Stardust is such a lovely pony, never nasty, will lick you all day long.

11 years old by Kylebeck Crespo. He is a lovely chestnut / slightly roan in places with striking markings and his well known white feather display on his o/s flank.

Very well shown in hand and sired many foals before being cut for his ridden career. We have had him for just over 3 years and really don't want to sell him but my daughter has changed jobs and the hours and days have made it impossible to ride and show any ponies. This is so sad as he is at his best now. Advertised him before, took him off because so many of the wrong people ringing, he is loved and will only go to the right home.

You can take him into the buziest rings and he never get hot or edgy, pouring rain, heavy mud.

Never strong, ridden on light contact, Big softy , easy to do , totally home produced , perfect confirmation, has a glass like coat in the summer and very little in winter.

Lives in and out happily, good with others, farrier, travel.

Can be found easily on the internet.

1st Devon County 2024

2nd in couple of RI qualifiers

Should easily go out pick up his tickets if you want to show but he loves a varied life.

Stardust is so loved he will not be sold to anyone, he deserves the best of homes. He is priced to sell not put up for a silly figure. His Black country saddle available at extra cost.

Location Somerset, 3 miles from junction 23 of M5

Ring and ask anything but don't want text warriors and I will not hold conversation on text messages, have some respect.

Beautiful Dapple Grey RID mare with a full Class 1 pedigree. "Darla" is ready to go for grading this summer. She has a kind, trainable temperament, and is a lovely horse to work with. I'm 5' 3" and do everything with her on my own. Howling wind, tractors in the yard, she's not bothered. Good to mount, bath, clip and shoe.

Darla has 3 comfortable, balanced paces and doesn't ride "big" at all. Does everything in a snaffle. Happily jumping small courses with scope to improve. She has hacked, hunted, showjumped and done fun rides in Ireland.

She's still learning to hack out alone as our current yard is on a busy road, but is good in traffic.

A special mare, that rare sort who is sensible enough for a novice, but quality enough to be enjoyed by a more experienced rider.

Womble
16.2hh
Cob
Massive weight carrier
Kind, Calm, Loving Chap

Womble is an impressive 16.2hh weight carrying cob, with a loving temperament and calm disposition. He is easy to handle on the ground and under saddle and is always well mannered.

Womble was purchased at 3 years old, turned out to mature, then professional broken at 3 years 10 months he was then introduced to the riding school setting where he was ridden by staff and competent clientele, he was a quick learner and settled into this very busy environment without any problems, he participated in our group and private lessons, working on the flat, over poles and progressed quickly onto lateral work, small coloured and rustic fences, although still relatively green in the school, he was eager to learn, though new to poles and certain ridden exercises, he approaches each new task with a genuine willingness and calm disposition. He is not spooky, spiny, sharp, strong or reactive—just still developing his understanding. As a blank canvas, he offers the perfect opportunity for an independent rider to guide his progress and help shape his education. With time and consistency, he shows promise in working in a soft outline, he is developing good balance, lateral movement, and responsiveness to aids. He also continued to improve over small fence and log with quiet enthusiasm.

Womble hacks out confidently alone or in company and is entirely unfazed by the most challenging environments. He remains calm when faced with heavy traffic, including buses, tractors, lorries, and large agricultural machinery. He will wait patiently at roundabouts or traffic lights and never reacts with fear or tension. On open ground, he stays composed at all paces, whether leading, following, or riding solo. He never pulls, rushes, or attempts to overtake—even when returning home.

His exceptional manners extend to every aspect of handling. Womble is easy to catch, groom, bath, load, clip, and handle for the vet, dentist, and farrier. He currently lives barefoot but has previously been shod and is comfortable with either. He stands quietly for long periods without any restraint, happily enjoying being groomed and pampered. Children regularly lead and handle him without issue, and he will calmly stand at the mounting block until the rider is comfortably in the saddle.

More recently, he has begun to show a dislike for arena work. I believe this is largely due to the amount of schooling he has been asked to do, with very little variety. As a result, he has become a little stale and reluctant to go forward in the arena, unfortunately we have limited hacking facilities, so arena work is prominently where we ride, as we don’t have access to bridleways—only grass verges alongside roads or extremely busy roads. Initially we felt that focusing on arena schooling would be the best approach however in hindsight a variation would have been more beneficial.

Womble absolutely thrives when hacking out and continues to perform exceptionally well, even in heavy, fast-moving traffic. He takes busy and challenging road environments in his stride and continues to excel in these situations. I feel he would really benefit from a break from arena work. However, as we are a riding school, arena work is our 1st point of call.
Unfortunately Womble is not earning his keep, hence the reduced price.

Womble is a genuine confidence-giver who can be left unridden for weeks or even months and still be safe and consistent when brought back into work. He is incredibly low maintenance. He has never suffered from laminitis, sweet itch, sarcoids, or lameness, and has passed all annual riding school inspections with flying colours (equivalent to a Stage 2 vetting).

He currently lives out at night in a large mixed herd and stabled during the day but is equally content stabled or turned out full time, he is happy to be stabled / turned out solo, he is not clingy at all, he absolutely loves people and attention and adores a cuddle. He is quiet, independent, and never causes trouble in the field or stable. Being sold on behalf of a working livery.

Serious enquiries only. Please call or WhatsApp for more information or to arrange a viewing.

Excellent stamp of a Traditional Gypsy Cob 15.1hh coloured gelding, rising 5yrs ( 5 late July) . Passported TGCA , red stud book .

By San Cler Pearl Ambition out of Acresdale Hairy Mary, who is by the lovely sort after stallion SHAMBO .

Since being with us Rodney has turned heads showing , winning or being placed in every class entered ( inhand and ridden coloureds and cobs) .

We have been told by a professional show breeder and producer to show him County level as he has the potential to qualify HOYS / Royal International etc, but it's not really our thing .

He does a lot of hacking with us, through fords, common land and in traffic. He goes in front or behind and everyone who rides him falls in love. He hasn't done much jumping yet due to his age but has recently been arena XC and jumped absolutely everything asked including water, ditches, steps. I call him Mr "Yes" Man . Still green / wobbly schooling but has three basic paces and ready first someone to put their own stamp on .

Rodney was purchased on a wim last Autumn as current pony was lame but sadly he is going to be too big for the jockey he was meant for so we have come to the sad reality that he needs his forever home. Honest sort that is very hard to find.

Very sweet boy who is going to be someones best friend for life . No vices, up to date worming, teeth, vaccinations etc . A star in the making . Essex.

Freda is a rising 4 years old (DOB 06.05.22) maxi cob. Homebred foal from my Irish Draught mare, by a HW show cob stallion, Moon River (Connemara (Lecarrow King) x show winning maxi cob mare). Freda has been well-handled since a foal, and is growing into a lovely, substantial mare who is light on her feet.

She was lunged, long-reined and backed in the Autumn 2025 (video is day 3 of riding). She took everything in her stride and was hacking around the farm without company on day 5 of riding. With everything in place for this year, we turned her away to grow.

We brought her back into work, three weeks ago. She now has a strong foundation for her future and is confidently long-reining around the farm without company, including through the farmyard past farm machinery and lorries, stepping through puddles etc.

Quality heavyweight hunter or maxi cob in the making, ready to begin her work under saddle.

  • A real head turner!

Jessie - 16.1, 6 year old Irish mare.
A substantial mare, real old fashioned Irish hunter type. No breeding recorded but definitely heavy horse x something lighter.
Before coming over Jessie has mainly spent her time hacking/hunting/fun rides/Xc schooling/hunter trials.
Since being with us we’ve been working on her schooling and having lots of fun with her XC and hacking.
Hacks alone and in company and has been good in the traffic we’ve met and with the farm machinery around the place. She is bold and brave to a fence and will jump anything put in front of her, she’s a real operator and very capable.
Schooling is coming along well and she tries very hard to understand what’s being asked of her. She is green on the flat but would school up lovely in time, she has a lovely canter and is surprisingly balanced for a horse of her age/size. We’ve popped her over a few poles in the school here and she is very honest, she’d definitely go off and do some SJ with some more training. We haven’t done lots of this as our school is tiny for a horse of her size and we’ve concentrated more on getting some basics in place on the flat. Jessie is a lot of fun and has a lot to offer the right rider. Ideal type for hunting/hacking/hunter trials/fun rides/fun allrounder.
She is a big horse with an ‘engine’, wants to get on with the job type but not stupid or sharp. Just wouldn’t be for a nervous/novice rider. She’s absolutely not naughty or nasty but she is a game mare that wants equally game rider to go and have a blast and a rider with a bit of feel. You don’t need to be a pro but relatively experienced home preferred, ridden here regularly by a 15 year old girl who has the most amount of fun on her. Has had a week off here and then hopped up on no issues at all so she doesn’t need riding every day.
Really nice to have around, she absolutely loves a fuss and a groom, she fell asleep in the x ties when she was having a pamper for her pics to be taken!
Good to catch/load/shoe/bath/clip (inc leg trimming with big clippers). Used to my dog in the stable and doing zoomies across her hay pile in the field while she’s eating!

Brian – 3yo Gelding – 16.hh approx

“To hog or not to hog”………that is the question for your new horse………

Dun gelding with black points and a smart, even white blaze.
Currently standing at 161cm on the stick.

Would make a cracking Maxi if hogged

Maxi Cob/ Working Show Horse/ Working Cob

Leaving hair on so new owner can decide hog of not to hog…..

Unregistered breeding, quality type with straight, correct movement.

Brian is a well-handled young horse with a kind, genuine attitude. He is:
• Good to handle
• Well behaved in the stable
• Sociable and easy in the field (turned out with other geldings)
• Used to being stabled at night

He is:
• Fully vaccinated
• Regularly wormed
• Feet trimmed routinely
• Bridled and bitted
• Started lunging
• De-sensitising work well started

Moves straight and correct with a loose, natural jump and a willing attitude.

No vices, no blemishes.

He has travelled in two different types of lorries without issue.

Brian was vetted on purchase last year with no advisories, and I am confident he would pass a young horse vetting again.

Brian is ready for someone to put their own stamp on and bring on. With his type, movement, and colour, he has all the attributes to make a very smart 4-year-old next year.

Very sad sale due to my own injury and ongoing surgeries, meaning I won’t be able to do him justice this year, so he is being offered now to find the right, long-term home.

Transport can be arranged within the UK & international transport is also possible via Greenvale Transport.

Offers in region of low 5’s but open to reasonable offers for a genuine sale open to vetting

This “type” does not come unspoilt this good

Searching For A Family Friend / Allrounder

I am just beginning my search for a trustworthy, best friend type to welcome to our kind, knowledgeable, family home. Our horses are treated as part of our family & they receive the absolute best of care. I would be happy to provide references & to keep in touch.

I have ridden for several years & consider myself a knowledgeable & capable rider. However, due to ongoing health issues with my horse, who is now retired, I haven’t ridden as consistently in more recent years & so I am no longer as confident as I once was. Therefore, I am seeking a laid back, best friend type, who does not need riding most days to remain safe & sane.

We will be enjoying fun hacks from home, attending organised pleasure rides, forest trips, XC schooling & some clinics…. maybe the odd local show in future - but just for fun! I will often be hacking alongside my young daughter on her (sometimes quirky!) horse, so it is especially important that I find a level-headed, trustworthy type who I can depend on. Due to us going out in our horsebox regularly, I would like to find a horse who is good to load / travel &, most importantly, who remains calm & polite to handle & ride in different environments.

Our horses are kept at home with us on a quiet yard. I would love to find a gentle natured, polite character & a true best friend type.

We live in a rural area & although we generally meet very little traffic, when we do, it is often likely to be a tractor/farm vehicle. Therefore, it is hugely important that my new horse is confident around this type of traffic.

* I do appreciate that no horse is ‘perfect’ & that ‘bombproof’ does not exist & I am open to compromise but please do just be honest about any possible known ‘issues’ as I will not buy unseen & would want to have any potential horse vetted *

We are based in Norfolk so ideally looking for something in or around East Anglia but would travel further if plenty of info, videos/photos could be provided beforehand. I have a sensible budget & very relaxed & loving forever home for the right horse.

  • Dapple grey, a real eye-catching type
Handsome 15hh, 5-year-old cob gelding. Dapple grey, a real eye-catching type with lots of potential in the right hands.

He is backed and riding away, but still green and requires further education. In the school he can nap towards the gate if allowed, but improves with a consistent and confident rider. Out hacking he can be spooky due to lack of mileage and takes reassurance from his rider. He has previously hacked out sensibly and will benefit from someone confident to continue his education.

On the ground he will need a knowledgeable and experienced handler. He has recently been diagnosed with mild, early-stage CPL and mallenders, which are currently being managed with creams, washing, and regular clipping (legs clipped under sedation). He can be sensitive behind and has been known to kick out when handling his hind legs, so requires calm, confident handling. This is reflected in his price, as in the right hands he has the potential to make a lovely ridden horse. I am happy to disclose his full medical history.

He is currently based on a busy livery yard and is well handled day-to-day. He is in a herd of geldings and has previously been turned out in mixed herd.

This is a very sad sale of a much-loved horse, but he is not the right match for me. He would suit an experienced home looking for a rewarding project.

Serious enquiries and experienced homes only. I have lots of photos and videos on request.

King! The ultimate 1 in a million horse you are all looking for. The most genuine, safest and soundest horse in the country!

King needs no introduction, Handsome straight forward gelding, standing at 17.2h making him the most perfect weight carrier. One for the non horsey husbands to learn the trade! Gentlemanly enough for a petite lady, safe enough for a child. The smooth Rolls Royce to help progress a canter and will have you jumping a course in no time. King has been there and done it all, with plenty left in the tank to show you the ropes and be a reliable confidence giving noble steed.

If you think I’m done gloating about this chap, I’m not…

Without a shadow of doubt the safest hack in England, end of the buckle, will go for hours and adores a good forest ride, especially a dip in the river after. He absolutely adores water so be prepared to be splashed!

School’s beautifully on the flat with auto changes.

Point and steer job to jump whether that be Xc or Sj.

A big Labrador on the ground, trusted with kids, dogs etc.

Easy to do in every single way. Nothing is an issue, a beautiful gentle giant to have about. King is a genuine vice free horse looking for a loving private home.

If you want to enjoy a hassle and stress free life, beach rides, hacking, schooling, jumping, this is your guy.

Loads and travels beautifully, loves a fuss, good to shoe, clip, tie up, turn out in a herd or alone.

Serious enquires only - first in line will buy!

So much potential!

A lovely 6 year old, 15h bay irish gelding with the kindest temperament and a genuine nature. This super cob has plenty of potential and a very exciting future ahead.

He is easy to handle on the ground and enjoys his work, offering a fun and rewarding ride. A brave type, he hacks alone and in company and is continuing to gain confidence with his education.

With his age he’s still young and green, he is not a first pony, and would be best suited to a confident rider who can continue his schooling and bring out the best in him.

Would make a great Pony Club/RC prospect, mother/daughter share, or all rounder. He has all the attributes to go on and do a variety of jobs, with potential to progress further in the right hands.

Good to box, shoe and clip

A kind, genuine pony looking for a knowledgeable home to continue his education.
