Meet Ferb, a lovely young native gelding looking for an experienced and understanding home where he can continue his education and develop into a wonderful future project pony or a small companion pony.

Ferb is still relatively new to Blue Cross care and is gradually finding his feet in his foster home. With patience, consistency and positive experiences, we hope to see his confidence continue to grow.

Ferb is currently working on his basic handling skills, including leading, grooming and having his feet picked up. He would benefit from a knowledgeable home that can offer him the time and reassurance he needs, without rushing his progress.

Ferb currently lives out 24/7 with another gelding and is also happy being part stabled. He will require gelding companionship in his new home.

We are looking for someone with experience of youngsters who can provide Ferb with a positive start to his future education, allowing him to mature at his own pace before exploring his potential as a ridden pony when he is older.
