It is with incredibly heavy hearts that we offer our much-loved boy for sale. We bought him directly from his breeder two years ago as a newly backed green 6-year-old with the aim of producing him, and he has absolutely blossomed into a talented, fun and genuine all-round pony.

He would ideally suit a small adult or experienced, competent teenager with a knowledgeable family looking for a quality dressage or all-round pony club pony or a even just a safe hack

My daughter has invested a huge amount of time into his schooling, and this is where he really shines. Dressage is undoubtedly his strongest phase, and he genuinely enjoys his work.

Together they have competed for our Pony Club in:

* Cross Country

Last year they qualified for and were placed at both pc dressage Regional and pc dressage National Championships, and they have already qualified again for the Bicton Regional Championships at the end of August he can be viewed there also.

He enjoys show jumping and is an honest, careful pony who always tries his best, he’ll give you a lovely, reliable round 70/80cm

Cross country is something we haven’t focused on as much as other disciplines We have tried a few events and he’s just not bold enough I don’t think he enjoys it. For this reason I I’d like someone that enjoys flat work and hacking more then someone that wants to event or solely SJ

He is currently barefoot with excellent feet and has always coped well.

To Handle

He is:

* Brilliant to hack alone or in company.

* Barefoot with excellent feet and good for the farrier.

* Fantastic to load and travels like a dream, He’ll happily load and unload at shows for shade or shelter from the rain.

He lives happily in a herd and can also go out individually provided he can see other horses in neighbouring fields. Like many horses, he prefers not to be the last one left in the field.

He has attended stay-away shows and two Pony Club residential camps, where he behaved impeccably.

Finding the right home is far more important than a quick sale, so we’d rather be completely honest.

He can be a nibbler, particularly if he’s feeling anxious or unsure, or when fastening chest straps. This has improved hugely over the last two years, but because of this he is not suitable for young children or inexperienced handlers.

He is very sensitive is also not a novice ride he needs a confident rider who will ride him not just sit there and With a confident, capable rider who is consistent and fair, he is an absolute pleasure and gives you everything.

Home Is most important This boy means the absolute world to us, so finding him the right home is our priority. We want someone who will love and appreciate him as much as we have and continue bringing out the best in him , he needs a rider that will ride him as he is not a automatic push button school master and more woah then go. I don’t want him passed around so would like a home that wants a horse the can grow a bond with and enjoy him doing what he loves.

Yellow is a truly special 16-year-old, 14hh dun Welsh x Sports Pony who has been an absolute superstar schoolmaster for my daughter. Sadly, he has been hopelessly outgrown over the last two years, so we are now looking for his next rider to enjoy everything this wonderful pony has to offer.

Yellow is trained to Advanced Medium and has competed successfully at BD Elementary, gaining 183 points, as well as competing at Medium unaffiliated. He has taken my daughter confidently from Prelim through to Elementary affiliated, giving her the opportunity to learn and progress up through the levels while always being a sane, sensible and genuine pony.

He really does know his job and is a joy to own. He has attended numerous stay away shows and is just as straightforward away from home as he is at home. He has experience at NSEA dressage, Area Festivals, BD Camp and Dressage Under 21s Camp, making him a fantastic pony for a competitive teenager wanting to gain valuable experience.

Yellow is also good to hack alone or in company and is equally happy to go in front or behind. He loads into both a lorry and trailer and is happy living either in the stable or out in the field.

He is a competition pony and thrives on regular, consistent work. He can happily have a few days off, but he is not suited to being left for weeks at a time. He is not a novice ride, as he needs a rider with a secure, established position who understands how to ride him sympathetically and avoid accidentally pressing his buttons.

Carl has been owned by the same family for the last 5 years, in that time he has been the most fantastic schoolmaster to Sujan his main rider but also to Sujan’s mum and sister, he has competed at every regional championship winter and summer with Sujan from prelim to now elementary whilst also teaching Sujan all the FEI pony moves.

Carl competed internationally at FEI ponies with his previous owner, travelling to Belgium with GB.

With us he has had more of a schoolmaster role but also competed consistently. He is never sick or sorry and is a healthy agile pony. He has usual maintenance for his age. While Carl is a fabulous dressage schoolmaster he is a proper competition pony and not suitable for a complete beginner, he is sensitive and easy on the aids and wants to please. Carl hacks out happily and safely but prefers not to be in front ( he will but likes another horse ideally)

Carl loads on any lorry and has always been an absolute pleasure at stay away shows.

The sweetest pony that has been very sadly outgrown.

This is a heartbreaking sale but due to Amy’s love of work it wouldn’t be fair to keep her as a field ornament.

My daughter has been out to many many dressage competitions and Amy has given her so much confidence they were placed everytime they went out.

Amy has been to the BD quest nationals with her previous owners and us, she also won the Junior Intro championship at the trailblazers. Amy has competed at Hickstead for the national NSEA championship and placed second.

Amy is a really good girl to take to shows and has been to the big show grounds and is not fazed which is great for young riders.

My daughter regularly hacks her and has attended dressage and pole clinics.

Amy is low maintenance can be barefoot but currently has front shoes. Loves to be bathed and made a fuss of.
