First of all don’t be put off by her age, cobs like Gypsy are born with this temperament, you can’t put it into them.

This is a fully warranted sale, I would like to keep in touch and see her progress. If for any reason it doesn’t work out I offer a full refund.

She turned 3 in April this year, she’s been professionally broken and ridden away, a beautiful soft mouth with great steering and brakes. She will back up when asked with just one finger. She’s not sharp or sensitive in the slightest.

Gypsy will hack out on her own all day long, she’s very confident and not a spooky type, she’s really good in traffic and has been ridden out on busy main roads from day one.

Stands like a rock at the mounting block or any other obstacle you choose to mount from like the quad bike or a gate etc.

She rides like she’s been doing it her whole life, obviously still green in areas but as mentioned above cobs like Gypsy are born with this quiet, gentle temperament. She’s very easy to do in all ways, is super intelligent and really enjoys her job with her ears always forward wanting to learn and please her rider.

In my opinion you are far better buying a young cob with a good temperament that has had the best start possible in life, then buying and older cob that has learnt lots of bad habits that you will struggle to cure.

Would do well out showing too, she’s nicely marked and a lovely straight mover.

She can easily be ridden by a novice rider now however I would not sell her to a complete novice home with no help due to her young age.

The best temperament you will ever find in a cob, easy to catch, gets on with all other horses, was excellent for the farrier with her first ever full set of shoes, she stood like a rock!

Basil is a lovely boy with a great personality and is looking for a new home due to his owners work commitments. This isn’t an easy decision for his owner, and a good home where he can fulfil his potential is essential.

Over the last few months he has been kept ticking over in light work . He schools well but is looking for someone to further his education. He will happily school in the arena and on grass . Basil hacks out well but does prefer company he needs a strong confident rider to get him out hacking alone as he can nap when leaving the yard. This does improve with regular work . He is great on the road and happy in traffic.

Basil has previously been to camps - farm rides and has done a few intro dressage tests . He has also been placed in some local showing classes

He loves attention and would love a human who can spend lots of time with him .

Due to his size, he does need to have firm handling on the ground as he sometimes forgets he is a big guy - someone with experience in heavy horse breeds would be ideal.

Good to clip - can sometimes need a little persuasion to load but grows in confidence with regular outings .

He lives in or out and is happy in a herd .

He loves attention, and with the right person could be a contender for the show ring .

Buddy is a stunning, reliable, and versatile cob, who has been with us since he was 3 years old. Carefully and patiently produced with a future in Riding for the Disabled (RDA) in mind, Buddy has proven himself to be an exceptional horse. Unfortunately, he does not enjoy the routine led work in the school, so we believe he would thrive in an all-round home.

Buddy has recently taken three RDA riders to the Riding for Disabled Nationals at Hartpury, where he excelled in dressage and the countryside challenge. He truly is Mr. Safe, maintaining his calm demeanor both at home and when out and about.

Beyond his RDA accomplishments, Buddy has competed successfully at county shows in the Working Show Horse class and is affiliated with British Dressage, currently training at home at novice level.

He is bold and brave to jump, travels well in both a lorry and trailer, and is excellent to hack. Buddy is happy to live in or out, He is only available to the very best of homes.

Stanley had been campaigned well over the years in cob and Irish draught classes regularly qualifying for championships as well as The Royal international & Hoys.

This year at his first show of the season he gained his Royal International Amateur ticket and qualified for the Blue chip Id finals as he has for the last 4 years.

As you can see he has had much success in the show ring and still enjoys his shows.

Stanley is a much loved part of the family and has been home produced for the last 4 years by an amateur. He hacks alone and in company and is fine in traffic.
He also enjoys jumping although through other circumstances this is not something he does regularly.

He would suit an amateur wanting to be competitive In the show ring but he could also turn his hoof to some working show horse classes or dressage. He has plenty of engine and is forwards going so wouldn't be suited to a novice but is not naughty by any means.

Spent most of his career out hacking; hacked out by a petite 11 year old at home in open farmland. He doesn’t particularly favour heavy traffic but will stand to the side of a road and wait if asked. He particularly enjoys going to the forest with friends.

He has hunted a little with with the owner and regularly with previous owners, and absolutely loves it!

He can get excited at the start but settles lovely and weirdly isn’t strong! Currently lives very close to local bloodhound pack (5minute ride)and regularly meets them when out hacking out of season when they are on exercise, doesn’t care and will stand for a chat.

He has been very lightly shown locally with current owner.

He does school nicely on the flat however he is a Heavy horse…. So needs a little help here and there.

Easy to box up and deal with on your own for meet ups. Travels alone or with others.

Gentleman to clip and handle, doesn’t need tying up to clip out!

Great in the field .. he will happily live with mares or geldings

Excellent for farrier with very good feet (unusual with Suffolk in his breeding!)
