Jack is a super sports cob!

He came from Ireland as a 4 yo, he has been beautifully produced and this shows in his flat work where he has 3 balanced paces, he is active and expressive. He knows some lateral work and his changes are there too.

Jack also jumps! He is straightforward to a fence and enjoys it.

He also enjoys hunting, he’s been out with the Essex and Suffolk.

He has done some showing and dressage. Beach rides and hacking in more recent years but Jack will turn his hoof to anything!

He is a doddle to have around, you can clip him without even tying him up.

He is a competition hose though and would not suit a complete novice, he would be wasted and he has so many rosettes to win!!!

Videos available, Jack is based in Suffolk with good trial facilities.

Boris is an exceptionally kind, steady and gentle gelding with a genuine, calm temperament. He has been professionally broken to both ride and drive and is a straightforward, mannerly horse to handle and be around. He has not been in regular work recently due to lack of time and would benefit from a gradual return to work.

He lives on a working farm and is accustomed to heavy machinery, daily activity and turnout alongside a busy road. Boris has excellent manners on the ground, is easy to catch and handle, and is calm and cooperative for the vet and farrier (currently barefoot).

He has clean limbs, correct conformation and is true to Suffolk Punch type. Boris would suit a variety of roles including ridden work, harness work or a knowledgeable home looking for a dependable heavy horse partner.

Up to date with worming, vaccinations and teeth. Happy living out or stabled and mixes well with other horses.

Boris is closely bonded with Bunny (also advertised). Ideally we would like them to remain together as they are well matched in temperament and companionship. A combined price of £11,000 would be considered for the pair.

This decision has been made with careful consideration - Boris has been in the same home since being a foal and is a much-valued member of the farm.

Best suited to an experienced home familiar with heavy horses and with appropriate facilities and grazing. Homes will be carefully considered.

Currently living out 24/7 un-rugged in winter condition.

Saddle, bridle, harness, plough gear and horse plough available by separate negotiation.

Cornwall, South West.

Finn
Heartbreaking sale of our beautiful family cob

Finn is a real chunky weight carrier, the type you dont see around much

15hh, 14 years (turns 15 in May)

He will make the perfect mother/daughter share, happy hacker, pleasure ride, ideal for someone who would like to plod around several times a week. He is not the type that needs to be worked every day

He will hack alone or in company, first or last. Happy to just walk or will pick up the pace & even pop a small log. Never strong or silly, perfect in the heaviest of traffic

He will be tied up and groomed for hours, he loves a fuss. Not bothered being in on his own or if another leaves. Loves cuddles & scratches. Will do anything for a carrot

He has impeccable manners in the field, will keep him self to himself. Perfect being brought in, never bolshy or domineering at the gate. Currently in a large mixed herd

Finn does not enjoy being in the school & therefore will not be sold to a schooling home

Kept on a very busy yard, tractors coming & going, he regularly goes on the horse walker. Never bats an eyelid

He has been handled & ridden by my twelve year old daughter, never ever strong. He has been the ultimate confidence giver, reason for sale is my daughter now wants to progress to jumping & focus on schooling

Loads & travels wonderfully

Currently barefoot
