Teddy is up for sale through of fault of his own – purely because I have an injury to my back (unrelated to him or riding) which means I am unable to give him the home he deserves!

He is a truly great horse, calm in the field and stable but not a plod out hacking. He will stand beautifully while being groomed and tacked even with the kids charging around or playing basketball around him. Genuine and good to do in every way, great with children and other animals. Good paces and sure footed, he has hunted in the past. Hacks out alone or in company, good with traffic, currently lives out (with shelter) and on his own.

Vaccines and worming all up to date. He has Atrial Fibrillation (AF)– due to his age and level of employment (hacking out once or twice a week and then chilling in the field) we have stuck with our Vet’s recommendation not to treat other than to stop galloping him and not to let him hunt – we have continued to ride him with no sign of performance loss and this condition does not affect him in any way – he continues to have an as normal life expectancy and we anticipate no additional visits from the vet in relation to this condition.

I have copy of the Consensus Statement of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (ACVIM) which provides more information on this which I am happy to send on – I am also happy for my Vet to be contacted for more information.

Transport would need to be arranged.

Can come with rugs and tack and whatever feed I have left.

More than happy to send more photos and I also have some go pro footage taken from my hat showing how he is on tracks and main roads.
