16.3hh Irish sports horse project

5 year old gelding. Recorded breeding. I bought him to hunt this season but he needs a lot more muscle on him and building up behind to be ready to do this so I’ve focused on hacking and lunging with the Pessoa.

He’s good to lunge but can pull a bit and I’m having problems with my knees popping and locking up when lunging him which is becoming really painful for me so I’ve decided to sell him as a project for someone else to do and focus on the mare I complete.

I have a real soft spot for him he’s very sweet. Can pull faces in the stable a bit but nothing comes of it but I’d say needs a confident handler. He’s 100% to hack out in traffic so ideal happy hacker or project.

He does have a blemish on his near side front leg from an old injury but he is sound on it.

He might get hacked once a week at the moment at most but I don’t have a narrow enough saddle for him so we are looking to sell him rather than keep spending money on tack at moment. Open to a sensible offer for a quick sale

hacks out alone or in company will happily go first or last. very kind and sweet natured mare that can be handled by all the family .

snaffle mouthed, easy to do , happy to be in the stable or our in field . currently unfit due to lack of time over winter months so is getting wasted .
