Izzy is a lovely pony that has done a bit of everything throughout her life and is now looking for a quieter life. She loves to hack in company and will hack all day long, great on pleasure rides. She has been out loads on her own on leadrein and is also really good at this. She will happily go in the school and pop some jumps but doesn’t want the pressure of competing.

She has been turned out for the past year due to her rider outgrowing her but she is wasted in a field. We have got her home and jumped straight on, hacked her and been in the school no problems. She’s been back in work about 5 weeks now and going really well. She’s has been know to rear when she doesn’t want to go forward, so needs a confident rider. She can be scared of big traffic but is getting better every time she sees something. Offering her at a bargain price to find her a good home, she has so much to give.

Excellent to hack out, confident and sensible first or last in company and just as happy alone....bombproof in traffic. Has been under and over the A34. Loves a pub ride and will happily share your crisps.

Will quietly pop a jump , forward without being strong or silly and has lovely active paces and a superb walk.

Vaccinated, great with the vet and good for the farrier & dentist.

Loves a fuss and a groom.

Not marish very friendly with other horses. Turned out in a mixed herd. But sensible when other horses are removed to be ridden.

Lives on a busy farm so seen tractors, sheep cows &pigs...not worried.

Would make an excellent pony club pony, hack, dressage, showing or mini eventer.

Easy to do in every way, never sick or sorry, and a good doer without getting too fat.

Minx is an 11-year-old piebald Gypsy Cob mare, standing at approximately 12.3hh.

Minx is good to catch, shoe, load, bath and is very easy to handle in every way. She currently lives happily in a mixed herd of mares and geldings.

She is an honest, reliable pony who has been a valued member of our trekking centre for the past three seasons, safely carrying both complete beginners and experienced riders out on the trails. She is excellent in traffic, around farm machinery and livestock, and is completely at home exploring the wide-open Welsh hills.

Minx does hack out alone but is used to going out in a group day to day. She is a steady, genuine girl but will pick up the pace if asked and she has done some schooling work in previous home.

This is a reluctant sale due to closure of our trekking centre and reduction in stock. We are looking for the very best home where she can enjoy the next chapter of her life with her new best friend.
