An opportunity has arisen at Anmore Dressage as our current trainer, a highly valued member of the team, returns home abroad later in the year.

We are seeking an experienced Young Horse Trainer for a training-focused role. This position doesn’t require daily yard work — with the right experience, the role is cantered on full-time training and production of horses.

Key aspects of the role include:
• backing young horses
• Progressive schooling and production of young horses
• Assessing temperament, behaviour and training needs
• Working alongside management to align training with competition and sales goals
• Clear communication of horse progress and development

We are looking for someone calm, consistent and welfare-led, with proven experience producing young horses within a professional, structured environment.

A competitive salary is offered, based on experience. Experience is essential. References will be required.
