due to the fact that our daughter is moving onto 138s next year and will have too many ponies.

Used many as company for another mare. had a foal prior to me buying her, but was otherwise pretty much untouched.

Good catch, farrier and to box, travels quietly and is easy to handle alone at shows. has won and been placed at both local, county and medal shows.

Nice straight mover, very pretty pony, trots nicely with you, no barging or pulling away.

Transport can be arranged.

No vices, vaccinated and wormed to date. very easy to handle could easily be handled daily by a child

Unbroken due to no fault of hers, has been lunged , had all tack on and been sat on, but due to ongoing age related health issues we have got no further.

I am sure she will be easy to break because she loves human company, have been tempted to send her away to be broken, but have insufficient time or facilities to bring her on afterwards.

This pony has the looks and paces to show under saddle at a decent level but could do any job and be a child's best friend.

Has never offered to bite or kick and tolerates a big dog around her legs.

Very Pretty mare with LHC, Easy to do in all ways, safe & fun. Loads/travels well, hacks out alone or in company, happy to stand on the box and wait, good with farrier, clip, lunge, groom, wash etc.

Lillie has been slowly produced and a sort that is hard to find.

She has won £767 with 386 points

She jumped the bigger tracks last year and dropped down for my daughter to learn on, currently now moving back up to springboards and 128 classes.

She would happily do this again - never holds it against to rider when a mistake is made, which is why this is such a hard sale. She is not strong to ride.

Without doubt the best is still to come, she has been a complete joy to own and so easy to do everything with. So please no time wasters, loans or lease requests.

Taboo has been with us for over 2.5yrs and was originally bought for my son then aged 11 to predominantly showjump

She has been a super consistent BS pony (Taboo III) but also been a major asset to both his Prep School and then Senior School NSEA teams

She totally knows her job and loves doing it. Very reliable and careful while being seriously competitive up to 90cm

She can turn on a sixpence and stays in a lovely rhythm around the course. She is not one of those crazy fast BS ponies and does well as she is so manoeuvrable

My small 12yr old daughter now has the ride but she has moved on to bigger tracks with her other pony. JA with amazing SJ history but I now want to find her a home to jump slightly smaller tracks (Max 90cm) she hacks all round our farm in company

Will do Arena Eventing too, rides and leads and is easy to keep fit

Looks fantastic for her age and could do 2 or 3 kids yet!

Comes fit and ready to go, full wardrobe and Pessoa saddle included in the price

We bought Sunny as a project for my daughter and had absolutely no idea how much talent he has. He was born in the New Forest and is fully papered and has all the great characteristics of the breed. This pony has an incredible amount of scope and rarely touches a pole and has won 84 points with us in only 11 classes and achieved his 4 double clears at BN in 4 classes, winning 3 and coming 2nd in the 4th! He has also won at Discovery level and competed in a 1.05 class in Wales. He is quick, athletic but incredibly careful. We have purposefully tried to restrict his classes to keep his points low so that his new owners will have all the fun of qualifying for Stoneleigh in 2020

We have competed in lots of unaffiliated events and he is always the pony to beat both at SJ and arena eventing. We recently took him to his first dressage competition where he came 4th, he has schooled around lots of XC fences and is brave and bold jumping into water, over ditches, up and down steps, nothing phases him and our intention was to event him in 2020 as the project pony has become a firm and much loved member of the family but sadly my daughter has put on a massive growth spurt and is now almost 5ft 8 and it has become obvious that her size is restricting his capability, so he is very sadly outgrown Sunny is a proper competition pony and has been trained by Gayle White who is happy to provide references. He is a pony that loves life to the full but consequently is not a first pony as can get excited and be very bouncy and strong , although my daughter normally competes him in a snaffle.

Has been to stay away shows, pony club rallies, loads himself into our lorry and will travel on his own or with others, (we don't have a trailer). Hacks alone or in company we usually hack him in a stronger bit. He is good with the farrier, has his teeth done without sedation, great with our physio, can clip him without a head collar, lives in or out. We have been told that he has the confirmation to do well as a county worker (and we know he has the jump) but this is not our thing. He has clean legs and is a straight mover.

Ideally we are looking for an experienced home who will be able to nurture his talent and has a passion for show jumping and or eventing and is a rider who is comfortable riding a competition pony but most of all someone who will love him as much as we do, he is a big personality and will give you everything he has and then more.

We love this little pony so much and can see her sparkle and talent. So much so we've kept her for 3 years and my daughter is huge on her.

We are putting on our brave pants and putting her for up for sale as we simple cant compete her. Pocket rocket at 12.1, 8 year old Welsh Section A. Excellent breed lines. We hack out regularly across open land, shes competed at both local show level and higher.

It breaks mine and my daughter’s heart as we know she is a winning machine. She needs to do BSJA and have a smaller jockey fly round with her.

My daughter has done all the hardwork with her. We got her as a just broken 5 year old. Even the day I first sat on her, she didn’t even think to do anything naughty, just strode off like it was a normal day.

My daughter has schooled her, and even to her first class she ever did 3 years ago she went clear. She is fabulous to watch as she is so quick and just loves her job.

We have taken her to a number of shows to educate he from small local level and to ESUK where she was placed 4th.

She is absolute star. She needs a serious jockey so she can clock up the points.

Vera is a sensitive soul and wants to please, shes the first to see what your up to in the field and has bags of personality.

She has never don’t anything nasty, so bucks/rears/kicks. I think if she was a person she would be a work alcoholic.

Good to do in all ways. Always been bare foot.  Never sick or sorry.

She has lived both in and out is happy either way.  Has a complete can-do attitude.

She has competed up to 80/85cm tracks. Has plenty of scope to do more.

Video clips on requests.

Please only serious enquires as she is a true gem.d higher. Cross country days out. The only thing she hasn't done is hunt - which I think she would adore but we don't have a jockey to ride her.

After 4 ½ wonderful years I have had to come to the incredibly sad decision to let my gorgeous Rupert lead a slightly quieter life. Roo's previous owner had him for 6 years, as once he has got in your heart it's hard to let him go!

Roo's wins are too numerous to mention every one of them, but some of the highlights include:
2015 TSR Southern Final Supreme Champion
2015 Ponies UK Dressage Final Supreme Champion
2016 Royal Windsor 5th in M&M Olympia qualifier
2016 South of England 6th in M&M HOYS qualifier
2016 Onley 5th in M&M Olympia Qualifier
2016 Ponies UK Amateur RIHS Final
2016 Onley TSR Finals Reserve Champion
2016 SWPA Dressage Supreme Championship
2016 Sunshine Tour Novice dressage champion (86%!)
2018 SWPA Novice Dressage to Music Champion
2018 Cricklands WHP Champion
2019 SSADL multiple first round wins and champions, and 3 top 6 placings in the SSADL Olympia Qualifiers
2019 Senior Champion then Supreme Champion
2019 SSADL Novice Dressage Final Winner (Championship show @Onley)
2019 SSADL Supreme Ridden Final – First Reserve Champion
2019 TSR members final Reserve Champion

I bought Roo to help me get my confidence back jumping so I could do the workers, and wanted something good enough to also do dressage and the Open M&M Classes. He has been absolutely perfect for all of these and more, and together we have achieved a level of success I never dreamed of!

We have developed a lovely relationship over the years, and he is very special to me. but I really want to do the open workers next year, and I think in his height category (up to 143) it is asking a bit much to do 85/90cm on a regular competitive basis at his age. But he has plenty more years left in him at the lower levels. So I have made the incredibly tough decision to find him a home where he can do for someone else what he has done for me over the last 4 ½ years.

I want to find him a home where we won't be asked to do more than about 70cm with someone who wants a competition pony to enjoy at the slightly lower levels, across multiple disciplines, where he can bring someone else as much fun and confidence as he has brought me!

He is a typical welsh, is his own person and plenty of character and cheek! He very much has that "look at me" attitude in the ring, which is why he does so well.

He doesn’t have a bad bone in his body. Never lifted a leg to anyone, great to clip, shoe, with traffic, loading etc. I ride him and lead my other boy on the roads regularly, but I also hack him in a group and on his own. He will quite happily stand for hours if being fussed / groomed! When my friends nieces come to stay there can be 4 of them in his stable fussing and grooming him and he stands like a rock enjoying every minute :-)

He is very well schooled, and pretty much push button. We always get high ride marks for our individual show. He is light in the hand and his downward transitions come totally from the seat, and he does walk to canter with ease. He loves to work and just isn't the sort of pony you could "retire in a field". His is a very bright pony and likes variety in his work! I don’t ride him in the school more than twice a week maximum, once a week jump and the rest hacking unless we are competing. He isn't the sort of pony you could drill in a school, as he would just switch off and not enjoy it anymore.

With Rupert is the opportunity to own a top class pony, but home is of utmost importance to me, and as his last owner entrusted him to me, I have a moral & personal obligation to ensure he goes to the best home, where his future is assured and he will be loved like part of the family. As such I want to be sure anyone that comes to see him, wants him warts and all!

At shows he can be clingy if travelled with another and not want to be separated. At feed times he is a door banger, so comes with a Kentucky door stable kick pad! He can occasionally be sharp if fresh, but nothing nasty, just the odd cheeky playful bucks every now and again. He can be strong out hacking if ridden behind, so I hack him in a pelham, but he does schooling, dressage and jumping in a snaffle.

Roo had to have surgery in early 2017 for a fetlock injury, but made a fantastic recovery and was back competing by the end of the year. It gives him no issues now and has healed so well you can barely even see where it was.

Although completely sound Roo would not pass a flexion test due to the surgery, but of course could be vetted. I am also happy for you to discuss anything with my vet who sees him regularly as she also is our yard equine chiropractor.
