Lad is a 6-year-old Welsh Cross gelding looking for a companion home with an experienced adopter who enjoys working with horses through positive reinforcement and confidence-building techniques. He has had a difficult start in life but is a kind, willing pony who tries his hardest and is incredibly rewarding to work with.

Lad is still building confidence with handling and can be worried about touch, so he needs a calm, patient owner who can continue his training and help him develop trust. He leads well, is generally sensible in new environments, and has been good for the vet and farrier with reassurance and positive reinforcement.

He is happy to live out 24/7 or on a part-stabled routine and enjoys having a stable. Once settled, Lad can stay alone for short periods in either the field or stable. He currently lives in a gelding herd and would love companions who enjoy play as much as he does.

Lad is looking for a knowledgeable home that will continue his education, celebrate his progress, and enjoy building a rewarding partnership with a clever and sensitive pony.

Jazz would make a rewarding future project pony for someone experienced with youngsters, or she would be equally well suited as a lovely companion, especially for other young horses. She has been living happily in a mixed herd and enjoys the company of other equines.

She can live out or be part-stabled, provided she has appropriate companionship and a routine that supports her ongoing confidence building.
