Please read full advert, 16.2hh Grey mare by Indian Red arrived as unbroken 4 year old and we have done everything with her since.

She is brave and is not bothered by fillers etc, she is a wonderful mare to do in all respects, she hacks out alone or in company does beach rides, hunt rides etc. She is a snaffle mouth, she has done a little XC and she enjoy that and I am sure would excel at XC. She is my safe sensible horse the one I put most people on, she is just a good egg.

She is a fantastic horse to own a very friendly and kind, She goes in a lorry or trailer, we absolutely love her to bits and she needs and deserves the best home possible.

Sadly for sale as she needs to step down in competition and needs a more varied life not just showjumping and she still has plenty to offer to the right person, she will be better suited to a varied life such as hacking, Riding Club, pole clinics, camps, hunting and jumping up to 90cm She is so kind and honest she has so much to offer to the right home

VV Lioness is a gorgeous, kind-hearted Grand Prix schoolmistress born in 2011. She has competed successfully through Inter II and Grand Prix and would make an ideal partner for someone looking to step into Under 25 Grand Prix, as well as anyone wanting an experienced horse to learn the higher-level movements with.

She is super easy, safe and completely uncomplicated to have around. She hacks happily, is easy to do in every way, and has a wonderfully willing attitude, always wanting to please her rider. Her changes are beautifully established and she is a pleasure to ride.

Having started her career later than most, she has very low mileage for her age. She has recently had a full set of X-rays, all of which are good for her age and level, and has also recently passed a veterinary examination. She is sound and ready to find her next home.

If you’re looking for the ideal horse to enjoy, build confidence with and learn the more advanced movements on, then look no further. Lioness is a genuine, forgiving partner with so much to offer her next rider.

She is looking for a very loving home where she will be truly cherished. 🏡💗

Mother & Daughter Share / Teenager’s All-Rounder for Sale

Choc-Ice

18-year-old Gelding

14.3–15hh

Essex

It is with a very heavy heart that we offer our much-loved Choc-Ice for sale. He is the ideal mother and daughter share, while also being a fantastic first horse for someone stepping up from ponies or a small adult looking for a genuine all-rounder.

We have owned Choc-Ice for 14 years, buying him as a 4-year-old when I was just 11 years old. He took me from ponies to horses and, more recently, has spent the last 4½ years on full loan, where he has done exactly the same for his current rider, taking her from her first pony onto horses. Sadly, she is now heading off to university and, with a young baby, I am unable to take him back into work, so we have made the heartbreaking decision to find him the perfect next home.

Choc-Ice is a genuine all-rounder who loves having a job. He schools nicely on the flat, produces a lovely dressage test, and has regularly jumped 80–95cm courses. He has attended Pony Club regularly, enjoying rallies, camps, and a variety of activities. He loves hacking and is always safe doing so. He can be enthusiastic when jumping/XC, but he is never nasty or dangerous and always snaffle mouthed.

At 18 years old, he has a wealth of experience and still has plenty to offer. He would be perfect for a family wanting one horse to enjoy together—whether that’s Pony Club, lessons, beach Rides, competitions, hacking, or simply having fun.

He is good to shoe, box, clip, catch and is a pleasure to own. Choc-Ice has a cheeky, affectionate personality and is loved by everyone who meets him.

This is an incredibly difficult sale, and finding the right home is our absolute priority. We will only let him go to a loving, knowledgeable home where he will continue to be cherished.

Essex based.

Please message for more information, medical history, photos, and videos.

Searching For A Sensible Family Friend / Allrounder To Enjoy Hacking, Pleasure Rides & Clinics

Ref #: 410902
  • Full Up 14.2 - 15.2hh. Age 6 -14 yrs.
  • Confident Hacking Out / Meeting Farm Vehicles. Sensible To Hack In A Group / At Pleasure Rides.
  • Lightweight Cob / Connemara Or Similar Type.
  • Full Up 14.2 - 15.2hh. Age 6 -14 yrs.
  • Confident Hacking Out / Meeting Farm Vehicles. Sensible To Hack In A Group / At Pleasure Rides.
  • Lightweight Cob / Connemara Or Similar Type.

I am searching for a trustworthy, best friend type to welcome to our kind, knowledgeable, family home. Our horses are treated as part of our family & they receive the absolute best of care. I would be happy to provide references & to keep in touch.

I have ridden for several years & consider myself a knowledgeable & capable rider. However, due to ongoing health issues with my horse, who is now retired, I haven’t ridden as consistently in more recent years & so I am no longer as confident as I once was. Therefore, I am seeking a laid back, best friend type, who does not need riding most days to remain safe & sane (realistically, I will generally ride 3-4 times a week).

We will be enjoying fun hacks from home, attending organised pleasure rides, forest trips, XC schooling & some clinics. I will at times want to hack alone but will also hack alongside my young daughter on her (sometimes quirky!) horse, so it is especially important that I find a level-headed, trustworthy type who I can depend on. Due to us going out in our horsebox regularly, I would like to find a horse who is good to load / travel &, most importantly, who remains calm & polite to handle & ride in different environments.

Our horses are kept at home with us & have all year turnout (stabled overnight during winter). I would love to find a gentle natured, polite character & a true best friend type.

We live in a rural area & although we generally meet very little traffic, when we do, it is often likely to be a tractor/farm vehicle. Therefore, it is hugely important that my new horse is confident around this type of traffic.

* I do appreciate that no horse is ‘perfect’ & that ‘bombproof’ does not exist & I am open to compromise, but please do just be honest about any possible known ‘issues’ as I will not buy unseen & would want to have any potential horse vetted *

We are based in Norfolk so ideally looking for something in or around East Anglia but would travel further if plenty of info, videos/photos could be provided beforehand. I have a sensible budget & very relaxed & loving forever home for the right horse.

Molly – 14.2hh, 7-Year-Old Mare

Molly is a lovely 14.2hh, 7 year old mare looking for her next home. She has a kind, genuine temperament and is a quiet ride, making her an enjoyable horse to have around.

She loves hacking and is excellent in traffic, taking everything in her stride. She is also sensible in open spaces and doesn't get fizzy or strong, making her a confidence-giving hack.

Molly remains a little off the leg, so she would suit someone happy to ride a quieter horse rather than one that's sharp or forward-going.

She is easy to handle, has good manners on the ground, and is a pleasure to own. She would make a lovely all-rounder or happy hacking partner for someone looking for a sensible, uncomplicated mare.

Recently passed a vetting, is vaccinated and ready to go!

Please get in touch for more information or to arrange a viewing.

Seeking my next perfect pony! Must haves between - 14.2h and 15.2h, between - 6 and 15 , although would change for the perfect one.

Needs to be within 2 and a half hours of Derbyshire. would go further for the perfect one

MUST be safe around traffic , farm machinery , farm animals ( as I live on a farm ), happy hacking , schooling , fun rides , smaller jumps , local shows - showing , dressage etc

All year round turn out on private land , living with a Connie gelding and mini Shetland gelding ( can be in separate field)

Massive stables roughly 4 times bigger than an average one ! videos and pictures can be provided

Lots of land to hack around.

My preferred breed is a chunky traditional Connemara just because I love the breed so much my previous Connemara gave me so much but he is retired now , but would consider something else that fits the bill , but Connies really are my fav !

I previously had a bad accident with my last pony on the road with a tractor and my confidence is very low , it's very important that my next pony is very safe confidence giver. I am aware no horse is perfect but I don't want anything sharp or spooky and nothing that bolts , rears or bucks , strong etc
more woah than go

I would prefer no health issues but if it's something slight I will consider.
more must haves are good loading , good for farrier , dentist , for leading and for the vet.

I have had weekly dressage lessons for over a year and then monthly lessons with jumping the year before , spent a lot of time hacking ,before my accident. I have had horses for many years and was a competent rider until my accident where I lost confidence.

I am aware this is a lot to ask for but I know somewhere they must be one for me :) genuine 10 star home awaits thanks !
