Mia

Moses X Furstenball

16.1hh black mare 2016

Wonderful expressive mare with beautiful cadent movement and brilliant brain. She has such expression in her paces, with a clear moment of suspension. Super hind leg and she uses all her power for positive energy, no sharp or naughty behaviour. Superb canter, she energy and incredible balance. Her trot work is excellent with real adjustability within her paces. She has an excellent walk, she walks for a 10.

Professionally produced and a very straightforward ride. Mia rides well in a snaffle or a double bridle, and is very forgiving if her rider makes an error this means she is perfect for a junior coming off ponies, para or more nervous/early in dressage rider. Mia is very well behaved away from home at training events or shows, recently taking a nervous rider round a real confidence gaining test.

She's has a good record at advanced medium with wins & placings on her record. Her way of going and attitude would suit a rider who wants a very established horse who is good to learn advanced movements on. Mia is an ideal schoolmistress for an amateur dressage rider who requires sensibility and reliability, being able to be very competitive at Elementary and Medium level.

Mia is a rare type to come on the market and very special. She hacks, is sweet to have around and has no vices. She has no health issues and requires no maintenance. Fit healthy and will pass a vetting. Full history known

Open to vetting and delivery is available nationwide.

Dolly Ann – Outstanding, Elegant and Exceptionally Genuine Dressage Mare

Dolly Ann is a truly special mare who combines outstanding rideability, natural self-carriage and an exceptionally kind, uncomplicated temperament. The epitome of quality and trainability, she offers both professionals and ambitious amateurs a horse to enjoy and progress with at every level.

She works in an easy, correct contact with natural balance and softness, giving her rider a wonderfully harmonious feel.

Competition Record:
• Consistently scoring 70%+, with over 20 tests achieving that mark to date
• Silver Elementary Regional Champion – Hartpury
• Three-time National Championship Finalist, placing 6th this year with 70%+
• Training Medium at home with established lateral work and clear potential for more

Dolly is a delight to manage and travel — she’s low-maintenance, travels happily alone in a trailer or lorry, and stands quietly at competitions. She thrives on a varied routine, enjoying pole work, hacking and farm rides, and is equally content living out through summer and in/out during winter.

Ridden in a snaffle at all times, Dolly offers a soft, elastic connection and an attitude that makes every session a pleasure. She is straightforward to shoe, clip, trim and catch, and brings calm confidence wherever she goes.

Dolly Ann is still owned by her breeders, who are very proud of her success but must now focus on bringing on their next generation of young horses.

A rare opportunity to acquire a mare of this calibre – genuine, talented, beautifully produced and an absolute pleasure in every respect.

Please call me for a chat about her and I will send links to videos of her.

  • Kind, sweet pony.

Stunning lead rein/first ridden Cosford show pony. Correct confirmation and a sweet pony who is kind and easy to do.

121.4cm AHC.

Claire was bought directly from her breeder. We have produced her carefully and slowly as she was shy to start with. She has proven to be a lovely pony and we have competed unaffiliated lead-rein, first ridden and in hand including junior handler. She has only ever been ridden by children, mostly with long washing-line reins! She works equally well on or off the lead-rein, is easy to lunge and long rein. Claire is very nosey and loves a hack out.

Now outgrown and ready for the next stage in her education. She will be a schoolmistress in the future and understands her job.

Claire would easily be a STARS pony or step up to affiliated showing as a new face.

Claire pops a fence happily so potential for working sports pony, pony club, etc.

With her breeding, she would make a fantastic broodmare for the future.

Tack and rugs available. Price negotiable to the right home.

Super cuddly 13yo full up 14hh cob, cheap to keep, easy to groom/ clip/tack up/bath/ catch/ farrier etc. My 9 year old can do everything with him at home.

Works in a nice shape in the school and would do an accurate dressage test did the mini champs at Bicton this year.

He is generally quiet and if anything a bit lazy on the flat.
Uggles loves hacking front middle or back!
Good in traffic.

Super bold jump, jumps all scary fillers, previously done BS80, lots of unaffiliated 60/70 with previous home, double clear in all of his classes last year at Trailblazers with previous owners who are still in contact with us.
Will jump 60/70s for fun with small riders on board.

Well behaved out and about at local and unaffiliated shows, pony club rally’s etc with us and previous owners, stands on the trailer with hay net quietly.

He was foot perfect on the beach on his own with us.

Well hunted with previous owner, in a gag but very polite

Best suited to a confident child/ teenager/ small adult wanting a great allrounder/ riding club pony. Has plenty of scope for an adult to have fun on!

Takes up the leg well so ideal mother/daughter share.

Lives out happily or in and out.

Prefers a box, but loads fine in a trailer in a bit with a treat! Does load in a chifney or bit and likewise if you have to turnout long distance or with lots of lush grass a chifney is easier to stop him diving for grass

Passed 5 stage vetting earlier this summer
Can come with some tack, saddle at separate agreement
Home most important

Currently on sales livery and will be kept up together by children

  • Songbird II (“Birdie”) 15.2hh | 4yo | Dark Brown British Sport Horse Mare By Primitive Proposal

Birdie is a lovely correct mare.

She’s brave and independent, very happy hacking both alone and in company, and has seen all types of traffic. Ridden in a snaffle, she’s a quick learner but still green (as expected for her age). Birdie has recently been out hunting where she behaved well, jumped a post-and-rail, and even shut a few gates.

Birdie has excellent manners and will stand all day to be cuddled and pampered. She’s the farriers favourite. Loads and travels perfectly and is easy to do tied to the lorry. She’s not mare-ish in any way. She has been to her first arena hire jumping quietly and confidently.
She’s genuine and tries to please but occasionally can have a “whoopy” excited buck so isn’t suitable for a novice until she matures out of it

Stella is a stunning mare but was kicked in the field as a foal and has a dent in her face so is sold as suitable as a low level dressage or sports horse or as a broodmare.

She otherwise has a full set of clean x rays.

She is very sweet but quite a highly strung horse and needs a professional home.

LWTB or loan to a professional rider only will be considered.

Stunning homebred chestnut Colt, Dancing Duke out of homebred Mare, Dancing Duchess (75% TB - 25% Arab) - (by Daws Firebird). Duchess has been an exceptional allrounder and is the 7th generation of a line bred by my grandmother.

Duke carries himself beautifully, showing exceptional movement, grace and cadence - his innate character is inquisitive and bold, left brain and confident. An exceptional character to train for whatever discipline. Would excel in the eventing world, or dressage world due to his phenomenal breeding. See below for more information.

Duke's sire is Catherston Liberator (75% TB), whose Thoroughbred sire was Liboi.

Catherston Liberator was an extremely tough, sound race horse who raced for no less than 8 seasons. Liberator’s mother was the Grade B showjumper, Catherston Jetstream by Jashin. Liberator fulfilled his early promise by attaining Advanced status Eventing and Prix St George standard in Dressage. In Eventing he won at Novice on only his second outing followed by leading after Dr and SJ at Mattingley in the 2**. That season finished with him winning the Aldon 2 day event by 11 points!!!! The following year started with him winning the Novice at Tweseldown, followed by 3 consecutive wins at Intermediate {Longleat, Sommerley and Wilton}. An incredible record, even by modern day standards.

In the Dressage arena Catherston Libertor competed at Advanced gaining over 450 BD points and followed in his mother’s hoof prints in the show jumping ring winning £346, qualifying for the Winter Novice Championships at Hickstead where he was 2nd in the Grade C competition.

If his own performance record isn’t enough he is also one of THE most consistent sires of top level competition horses. He has a number of Advanced eventers to his credit including the double 3*** {old rating} winner in America, the British Bred Tregarth and in the UK most recently Xavier Faer who was 3rd at Badminton 2018.

So here you have one of the very few Elite stallions who possesses thoroughbred blood, has competed himself at the highest level and has sired numerous top competition horses, both in the UK and world wide.

Duke (2yr old) is for sale as we don't have the time for the next phase, as I'm working full time in London.

She has all the scope needed to be a HOYs Newcomers and Foxhunter 2nd round contender . Shes very careful and not spooky. She is a light snaffle mouth ride who would excell with a rider with good balance and confidence .

She is super nice in the stable and easy to manage on the ground with / clipping / travels well / farrier

Very nice to hack in company, but is not so confident alone but is improving . ( our children are not allowed to hack on their own ) so has limited exposure to this .

She has no vices / sarcoids/lumps or bumps

Exceptionally well bred & low mileage.

It’s taken me all summer to finally write this as I simply love this horse but with ‘Taylor’s’ jockey heading off on travels before uni, it’s time to find him his next loving home.

Well mannered & confidence giving, he’s perfect for someone looking to step up to horses or alternatively wanting to step down to something safer but still fun. He is light in the mouth & responsive to the aids.

Taylor has done a bit of everything between my son & daughter (18 & 14) over the last two years inc camps & eventing clinics at Somerford & Greenlands EC, PC & NSEA - qualifying for national champs with new 12yr old rider.

He loves XC (Badminton grassroots prospect).
Bred to jump (I’m told his half sister won European gold league) yet we’ve only asked up to 90cm of him out & up to 1m15 at home.
He’s even done some archery - my son’s favoured discipline.

100% barefoot, good with farrier, vet, clip etc.
Does not weave or wind suck & is a dream to load (box or trailer).
Is not spooky & has never been known to spin or bolt. Does not buck, rear, kick or bite.

He prefers company in the field and is equally content with mares or geldings.

He really is the best of horses to handle & hack out. Not a nasty bone in his body & never had a day off sick/ unsound. Full history known. No medical issues but will only go somewhere with access to adequate year round turnout.

Arthur is a second generation homebred gelding by Power Blade out of a Demonstrator mare.

He has competed successfully on the county circuit including RI and HOYS as a Small Hunter and Ladies Hunter before more recently concentrating on Intermediate WHP where we feel he has untapped potential.

Won or placed in every WH class this year, always gaining top conformation marks. Still fairly new to jumping having only started seriously campaigning in July this year, therefore requires a competent jockey to achieve his full potential, however he could easily be a HOYS winner in the right hands.

Sad sale as our jockey is out of class.

Equally Arthur would make a serious pony club eventer or small competition horse.

LEAD REIN, SHOW PONY OR SMALL ADULTS SUPERSTAR

This pony can sort of do it all - so depending on what you are looking for he may be just what you need.

Stable name: Prince
Passport name: Chanwin Celtic Garland
Sire: Millcroft Beluga (by Millcroft / Royal Lustre x Thornwood Royalist)
Dam: Hilin Garland (by top sire Hilin Carnedd, a Royal Welsh champion and WPCS sire-ratings winner)

Very quiet and needs lots of kicking so either suited to a lead rein OR a stronger more competitive rider as he has the ability but you have to MAKE him work.

Very safe and reliable, does not buck or rear. Happily wobbles about in trot round the fields, out hacking all day long - if out in open space could race another pony in canter.

Very slow and steady in the arena - great to teach someone to canter on, goes like a rocking horse.

Lovely jump and lots of ability. Current owner tried to take BS and whilst he has all the ability she doesn't have the strength to get results.

Would do a fabulous dressage test for a stronger rider & I believe he would be excellent for a showing home.

If you're little and you don't want to kick he's not for you! If you're a light adult and want a flashy pony I find him very easy but you need to ride effectively and not bang and kick about to bring out his best.

Based at Queenz Equestrian. Was previously owned by Queenz, client purchased him and kept him at Queenz, rider now moving on to BS pony with more experience.

This lovely 6 year old mare is snaffle mouthed, well schooled and an absolute jumping machine! She is also lovely to hack, good in all traffic and open spaces, both alone and with others.

She absolutely loves her jumping, being completely straight to fences, takes you in, sorts her own strides and makes distances well. She jumps all kinds of fillers, water jumps, planks etc etc. She is scopey, careful and brave and never says no. She gives her rider a lovely feel. Good in warm ups and around other horses. She loves her job and is always eager to please.

She loves XC, and has done Hunter trialling, cross country schooling and Pony Club events this summer with a teen. Again she is brave to all kinds of fences and so much fun.

She is a perfect teenagers horse, with plenty of scope and tons of potential for both SJ / Grassroots eventing. She is fully eligible for all classes and will be super competitive for a rider to grow with.

Maisie would be suitable for a rider who wants to be up and out going to shows, training clinics etc and having fun. She is genuine enough to help out a less experienced rider wanting to go up the levels jumping.

Good to load, travel and do. Lives in / out.

Available to view in Hertfordshire. In full work, clipped, shod, fit, vaccinated etc and ready to go!

he's really had a good education for a 6 yr old!
He has more to learn, but has shown a great attitude to everything we've done with him.

Archie is now ready to progress in any discipline, or he would be equally happy as a lovely pony club pony for a child. We've done a whole summer of pony club activities and he' been fantastic fun for my girls to learn on. He will take it steady or go up a gear when the rider is ready!

Archie is ridden in a snaffle, and is safe at the beach. He will go behind or in front in open fields when my daughters take him for a canter out.

He has three flashy paces, and always scores highly at PC dressage comps, coping well with busy shows.

Archie has a careful scopey jump, with a correct technique, very brave to fillers. Jumping lots of double clears and winning rosettes. Jumping 1.10m at home with ease! So lots in the tank for the future if your jockey wants to win!

He has super conformation and is a real head turner, the judges love him. He could make a top level first ridden.

He's good to hack, in traffic, to box, shoe and clip.
Genuine reason for sale. My daughter has now got three 128cm ponies as weve been given my neices. We'd love to keep Archie, but my husband isn't in agreement and we're building an arena so I can't push it!

Open to vet. Please call for a chat to see if Archie might suit your child. Bridle and done rugs included.
