16.1hh to mature to 16.2hh blue and white part bred ID gelding rising 4 yrs

Super young horse who will go on to make a wonderful hunter, RC all rounder, hack, a real jack of all trades type. He would suit most riders but is obviously green and still learning.

Guss has got the loveliest attitude to his work, exceptionally kind and willing to please, he has recently been broken and is riding very well for his age with a lovely mouth and natural way of going and you couldn’t ask for any more from him at this point. He has three good very balanced paces. He has had very little formal education in the school and has done a couple of half days hunting ( hence the hog as no one likes plaiting! He’s not itchey!) and been out hacking both alone and in company and has proved himself as genuine and sensible. He is working naturally on the bridle and popping a few small fences in the school.

Guss is a steady and sensible sort, he is hacking out well alone and in company and has been good in all traffic met to date. He’s a really simple type of horse, adores people and fuss, excellent to clip, catch, shoe etc and wants to be your friend. He’s not sharp or silly and although young is very much one that can be picked up and put down again with no fear of the ejection button being hit!

He has a huge frame to fill and will turn in to a substantial hunter/ maxi cob type once mature. Although he is obviously green as grass he’s very willing and would suit someone as a first young horse to bring on, he’s the sort that once he finds his person he won’t ever be sold on as types like him are impossible to find as older horses. He really will go and become someone’s best mate.

Guss is an old fashioned Irish type hard to find.

Bob is a quality young horse imported from Ireland as an unbroken three-year-old. He was carefully backed and produced by ourselves last summer before being turned away. He has since come back into work after Christmas and is now back under saddle, hacking out weekly, and ready for his new home.

Bob is snaffle-mouthed and has never been strong, hot, or silly. He is excellent in traffic and very sensible in open fields. He hacks happily alone with no napping or nonsense and will also hack confidently in company, either in front or behind. He will happily hack for hours on his own around the downs and will stand quietly at the pub.

He is not a horse that needs riding every day, nor does he require lunging beforehand. He will always stand politely at the mounting block. That said, he is still young and green and would most definitely benefit from someone who can work with him on a regular, weekly basis to continue his education. For this reason, we would not feel he is suitable for a novice home at this stage.

Bob is good to load, catch, clip, and shoe. As a young horse, he does occasionally need his hand held and things explained to him, but once he understands, he takes everything in his stride.

He is a lovely forward-going ride with a super step and a very chilled outlook on life.

He works in a snaffle, is light in the hand, and goes sweetly off the leg, giving his rider a comfortable and confidence-building ride every time.

He’s lovely to hack, whether alone or in company, and is excellent in traffic. He’s well used to all kinds of farm machinery and country life, making him a brilliant choice for someone who enjoys relaxed rides through lanes, fields, or open countryside. Oreo is also a lovely, straightforward horse to take hunting — he’s sensible in open spaces, polite in a group, and enjoys getting on with the job.

Oreo has been schooled on the flat, over show jumps, and across cross-country fences. He’s honest and brave to a fence, has a good natural rhythm, and is already confidently jumps up to 90cm here. With his three balanced, comfortable paces and his enthusiastic, can-do attitude, he shows great potential for any all-round job. He’s the type of cob who will happily turn his hoof to a bit of everything — from hacking and hunting to riding club and fun days out.

His calm and adaptable temperament means he would suit a wide variety of homes: he would make a fantastic mother–daughter share, a brilliant addition to a riding school, or a trustworthy and fun happy hacker for someone wanting an easy, enjoyable companion.

The price includes delivery to your yard anywhere in the UK, and we offer an exchange if you’re not completely happy with him.

- Based at a foster yard in Leicestershire -

Mickey (aka Mickey Blue Eyes) is a handsome Appaloosa × Dartmoor × Warmblood gelding seeking a loving home as a non-ridden companion. He is good to catch, enjoys being groomed, and is comfortable having his feet picked out, as well as being well behaved for both the vet and farrier. Mickey is a kind pony who responds well to calm, consistent handling; however, he can become a little strong to lead if unsettled, so he will benefit from an adopter who can offer reassurance, routine, and clear boundaries. He currently lives happily in a mixed herd with both mares and geldings.

Paddy is a lovely type who is very easy to do and a pleasure to have around. He is handled daily by the children who help here and is happy to stand quietly to be groomed and fussed.

He loves hacking and is confident and enjoyable to ride out. Paddy is good in traffic and is happy hacking alone or in company. This is very much the job he enjoys most.

In addition to hacking, Paddy is well schooled on the flat, responsive to the leg and works in a consistent outline. He has competed in low-level dressage and has also hunted in a previous home and taken part in low-level shows.

Paddy will put in the occasional buck when going into canter, therefore he would be best suited to a confident, balanced rider. For this reason, he would not be suitable for a novice.

Approx 16.1h ID x TB (although none of us are sure where the thoroughbred in him is hiding as he’s built like a tank with plenty of bone!). Bug has spent the last few years on loan to a novice rider due to his owner’s circumstances, during this time he looked after her taking her to local shows and clear rounds, hacking & light schooling. Prior to this Bug spent time in an RDA riding school and has spent time out hunting which he has thoroughly enjoyed!

We have thoroughly enjoyed seeing what he can do over the past few months of him being with us but unfortunately it’s now time for him to find a person to have fun with him.

Since being here he’s hacked out lots, cantered round fully tackless stopping and steering of a neck rope, jumped some big beefy jumps including lots of fillers which he’s always been super bold over and been a good babysitting horse in the field on turnout as he’s easy going with a kind playful streak with other horses.

Open to viewing & vettings (located NN12) but unfortunately no loans or trials etc.

A rare opportunity to acquire a ridden section D mare of exceptional calibre. Mai oozes quality with unbelievably extravagant movement and a pedigree packed full of champions, being shown very successfully as a foal.

Attended a couple of ridden shows successfully in 2025 and competed at dressage, with some fantastic feedback. Showing incredible potential to go to the very top. She is a top-class typey mare, with fantastic bone and substance. With all the pony attributes.

Extravagant, straight movement and correct conformation. Mai is destined for an amazing career under saddle.

This is a very sad sale of a truly special young mare. She is powerful and expressive, giving the most balanced, uphill ride. Absolutely no novices. She needs an experienced home to reach her potential as she is still learning. Mai is hacking out well and has seen traffic and visits the forestry regularly.
