Unique opportunity to acquire a mare who could be AI’d while she is based at Twemlows for the next couple of weeks. Foaled 6th April so ready for someone to use themselves within the next two weeks or so.

Easy foaler, takes first time. Has full breeding history with Twemlows. Is a great mother to all her x4 foals on the ground, she has delivered quality foals with no complications.

Was professionally broken and ridden away prior starting her breeding journey. Is unphased by all types of traffic, hacks alone or in company. Has no affiliated competition history. Travels well. Has been to multiple venues, clinics, country parks. Easy to do in all ways, has great stable manners although prefers to be out as much as possible. Enjoys grooming, bathing etc. Low/cheap maintenance type horse who holds her weight.

Is up to date with worming, vaccinations, dentist etc.

This horse has always had the very best so a true forever home is most important where she can continue to be a broodmare or be a happy hack for a lightweight rider.

A very sad sale but i’ve come to realize I have too many to manage on my own. I have owned her since being imported into the UK 6years ago.

Does have a medical history therefore would not pass a vetting. However is more than capable of a light hack / broodmare home. Has no ongoing medical costs.

Depending on type of home a contract would be drawn up should she be AI’d while at Twemlows or available to a ridden home after weaning.

Has bred two exceptional, big strong colt foals for us. In foal first time both times AI; easy to foal, arrived exactly on time and she manged all on her own in the field. She has been a really kind mother who has looked after her boys well, but equally easy to wean and quiet to move on.

Sad sale as no longer going to be breeding, and she has enjoyed being a mum. Not in foal this year, but fit, well and ready to go for the season.

She has never been ridden, but possibly could be broken in if desired.
