Talented, smart and impeccably bred, he is straightforward and very genuine to ride and handle in every way. This lovely young horse has the potential to move up the levels with an amateur, junior or professional and be very competitive.

He came to me and started eventing in July having previously SJed with double clears at discovery. He has learnt so quickly and willingly, is a joy to work with and highly rated by my trainers. Soft, consistent and rideable in every phase - regularly 70%+ at dressage, a careful reliable SJer and impeccable XC record. Blood type (65% TB), compact and agile, he does everything with ease and a smile on his face.

Double clears at unaffiliated events, 2nd in first BE90, 3rd BE100 and clear xc Wellington 105 (despite a puncture en route with very bad preparation and conditions!). 21 foundation points from just 4 outings, he’s so consistently competitive already. Ready to go on up the levels early next season.

Finn is well bred and a super quality all round horse. He has an athletic, scopey and bold jump, having jumped upto 1m20 at home with ease and jumped Discovery on a ticket, as well as some 95/1m workers so far. He has regularly hunted and jumped everything asked of him out hunting including big Cornish hedges, banks and rails. He is bold enough for big hedge country! And isn’t phased by any working hunter/show jumping fillers including water trays. He has XC schooled including water, ditches, steps and skinnies.

He schools well on the flat in a snaffle as well as a Pelham for showing. He has been to many shows including county level where he was impeccably behaved in the atmosphere and placed 3rd in the RIHS middleweight hunter, and won at Equifest. He has a lovely trainable attitude and just wants to please.

Finn hacks well alone and in company and is great in all traffic including farm traffic. He is a lovely person on the ground and can be handled by anyone. He is good to catch, shoe, clip, load into a trailer and a lorry. He has also been on fun rides.

Finn will turn his hoof to any discipline whether that be hunting, working hunter, BS, BE or BD.

Finn has been ridden by a variety of people including small teenagers, and is always a favourite! He would happily turn his hoof to a pony club home.

Duku is very classy and elegant, with lovely, elevated movement. Her father is the renowned Thoroughbred stallion Future Prophecy (Power Blade), purpose bred as a sports horse, at the Future Sport Horse stud in Yorkshire. He had fantastic stallion licensing scores, with outstanding movement, which is not always seen in Thoroughbreds, and has passed this onto Duku.

Her mother is home bred, by the Connemara stallion Eastlands Banker, out of a warmblood mare, bred in Yorkshire, Cornhills Tiawanna (Stanhopes Diddicoy). I am very excited about this bloodline, especially, including a quarter Connemara. Born April 2021.
