Due to 3 failed vettings, I am still seeking a fairly light weight Irish draught or Connie X or Cob X - Will travel up to 2 hours from Essex .
I am a competent adult dressage rider (lightweight) who would like to do prelim / novice / ele BD dressage but also some showing, pole work and fun hacking for variety.
Am willing to produce the horse further, but he / she would need to be capable of a decent prelim test (hence not completely green). Not looking for a traditional cob type.
Would be working with a professional dressage rider for training and riding. Lots of references available.
Based in Essex. No vices, sarcoids or medical/ lameness issues and moves straight please.

JJ is an 8yo true heavy stamp of a traditional mare, with substance and an amazing temperament. Sired by Son of a Gun (DNA Verifiable) who was a son of Shogun. Dam was Lob/Lion king bred.
A Proven broodmare with youngstock that can be seen and throws substantially built foals - would make an ideal Dam for Drum foals.
Standing around 14.2/14.3hh, she is as wide as she is tall but isn't shy when it comes to getting a fuss.
Has been lightly backed and ridden in open spaces in all 3 paces, however has not been worked for 12/18months due to injury (human), time and lack of jockey. Due to this, she is Green under saddle and is NOT suitable for a novice owner. She is in no way nasty, but I feel this would be an unfair combination to both owner and horse.
JJ Would be an asset to any breeding programme with her pedigree but would equally make an ideal ridden coloured show prospect.
Opportunity may also be available to have her re-covered for 2023 with our Traditional Stallion, The Ace of Kings, who is TGCA and CHAPS UK Silver Graded.
Good to catch - comes to call, if she hasn't already seen or heard you and is already at the gate ready!, Trim, Clip (not overly tolerant of her ears being trimmed, but will let you do it) and travels fine in lorry or trailer.
This is an honest ad and if we had the space and time she deserves, then she wouldn't be going anywhere.
Viewing is welcome and we have videos/ photos etc but please don't come expecting the next Valegro or something that is a currently a jump on and go.
Transport can be arranged Worldwide.

Applejack (Blue)
Blue is a fantastic 5yo Irish cob, he stands a touch under 15hh but shout finish 15hh plus.
This super little cob has a go at pretty much everything.
He is super in traffic and farm machinery. He has seen lorries, tractors.
He is good with motorbikes and cyclists. Always happy to go first or last when out hacking.
He always works in a snaffle and is great in open spaces.
He is happy to walk all day or pick up the rains if you fancy a canter, and away he'll go.
He'll jump a log if asked, or pop over a ditch.
Super to be around and is always well mannered in the stable.
He will tie up anywhere. Good with the farrier, great to pick his feet out. Can live in or out. Happy in company or on his own in the field.
This super little cob will suit anyone looking for a good, fun allrounder.
He's already doing everything we could ask for, for his age.
He really is very uncomplicated and economic to keep.
Due to his age, no complete beginners or small children.
Delivery can be arrived anywhere in the UK and Europe.
First to try will buy.
Open to any vet check. Teeth done and vaccinations started. Strangles test carried out.
Ready to go!
