Be capable of schooling to high standard and have a quiet patient attitude

Plenty of work for right applicant 

• We are looking for a person who takes pride in what they do and have high standards in care and turn out
• Reliable full time groom to help look after our show jumping horses and brood mares
• Handling young stock

The position is varied and will include all aspects of stud work and requires a hands on, hard working and committed individual

Previous experience essential

Must be able to drive a car and tractor

The successful applicant will be:

• Able to use their own initiative, be honest, and a good team player
• Our ideal candidate will be a person who takes pride in all that they do and have high standards in care and turn out
• Home groom with opportunity to go to shows if needed
• Must be able to take sole charge of yard
• Clip
• Handle young stock
• Good yard management

We're seeking experienced, compassionate foster yards in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, Dorset, Surrey East & West Sussex to work alongside the Blue Cross Fostering & Adoptions Team.

As a foster yard, you’ll:
 Provide daily care to a variety of horses
 Offer isolation for new arrivals
 Create safe herd environments
 Support our rehoming process by hosting viewings & collections
Deliver excellent customer care
Be flexible to meet client needs
