I handle mary with my year old baby strapped to me! I wouldn’t do that with any others!

15.2hh cob cross 7 year old weight carrier, solid, fantastic bone mare. Where do I start with this tremendous mare.

Mary has done abit of everything, she will hack alone or in company, pop a log in the woods, will ride on open grass and school in an arena.

She is a laid back kind eyed type. She travels on a lorry or a trailer. Can lead her through a field of others she’s not turned out with and they can blast towards her and she remains level headed.

She’s fantastic in traffic and would hack to the moon for you. She does prefer company but very willing to go on her own.

She’s currently living out, although will live in also! - it’s a big deal a mare leaving a field full of horses neighing to her with dignity & straight onto a main busy road. She’s extremely quiet to clip! Will literally stand there without being tied up.

Any vettings or bloods are welcome. A kind loving forever home is wanted for this mare.

She’s very low maintenance to keep and no dramas, will turn out with another or on her own. Not a busy stressy type. I’d like her to go to an experienced home who is going to enjoy her. Welcome to try on grass, in a arena or on the roads.

No time wasters please & no complete novices the mare is nicely schooled and not a riding school cob.

The Ultimate Confidence Giver
One In A Million This Mare Has Got It All

Margo is an exceptional 15.2hh 6 year-old Cob mare who offers the rare combination of safety, strength, experience, and a heart of gold. She is kind, bold, dependable, weight carrier, ideal for a wide range of riders – from complete beginners, nervous adults and children to more experienced jockeys who prefer a calm and steady ride.

Margo is beautifully put together and has been there, done that, in every sense. A calm, considerate and willing mare, she is the definition of safe and steady. She has more whoa then go if you’re less experienced but also has a fifth gear if you can ride she’s so adaptable, she can be ridden by completing novices then pick up her pace if you can ride, making her a perfect mount for riders who want to enjoy their riding at a relaxed pace without compromising on ability or responsiveness.

Ultimate All-Rounder

Margo has spent the last 18 months in a professional riding school environment and she has excelled with every level of rider, from novices to advanced, both under saddle and during stable management activities.

She has experience in flatwork lessons, both private and group, as well as participating in our in-house showjumping and cross-country competitions. She absolutely loves to jump and is confident over coloured and rustic fences she has a bold, careful jump. She would easily compete in showjumping, cross-country, working hunter, one-day events and hunting.

Margo absolutely loves to hack out and does so safely and calmly. She will happily hack alone or in company and has been exposed to the heaviest, fastest-moving traffic imaginable. She is completely unphased by buses, lorries, farm machinery and all types of vehicles. She remains safe and steady in all environments and does not rush or pull, even in open spaces or on the way home, you can gallop her across open fields with loose horses running along side her, then immediately pull her up and allow her to walk on a long rein or ask her to stand while horses run around her, she is most definitely not sharp, spooky or spiny.

She has been truly exceptional during her time on the riding school, she is unbelievable forgiving when rider lose their balance, struipps or have a bad stride into a fence, she always takes care of her riders, her substantial build, with a leg in each corner, combined with her calm disposition, sure-footedness, and gentle nature, gives even the most nervous riders the confidence to progress and excel. She will stand patiently at the mounting block for as long as needed, without moving an inch. I can honestly say she has absolutely no quirks, negative or marish traits.

Although she is happy to go at a quiet steady pace, she is also responsive to the leg and has three beautiful balanced, steady paces. For more experienced riders, she will work into a nice outline with enthusiasm and energy, always staying calm and sensible, she has never bolted, bucked, reared, kicked or bitten, she is the most loving kind mare you could ever wish to meet. Snaffle mouth with absolutely no gadgets. She will work into a nice outline, however due to being ridden by a varied clientele of novices, she has been allowed to carry her head high as most of her riders have limited knowledge.

Margo has outstanding ground manners. She stands for hours to be groomed and fussed over, with or without a head collar or lead rope. She is never marish or clingy, and she happy living in or out. In the field, she keeps herself to herself and never causes trouble, whether stabled alone or turned out in a mixed herd.

Margo has a history of excellent health and has never had laminitis, sweet itch, sarcoids, or any lumps, bumps, or unsoundness.

She is currently barefoot with strong, healthy hooves and is equally happy to be shod. She is excellent to clip, bath, catch, great to load and travel, fantastic with the farrier, vet, and dentist.

She is incredibly low maintenance, requiring no daily work. She can have weeks or even months off and return to ridden work without any fuss. She maintains her condition year-round on a simple diet and is easy to manage in every way.

She passes our riding school annual Licence Inspection, which is the equivalent of a Stage 2 vetting.

Margo is a rare gem. She is the perfect choice for someone looking for a calm, dependable, and capable all-rounder. Whether you’re re a nervous adult, a beginner rider, someone looking for a safe happy hacker, or a family looking for a versatile and loving horse, Margo fits the bill perfectly. She is a genuine schoolmistress who provides confidence and enjoyment in every ride and will give her next owner years of pleasure.

This is a heartbreaking sale. As part of our regular stock rotation, we give our riding school horses the opportunity to move on to private homes every few years so they can enjoy one-on-one attention and new experiences. Margo is ready to bring joy to her next rider and deserves the very best home. She has been truly exceptional.

Rocco is a lovely stamp of a horse with clean limbs and 9” of bone. He shows 3 correct rhythmic paces and naturally carry’s himself in an easy frame.

Rocco was professional produced by Danielle heath as a 4 year old gaining success in the show ring at county level, since then he has been with low level amateur riders.

Rocco is easy to do in all ways and would happily live in or out. Good to shoe/clip/catch etc
Hacks alone or in company.
Rocco likes pole work for variety and is willing to pop a few small fences but this wouldnt be where his natural talent lies.

We believe he would make a cracking low level dressage horse or local/county show horse as although he is low mileage in the competition ring he has a very willing attitude and would take to the job very easily.

We have produced slowly and carefully, was originally to be a pair driving horse but sadly both him and his brother grew too big for our carriages.

Extensive ground work has been done, he is bold, brave, seen and been exposed to possibly more than most horses his age, with serious attention to his welfare whilst growing so big, beach, forest, hills in company and on his own.

Delight to own, he has been ridden by many levels of ability rider , professional to beginners,  side saddle and has done jousting practice, working equitation style hazards and more creative, he has not served, excellent in all ways, kind

He is kept in a yard with others and is turned out ( albeit on his own , is no problem )

We have kept fences to a small height in consideration of his size, but have given him weird and spooky , he just takes you.

Super light mouth no gadgets , Placed 1st time dressage test just before xmas 7s and 8s

He stands on trailer or box on his own or in with others ,

I have a side saddle for him , i have hacked him in one time 1st time! , needs over girth and girth larger to fit for shows.

This is a very sad sale, life just isnt going to plan .would consider loan to right home with view to buy.

This horse is a major contender for search for a star and other novice horse championships,

Open to any vet, excellent trial facility, including accommodation for long distance buyers,

16.1hh to mature to 16.2hh blue and white part bred ID gelding rising 4 yrs

Super young horse who will go on to make a wonderful hunter, RC all rounder, hack, a real jack of all trades type. He would suit most riders but is obviously green and still learning.

Guss has got the loveliest attitude to his work, exceptionally kind and willing to please, he has recently been broken and is riding very well for his age with a lovely mouth and natural way of going and you couldn’t ask for any more from him at this point. He has three good very balanced paces. He has had very little formal education in the school and has done a couple of half days hunting ( hence the hog as no one likes plaiting! He’s not itchey!) and been out hacking both alone and in company and has proved himself as genuine and sensible. He is working naturally on the bridle and popping a few small fences in the school.

Guss is a steady and sensible sort, he is hacking out well alone and in company and has been good in all traffic met to date. He’s a really simple type of horse, adores people and fuss, excellent to clip, catch, shoe etc and wants to be your friend. He’s not sharp or silly and although young is very much one that can be picked up and put down again with no fear of the ejection button being hit!

He has a huge frame to fill and will turn in to a substantial hunter/ maxi cob type once mature. Although he is obviously green as grass he’s very willing and would suit someone as a first young horse to bring on, he’s the sort that once he finds his person he won’t ever be sold on as types like him are impossible to find as older horses. He really will go and become someone’s best mate.

Guss is an old fashioned Irish type hard to find.

Bob is a quality young horse imported from Ireland as an unbroken three-year-old. He was carefully backed and produced by ourselves last summer before being turned away. He has since come back into work after Christmas and is now back under saddle, hacking out weekly, and ready for his new home.

Bob is snaffle-mouthed and has never been strong, hot, or silly. He is excellent in traffic and very sensible in open fields. He hacks happily alone with no napping or nonsense and will also hack confidently in company, either in front or behind. He will happily hack for hours on his own around the downs and will stand quietly at the pub.

He is not a horse that needs riding every day, nor does he require lunging beforehand. He will always stand politely at the mounting block. That said, he is still young and green and would most definitely benefit from someone who can work with him on a regular, weekly basis to continue his education. For this reason, we would not feel he is suitable for a novice home at this stage.

Bob is good to load, catch, clip, and shoe. As a young horse, he does occasionally need his hand held and things explained to him, but once he understands, he takes everything in his stride.

He is a lovely forward-going ride with a super step and a very chilled outlook on life.
