Fly By Wire (Frankie) has 3 great paces and a neat, scopey jump. She is cleaver and quick thinking in the jumping phases, never looking for a way around the jump, pricking her ears the whole time. She is natural and careful over fences, never rushes or pulls me into the fence. Frankie has 3 smart paces on the flat, always being soft and good off your leg making her easy to ride.

She has previously jumped BE Novice and BS 120 with a professional rider. She has team chased during the winter, leading the team from start to finish. Frankie has taken me from jumping 80 tracks to BS 110 in a short period of time.

Frankie is one in a million and knows her job, filling the rider with confidence. She is ridden in all 3 phases in a loose ring snaffle. She’s good to shoe, clip and travel, and overall very easy to handle on the yard. Frankie hacks alone or in company. She is very straightforward with a great temperament and not mareish in anyways.

This is a very sad sale as she was my first horse, and the right home is the most important factor. Please serious enquiries only and further information and videos on request.

Sadly need to move on sooner than hoped as current horse has been diagnosed with degenerative feet and will not be able to compete at level we need. We are looking for a compact horse for competent 13 year old girl. Not that tall yet, but will grow - so need something that is not too rangy, but will still be big enough for life long partnership.

Horse must have good confirmation, good balanced paces and a leg in each corner (but no cobs please). Happy to bring on, but need something that has started its career so can 'kick on' next year. We have experience of bringing horses on young horses, an older sister and professional help schooling/lessons.

No vices. Easy to have at home; good to catch, clip, load/travel, shoe etc. Must be happy to hack alone and in company and be good in traffic (including farm machinery).

No lumps, bumps, previous injuries / lameness and open to vetting.

Horse to be kept at home on our tiny farm in Oxfordshire. Horses turned out daily and stabled at night. Enjoy a varied life of hacking on Ridgeway, dressage training, PC/NSEA SJ, SJ/XC schooling and eventing over the summer.

References can be provided by PC DC / instructors.

HOMEIN

17hh, 14yo chestnut Dutch Warmblood mare by Emilion out of a Jus de Pomme mare.

Holly is a wonderful, affectionate horse who we feel would make a super mother daughter share as she is safe and sensible.

Competitively, Holly is very careful, extremely quick against the clock and absolutely loves her jumping. She has previously jumped successfully at Foxhunter level with us, but following colic surgery in 2021 she was not pushed back up the levels. She made a complete and full recovery, has had no recurrence whatsoever and is completely unaffected by it now. Happy to disclose all vet records.

She is happiest and most competitive around 1m/1.10m, where she would be an absolute winning machine for someone wanting to compete at this level. She has too many wins and placings to list, with BS winnings of over £3,000 and 1308 points. Holly has competed at Nationals and the Blue Chip Finals in both 2024 and 2026. She has also won the Derby class at David Broomes and is completely unphased by XC-style fences.

She is not spooky of anything and is a straightforward, happy horse to jump. Always perfectly behaved at shows and exceptionally mannerly. Auto changes. She loads, travels, stands happily on the box all day, is good to shoe and clip, and is a pleasure to have around. On the ground she is sweet, affectionate and very easy to handle. She can be a little girthy, but is never nasty.

She is also good to hack alone or in company and is sensible in open spaces. Has been hacked by 65yo woman.

There is nothing clinically wrong with her and she is fit, happy and enjoying her work. However, she is unlikely to pass a vetting due to the way she moves, so this is reflected in the price and should be understood before enquiring.

A fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a genuine, competitive jumping horse on a budget, particularly for someone wanting to win at 90/1m/1.10m without needing to produce a horse up through the grades.

This is an extremely sad sale of a very special and much-loved horse who has been part of our family since she was 4. She will only go to the right home. A change in circumstances sadly forces us to cut back, giving someone the opportunity to acquire a seriously competitive horse at a realistic price.

No timewasters, please. Genuine enquiries only.

Sound competition horse (gelding) with good eventing experience (BE). Bought for myself, sadly I am unwell and he is wasted. I'm an older lady (BHS Coach) and I still ride him but I have had to get a younger rider who jumps him and it's clear he loves it. Could do pure SJ or BD or BE/Cotswold Cup. Very comfortable ride, excellent in traffic, handled by pensioners. Stands about 16.3 but not wide. Price takes into account he has not competed BE recently (ive been too ill) but once he starts competing with the youngster price will shoot up as he will do very well. So open to an early viewing. Ex load, shoe, bath. Call Amanda on 01908501739 eves to talk or 07866501313
