She was bought as a transition from ponies to horses for my then 13 year old daughter, who was a keen pony club member. She has taken her from unaffiliated 70cm to British Eventing, competing 90cm eventing & 100cm in SJ. She is very safe and an absolute confidence giver as she knows her job inside out. A complete machine cross country, always clear and I never have to worry that she won’t bring my daughter back safely.

She wears a snaffle, hacks alone and in company and is very safe in open spaces/downs. She is excellent to clip, good to load, excellent with the vet and farrier. Up to date with teeth, annual injections, worming etc.

She is a much loved part of the family but my daughter is now moving on to bigger horses. We hope to find a pony club family where she can give confidence to someone looking to compete in all pony club activities as well as Area Qualifiers/Championships, NSEA and looking to step up to British Eventing.

Her full wardrobe (rugs, bridle, saddle etc) also available under separate negotiation.

More photos and videos available to send. Open to any vetting.

15.2hh 17yo Irish sports horse mare. Very good breeding, French Buffet x Cruising.

Super fun mare, has done British showjumping to 1m05 and has 288 points. Good BS record. Loves to jump. Has also been borrowed by a less experienced friend and jumped some unaffiliated classes at 90 and 1m, placing every-time out. Has XC schooled to 1m, jumps ditches, skinnies, water etc. Would happily do eventing or hunter trials. She has a powerful jump so won’t suit a novice rider. BS Name, Castle Nickard Magic Touch

Works in an outline in all 3 paces. Has good flatwork knowledge including shoulder in, leg yield, counter canter, half pass etc. She is good to hack both alone and in company, good in traffic and open spaces. She was involved in a photoshoot for the sun, and behaved perfectly. She’s also been to the beach twice and even swam in the sea.

She is forwards going to ride and can sometimes be a little buzzy for example she sometimes does a few jog steps on a downwards transition to walk.

Good to do in all ways, very easy horse. Lovely on the ground, good for farrier (has been kept barefoot all her life due to having good feet), good for loading, travelling, clipping etc. She likes other horses and gets on well with both mares and geldings. No health issues, never had any ‘maintenance’ /joint injection or soft tissue injury etc.

I’ve had 2 foals out of her. I only bred a foal as it’s always been my dream to have a foal out of her. Genuine sad sale, my own significant health issues force this. Owned her since a 4yo and would love to stay in touch. Good home paramount. She’s fit and in full work, I’ve got an inexperienced 17yo helping me out riding her as I am not well enough to ride regularly currently. Cassie is not needing to step down, she would suit someone wanting to go out and about, compete, have fun.

Fly By Wire (Frankie) has 3 great paces and a neat, scopey jump. She is cleaver and quick thinking in the jumping phases, never looking for a way around the jump, pricking her ears the whole time. She is natural and careful over fences, never rushes or pulls me into the fence. Frankie has 3 smart paces on the flat, always being soft and good off your leg making her easy to ride.

She has previously jumped BE Novice and BS 120 with a professional rider. She has team chased during the winter, leading the team from start to finish. Frankie has taken me from jumping 80 tracks to BS 110 in a short period of time.

Frankie is one in a million and knows her job, filling the rider with confidence. She is ridden in all 3 phases in a loose ring snaffle. She’s good to shoe, clip and travel, and overall very easy to handle on the yard. Frankie hacks alone or in company. She is very straightforward with a great temperament and not mareish in anyways.

This is a very sad sale as she was my first horse, and the right home is the most important factor. Please serious enquiries only and further information and videos on request.

HOMEIN

17hh, 14yo chestnut Dutch Warmblood mare by Emilion out of a Jus de Pomme mare.

Holly is a wonderful, affectionate horse who we feel would make a super mother daughter share as she is safe and sensible.

Competitively, Holly is very careful, extremely quick against the clock and absolutely loves her jumping. She has previously jumped successfully at Foxhunter level with us, but following colic surgery in 2021 she was not pushed back up the levels. She made a complete and full recovery, has had no recurrence whatsoever and is completely unaffected by it now. Happy to disclose all vet records.

She is happiest and most competitive around 1m/1.10m, where she would be an absolute winning machine for someone wanting to compete at this level. She has too many wins and placings to list, with BS winnings of over £3,000 and 1308 points. Holly has competed at Nationals and the Blue Chip Finals in both 2024 and 2026. She has also won the Derby class at David Broomes and is completely unphased by XC-style fences.

She is not spooky of anything and is a straightforward, happy horse to jump. Always perfectly behaved at shows and exceptionally mannerly. Auto changes. She loads, travels, stands happily on the box all day, is good to shoe and clip, and is a pleasure to have around. On the ground she is sweet, affectionate and very easy to handle. She can be a little girthy, but is never nasty.

She is also good to hack alone or in company and is sensible in open spaces. Has been hacked by 65yo woman.

There is nothing clinically wrong with her and she is fit, happy and enjoying her work. However, she is unlikely to pass a vetting due to the way she moves, so this is reflected in the price and should be understood before enquiring.

A fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a genuine, competitive jumping horse on a budget, particularly for someone wanting to win at 90/1m/1.10m without needing to produce a horse up through the grades.

This is an extremely sad sale of a very special and much-loved horse who has been part of our family since she was 4. She will only go to the right home. A change in circumstances sadly forces us to cut back, giving someone the opportunity to acquire a seriously competitive horse at a realistic price.

No timewasters, please. Genuine enquiries only.

Sound competition horse (gelding) with good eventing experience (BE). Bought for myself, sadly I am unwell and he is wasted. I'm an older lady (BHS Coach) and I still ride him but I have had to get a younger rider who jumps him and it's clear he loves it. Could do pure SJ or BD or BE/Cotswold Cup. Very comfortable ride, excellent in traffic, handled by pensioners. Stands about 16.3 but not wide. Price takes into account he has not competed BE recently (ive been too ill) but once he starts competing with the youngster price will shoot up as he will do very well. So open to an early viewing. Ex load, shoe, bath. Call Amanda on 01908501739 eves to talk or 07866501313

Little Warrior 11 (Atillo) means a lot to us..

He has taken my daughter to places & made so many memories we will cherish forever. The only reason he is for sale is because of our personal circumstances changing. Due to this the price is negotiable to the right home.. The home we find him is more important to us than the money...

Atillo is a fun forward 15'1 gelding who is our little warrior, he is a great size if coming off ponies, he has 3 lovely paces with an active hind, super careful jump can turn on a sixpence so is great against the clock..

Atillo has a heart of a lion & will always want to please giving 100% he absolutely loves his job, loves being ridden out & about doing stuff..

We have done so many things with him, school teams, dressage & show-jumping

Everything pony club, senior camp, qualifiers, dressage championship 4 years in a row.. musical rides, BD Quest nationals,

My daughter has countless rosettes & sashes they have won over the years.

He is an absolute schoolmaster out @ competitions, he knows his job & becomes an absolute pro. Super easy. Everything can be turning inside out around him but he will be cool & calm head down doing his job...

He hacks out in company or alone, we have hunted him occasionally on special occasions. He can be turned out every night throughout the year or stabled he is happy either way..

He isn't a spooky horse, doesn't buck, bite or kick, easy to handle, loves nothing more than being pampered, cuddles & lots of attention..

He also loves to sleep daily lying down snoring..

He is a clean tidy horse... Doesn't want for much apart from food, loves a routine, super easy...

Loads in a lorry or trailer travels so well to the point of forgetting he is there.

I have loads of videos photos ask me anything I only want the right home for him...

He can be sold with two saddles dressage & jump, bridles, a full overboard wardrobe, boots hoods, numnahs etc etc

Please call or message me for any more information...

  • Successfully competed at 90 eventing, with scope to go up to Novice
  • Age 5 to max age of 10
  • Good confirmation, paces and scopey jump

Sadly need to move on sooner than hoped as current horse has been diagnosed with degenerative feet and will not be able to compete at level we need. We are looking for a compact horse for competent 13 year old girl. Not that tall yet, but will grow - so need something that is not too rangy, but will still be big enough for life long partnership.

Horse must have good confirmation, good balanced paces and a leg in each corner (but no cobs please). Happy to bring on, but need something that has started its career so can 'kick on' next year. We have experience of bringing horses on young horses, an older sister and professional help schooling/lessons.

No vices. Easy to have at home; good to catch, clip, load/travel, shoe etc. Must be happy to hack alone and in company and be good in traffic (including farm machinery).

No lumps, bumps, previous injuries / lameness and open to vetting.

Horse to be kept at home on our tiny farm in Oxfordshire. Horses turned out daily and stabled at night. Enjoy a varied life of hacking on Ridgeway, dressage training, PC/NSEA SJ, SJ/XC schooling and eventing over the summer.

References can be provided by PC DC / instructors.
