Norman is a super kind and loving 12hh, 10yr old pony… a great little pony but unfortunately the time has come to find him his next rider.
He loves to hack out and would happily go out all day!
He loves Cross Country (goes in water too) and he just needs a brave little rider to go out and have fun on him but still give him some confidence…
Having said that he’s also really good on the lead rein and could make a lovley lead rein or in-hand pony!
He never ever bucks rears or bolts, however he’s not doesn’t like hard work in the arena as he just gets a bit tense if you start pushing him and asking him to jump biggger jumps
For example he would happily plod round and little 60cm course but he just doesn’t like to be pushed as he will just get tense and won’t work to his true potential however he is perfect to hack out in all traffic and is great at xc! (Hence his price)
We have owned Norman for a few years and think such a lot of him but sadly I have now hopelessly outgrown him and no longer have the Time for him.
If you're an experienced rider looking for a project he could also be the pony for you as he just needs some miles under his belt.
Fantastic on the ground never bolshy or rude in any way and loves a pamper so would suit a spoilt show pony life!
No health problems or issues…
Up to date on everything- teeth vaccines sheath cleaning physio
No vices at all
Excellent to clip / farrier / load / travel / wash down
His only downfall is he can sometimes be cheeky to catch but we’ve never not caught him and longest it’s ever taken was 10 mins - bucket of food and he’s won over
Norman will ONLY go to a 5* home
He has a full welsh passport(WPCS)
