Absolutely heartbreaking sale of this much loved horse. Muse is an absolute pleasure to have around, extremely affectionate, very laid back and easy to deal with.

I bought him as an unbroken 3yr old and have broken him in and produced him myself. He was the most straightforward horse to break in and loves to learn. He is well schooled on the flat, leg yield, shoulder in, counter canter etc. Natural changes around a course.

He has been very successful at discovery level this year with multiple wins and has all his double clears for next year.

Has jumped a few newcomers showing great potential and also had a win at this level recently. He has a huge scopey, powerful jump with endless ability, he is naturally quick across the ground and turns well for a big horse making him quick against the clock.

Good to hack alone and in company, lives on a farm so used to all farm traffic, cows, sheep and shoots.

Muse would suit a competitive home with someone who wants to be successful at the lower heights or he has all the talent to move up the levels too.

Only for sale as after 2 years of trying to convince myself otherwise I've finally accepted that he's just too big for me and he needs someone more suited to him to bring out the best in him. If he was a hand smaller he wouldn't be going anywhere!

Stands perfectly to get on, always comes out with a positive attitude, he enjoys to learn and try new things, never needed to lunge before getting on.
He will tootle along on the buckle end if you’ve had a busy day at work or collect himself when we are going out to a clinic or competition. He is very mannerly schooled and gives you a real confident and comfy ride, he knows his job and is forgiving if you get it wrong.

Sadly we are out of juniors and Beach is fit and ready to find a new home and give another child a lot of fun. Beach has stepped up to big tracks showing her scope and braveness but would also be super competitive around 1.10/1.15/1.20/Silver league. Recently won her last two classes.

We have owned Beach for the past 5 years, bought during lockdown from Ireland as a very green 5 year old and has been entirely home produced by our daughters, she has surpassed all our expectations and more. Our daughters have brought her on from jumping 90cm/1m classes to qualifying for the JC final at Hickstead (2023/2024), Newcomers (2023) and Foxhunter (2022/2023) finals at Hoys, the JA Winter Classic (2025) and also the Pony Show Jumper of the Year (2024). She has been selected for several Scottish 148 Home Pony Teams and won the Foxhunter Masters at British Showjumping National Championships in 2023. She has also qualified for the Royal Highland Show JC (2022/2023/2024 ) & 148 Open (2022/2023/2024/2025) picking up placings.

She is a forward going competition pony and loves her job. She has been carefully produced by ourselves through British Show Jmping Junior classes and has competed entirely on the national circuit with us. As we are out of juniors at the end of this year the time has come for Beach to find a new family and postcode.
