2018 15.2hh TB bay mare by Telescopic (whose sire is Galileo), out of a Perpendicular dam.

Nelly has the most fantastic loving temperament and laid back attitude on the ground and is easy to handle in all ways. She is good with children and happy being left on her own in her stable (probably would be fine in a field too but we have not tried this), currently living out 24/7 barefoot (she is good to shoe).

Nelly is sadly looking for a new home as either a broodmare or as a companion. After spending 6 months being schooled to be sold she has sadly gone lame and after vet investigations we now believe the best solution for her would be to find her a home as either a companion or a broodmare. Full details (including clean X-rays of her front feet) of her lameness can be disclosed to anyone interested. She is field sound without any Bute or shoes.

Nelly would also be suitable for doing groundwork with. She is incredibly intelligent and loves to work things out. She would make a fantastic therapy horse or a horse for someone who just wants to do groundwork .

She has the most fantastic active paces and a bold willing nature (she loves her jumping!) and would potentially make a fantastic broodmare for someone wanting to add some TB blood into their breeding. She regularly comes into season.

She is only available due to lack of time with a busy family, she deserves all the attention she can have and sadly we can’t make the time she deserves anymore. I would consider a long term loan or loan WVTB to the right home.

She is fully vaccinated for flu and tetanus and is regularly worm tested (results are available).

Cropper is a 17hh Full Irish Draught who we have owned since he was 7 years old. He is now 19.

Sadly, Cropper sustained a tendon injury to his right fore while out on the closing meet this past hunting season. He has since been rescanned, and the injury has healed exceptionally well. However, due to the nature of the injury, he will no longer be able to withstand schooling or jumping. He would, however, be suitable for light hacking.

As the property where we are based is currently on the market, we unfortunately have to reduce our numbers. Our priority is to find Cropper a loving, knowledgeable home where he will be cherished and well cared for.

Cropper is a true gentleman in every way—kind, easy to handle, and a pleasure to have around. He can happily be turned out with any other horses and is a much-loved member of the yard.

He is available free of charge to the right home, as finding him the perfect retirement home is far more important to us.

His new home will be carefully vetted, as it is incredibly important to us that he receives the love and care he deserves. Cropper has been a wonderful horse, and this is a very difficult decision, but sadly we are no longer in a position to keep him.
