She enjoys her flat work and is showing lots of potential, she has just started to learn lateral movements and is very easy in the contact.

She has been to several competitions and behaves impeccably, has done arena eventing and several unaffiliated show jumping competitions.

This exceptional pony has enormous talent and could make a top FEI pony in any discipline, she would suit a child, with hight expectations, or a small adult.

Willow is vice-free, turns out, hacks and is open to vetting.

5* home only for this much loved pony.  (Under 12k)

Attended many BD youth events with my 13 year old daughter and selected for the 2019 sheepgate teams.

4 Year old Welsh Pony, extremely good natured event/dressage/allrounder

Professionally backed and trained is ridden, currently turned out for winter

Great potential has 3 great paces and very trainable. Shows amazing future potential as all round pony, has already done unaffiliated at Intro scoring 67% at first competition

Very giving pony and eager to learn and please, with further development and training will excel in dressage but has good potential for jumping and eventing

Not easily spooked but is a little nervous so needs a confident rider, though ridden by a novice rider currently just needs further development to build his confidence

Gets on will all horses and ponies, good with farrier, vet and good traveling and loading

Was not phased by first competition or other horses and riders, has an older head on a young body

Grace is a beautiful, full up 14.2 mare ( LHC) and we have owned her for 5 years, since my daughter was 11.

She works in a lovely outline with 3 rhythmical paces and always receives positive comments and praise when she is out. She is consistent and reliable - competing regularly and successfully at BD Preliminary and Novice levels often against adults on horses. She has now been training at Elementary and we have been aiming for her be out competing at that level this winter.

She easily qualified for the BD My Quest Regional Finals in both 2019 and 2020 but is no longer eligible to compete at My Quest Preliminary level with my daughter as they have too many scores over 70% - this would not apply to a new rider. They won their last BD Preliminary competition out of a class of 9 horses.

Grace has done two Novice Freestyle Dressage to Music tests so far including placing 7th at the PC Dengie Winter Champs in 2018 in her first ever music test and in her 2nd test (last month) she won her class with a score of just under 73%.

Grace is an experienced competition pony and is well used to boxing, travelling and standing at/in the lorry.

When not schooling or competing, Grace is a lovely hack - my daughter has hacked her alone and in company since we first bought her. She is very good with the rural traffic we see including buses, tractors and lorries and also helicopters/low flying aircraft. She is excellent on the roads and in open spaces and is regularly hacked over the wide expanse of Dartmoor where she takes gates, rivers, gorse bushes, rocks, cattle, sheep, dogs and wild ponies in her stride.

She is very good to handle in all ways - catch, clip, box, travel, shoe - though she does pull faces when you do up her girth/rug belly straps and she prefers to be left alone when she is eating her breakfast/tea.

She can be led from, or lead, another horse

She has been hunting once with my daughter and they both loved it.

Since we’ve owned her, Grace has competed successfully in hunter trials ( including pairs) and ODE's and is great to take cross country schooling- currently schooling up to about 90/100. We originally bought Grace as an event pony and she has evented up to BE Novice with her previous owner. However, after competing successfully at a few unaffiliated ODE’s, for some reason that we can’t fathom, she became very reluctant to show jump - though continued jumping XC quite happily. We adore Grace and so have spent the last few years trying to determine why this might be so - taking the advice of vets, therapists, instructors, behaviourists and others along the way. She has improved to some extent - including winning the only ODE ( unaff 70) that we managed to take her to this summer,  finishing on their dressage score of 26.8- but we now feel that we should accept the fact that she just isn’t keen on show jumping ( sometimes she’ll sail round a 90 course but sometimes she won’t even want to approach a show jump) and allow her to do what she seems to like best - dressage, XC and hacking.

It is with genuine regret that we are now offering Grace up for sale and we have only reached this sad decision as my daughter wishes to concentrate on eventing and so needs a horse that will show jump consistently.
