Toby came to me as a 3 year old and I have backed and schooled him myself. I have had him out to cross country hires, hunter trials, dressage, working hunter, showing, hound exercises and some unaffiliated show-jumping. He is extremely well behaved at shows and rides the same as he does at home.

Toby schools beautiful on the flat, leg on ride type with soft snaffle mouth. Produces a beautiful dressage test and has competed up to novice level and always places, scope to go further with the right rider. Will happily pop around a 70cm course of fences, no filler too scary, never stops, however jumping isn't his favourite so not suitable for a purely jumping home.

Hacks alone or in company and good in most traffic (when on his own he can be a little nervous with big lorries and motorbikes but nothing dangerous). He enjoys doing fun rides, hasn't hunted before but I think he would enjoy doing some low level hunting.

He is easy to do in all ways, catch, bath, clip, shoe, travel. Never reared or bolted but can have the occasional buck out of excitement when out cantering with others but nothing nasty.

Please no time wasters as this is an extremely sad sale and he will only go to a 5* home.

No novice or nervous riders. Would suit someone a bit taller / longer leg to get him going.

Flash is a gorgeous horse, no vices, will live in or out, hacks alone or with other horses.

Not jumpy, used to dogs & tractors. Lots of potential, jumps & schools well, only selling die to no time for him, he needs a loving forever home

Owned for 3.5 years taking my daughter off ponies onto her first horse. Sadly for sale so daughter can focus on studying.

We have done a lot of pony club activities including the last 4 years’ camps, competing and qualifying for regional or national championships in dressage, SJ and ODE at 80 & 90.

Sunny hacks alone or in company, good with farm machinery and heavy traffic including double decker buses.

Very good to shoe, clip (teenage daughter has now learnt to clip), travel and catch. Up to date with teeth, wormer and vaccinations.

We have a trailer but previous owner had a 3.5t lorry.

He’s enjoyed beach rides too. He requires a competent handler and is not a novice ride. He would be better on individual turnout.

Full medical history will be discussed with interested parties - Sunny has steroid hock injections (last one June 2025), this is reflected in price as home is very important.
