Very well-presented 6.5 tonne Iveco Daily 3.0 diesel horsebox, on a 2006 chassis, with exceptionally low mileage of only approx. 45,000 km. This is a genuine, reliable lorry in very good condition throughout, ready to go straight out competing, hunting, or for general use.
A real standout feature is the rare forward-facing horse area, offering a more natural and comfortable travelling position. Combined with excellent headroom and plenty of ventilation from multiple windows, it creates a safe, airy environment that horses travel very well in. Very hard to find a 6.5T horsebox with this mileage and forward-facing layout – a genuine standout example.
The horse area comfortably stalls 2 horses and is fitted with a strong, secure partition which does not cover the horses’ heads, allowing for added comfort and freedom. There is ample headroom, internal lighting, and a fitted horse camera so you can monitor them while travelling. There is also useful space for storing rugs and day-to-day equipment.

The living area is compact but practical, ideal for day shows or occasional overnight stays. It will sleep 2 comfortably (3 at a push) and includes a gas hob, water supply, electric hook-up, and storage cupboard for personal items. It is a simple, lightweight setup with no toilet or fridge.
Externally, there is a spacious tack locker which easily fits two saddles, along with additional internal storage. The lorry is also fitted with a reversing camera, making it easy to manoeuvre and park.
Mechanically, it is based on the reliable Iveco Daily 3.0 diesel engine with a manual gearbox. It has very low mileage for its age, has recently had a new alternator fitted along with a full check-over, and has a fresh plating (MOT) for the new owner.
Overall, this is a very well looked after horsebox in very good condition, with only a few minor age-related marks as expected, none of which affect its use. The original side step has been removed after being damaged; however, we have been using portable steps without any issue. A replacement could easily be fitted if desired, and this has been reflected in the price.
