I am looking for my first horse to buy as a 16 year old novice that I can build a genuine partnership with and have as my forever horse.

I can walk, trot and canter but I have never jumped so I am looking for something that I can learn and grow with.

📍 Based in Surrey, but willing to travel up to 3 hours for the right horse.

Ideally looking for:

✨ Under £7000 (with tack)

✨ 14.2hh–15.2hh (I’m 5,6)

✨ Safe, confidence giving but fun

✨ can hack safely alone and in company

✨ I would like to be able to hack, school, learn to jump and do some competing every now and again

✨ Ideally 8+ years old

✨Good to handle and manageable on the ground

✨suitable for a novice/ nervous rider so nothing spooky or silly

I am not looking for a competition superstar, just a reliable horse to have fun with, learn from and enjoy. I would love something established in its education so nothing spooky, silly or throwing shapes so I can gain confidence and develop as a rider.

A good temperament and suitability are far more important than breed, colour or competition record.

A lovely small private livery yard with mares and geldings. A very loving and caring home awaits.
