Now with amateur (para) rider doing lower level showjumping and proving to be slightly too much horse for me (albeit he hasn’t done anything wrong) – I just sadly feel we are not the right match.

Absolute dream to hack and fantastic in all traffic. Will go alone and in company, first or last.
Great to handle and easy to do, although he does have a very cheeky character.

He does have slight medical history - hence price.
Only looking for the best possible home for this lovely boy (I’ve known him since he was 4 years old) so open to a sensible offer to the right home.

We have had the privilege of owning the lovely Autumn for the past two years and during that time she has helped my now 16 year old daughter transition from ponies to horses.

Autumn is a lovely person to have on the yard in every way, my petite 11 year old daughter regularly handles her with ease.

Autumn is a pleasure to hack alone and in company. She is level headed in traffic and is more than sensible in open spaces, never bolted, bucked or reared and I can always rely on her to bring my daughter home safely.

Autumn has given my daughter the best two years, we have gone to several stay aways and she has introduced my daughter to BS. My daughter now wants to move up the heights and with Autumn getting older we feel it is unfair to push her out of her comfort zone.

We think the perfect match for Autumn would be a competent adult who enjoys hacking, fun rides and a non competitive home. Autumn loves hacking and we feel that she would thrive in a hacking home.

We would love to find Autumn her forever home so this is of utmost importance to us.

Perfect to be clipped (she falls asleep), load, and for the farrier - she is currently barefoot and has very good feet. Up to date with vaccinations, teeth and worming. Please no time wasters as this is difficult enough as it is. Absolutely no dealers.

Stunning, big boned chestnut Belgian Warmblood with big feet to match, a proper substantial type with a big engine and impressive movement who would make a fantastic hunter/XC. 3 lovely, big paces.

He would particularly suit a male rider or confident experienced amateur looking for a quality hunter or all round sport horse.

On the ground he is an absolute gentleman and a joy to be around, affectionate, people loving and will follow you without a lead rope. Good to catch, bath, groom, clip, shoe, worm, load and handle in every way. Good with all animals, traffic, tractors, cars and children.

Snaffle mouthed. Passed 5 stage vetting January 2025. Hunted with the Surrey Union Hunt, XC and jumped 1m on a ticket with previous owner. Hacks alone and in company, will lead or follow. Loads and travels well.

Goes well with mares or geldings, currently out in the day and in at night. Love his turnout and would not want him to go somewhere with limited turnout.

Not suitable for a novice. He can be heavy and is forward going in the school, needs a balanced, confident rider, not a passenger. Has the occasional spook at a pigeon which is over in a millisecond. Takes confidence from his rider and rewards good riding beautifully.

Reluctantly for sale as rider/horse mismatch, he simply needs a more experienced rider.

Larry is a cross country machine. With only clear rounds from all of his time eventing.

He has evented up to 2* level - and received his MER's at both home internationals. Larry would be ideal for a competitive teenager looking to gain some confidence, or someone looking for a riding club horse to compete up to 1 meter eventing / jumping or dressage.

Larry is easy to look after in and out of the stable, he hacks alone and in company and he has been to places like the beach and the Curragh for long hacks. He is easy to shoe, box and clip.

He has had 3 runs on the track as a racehorse when he was 4/5 years old - so he is eligible for ROR, Treo Eile, thoroughbred performance classes and Racehorse to Ridden.

Our daughter is 11 years old and has been riding for the past six years mostly at a local equestrian centre and pony camps / hacking .

We are now looking to buy a horse or pony that will help her progress and continue to develop her riding.

She particularly enjoys jumping and hacking, so we are seeking a safe, experienced all-rounder that can build her confidence in these areas.

We live in Bath , so would ideally would be localish enough to travel to view.

Our ideal horse would be:

-Between 14.2hh and 15hh
-Aged 6 to 11 years
A genuine schoolmaster
-Sane, sensible, and confidence-giving
-Happy jumping and hacking out
-Robust and easy to manage
-Able to live out happily with other horses
-Friendly in nature and enjoys being groomed

In terms of breeding, a Connemara cross or cob cross would be preferred, although we would be open to other suitable types.
