Due to no fault of his own Thaayer is now on the look for his next home. Thaayer retired sound from racing in 2023 and since then has mostly been a happy hacker. He will hack happily alone and in company and will go first or last. Thaayer is perfect in open spaces and good with traffic. I’m yet to find something that bothers him.
He is not at all the spooky type.

Thaayer went showing at the start of May 2025, placing 2nd in an open ridden class. Showing isn’t something I have much interest in so he hasn’t done anything since.
Thaayer has a lovely flicky trot and is always keen to learn. He’s a horse that loves to work and will give anything a go. Thaayer would suit someone that wants a horse to go out and have fun with. He would do a lovely dressage test and probably suit a dressage home due to his lovely moments. He is still very green in the school but is a very quick learner.

Thaayer has done very little pole work and jumping. He can do it but he’s still finding his way about this and would need someone with the confidence and knowledge to take his jumping further.

Thaayer is only for sale due to my lack of time and lack of facilities. I don’t have an arena on my yard so I only have access to hacking. I believe Thaayer has the ability to do so well in either dressage or jumping if he was in the right home. He’s one of the best horses I could’ve owned but truly believe his talent is being wasted with me.

Thaayer does crib and can pull faces at dinner time. Has been groomer whilst eating and he doesn’t react.

Perfect for farrier, shod on all 4
Good to load, catch, bath, clip.

Has been handled and ridden by kids, he’s perfect around them!

  • Flash is an extremely smart young horse who has been unspoilt

He was broken in in his four year old year and then ridden away for a little time before being turned away.

At the beginning of this year he was brought in and has been lightly educated through the spring and the summer

He has accumulated 8 days of autumn hunting and now trail hunting and is going extremely well with the VWH & The Beaufort.

Flash is completely adorable to do at home and is an all round nice person to deal with day to day.

He goes in a cavesson and a snaffle and could turn his hand to anything his new owner would like to try.

This could be show classes, eventing, dressage, side saddle classes, show jumping, continue hunting etc.

He’s very good to lead, good in the stable, vice free, good feet, good to catch, good to load, good to hack.

He’s a homebreed horse out of our family Pony Club mare (her name; Nothing Ventured Nothing Gained) who was a prolific winner at BE100 level and competed up to FEI 2*SHORT level.

She was a very genuine performer and also tough and sound and retired in her late teens to become a brood mare.

Flash’s sire needs no introduction, Britannia’s Mail. He is a proven producer of many many good quality competitive competitions horses.

He’s got three good, straight paces as well as correct conformation.

16hh dark bay ISH. 7 yr old Mare, out of Sligo lines. Very light use over the last year due to daughter giving up horses. She is now having regular schooling and is doing amazing. She has done a small amount of pc ralllys and loves hacking alone or in company. She is more leg on.

She is still a bit green and can be spooky but not nasty, just has a look then gets on.

This is massively improving as she’s being schooled more.

She is easy to do on the ground, catch, shoe, travel. She has hunted a whole season in Ireland as a 4/5 year old.

Would suit eventing home as she can move well. Experienced rider only.

Ronnie is a stunning 16.1hh Full Irish Draft x well-known sire Rebel Flagmount (Class 1).

I bought him for myself last year to ride, however, my workload has increased dramatically and I don't have time to ride him consistently, so reluctantly I have decided to offer him for sale.

He has done plenty of training shows and some registered jumping at 90cm, he has also hunted and really enjoyed it. He is steady in the field and happy to go or to wait. He is well schooled on the flat and does his changes.

He keeps a very tidy stable and for a gray he keeps himself really clean, he rarely has stable stains and his white bits stay white!

Hacks out alone and is good in traffic.
He is not a plody type draft, so I would say he is suited to someone who wants to get on and go.

He has clean limbs, a great step and is very flashy, so may be suited to a career as a MW Hunter.

Will pass any vetting.

Ardlea Sundance, or Ted as he is affectionately known at home is ready to find his new friend.

Ted would suit someone who wants to do a bit of everything and be competitive while you’re at it, he has 3 super paces and a lovely soft mouth.

As well as having super potential in dressage Ted is a super jumper with a correct tehnique and a willing attitude.

Cross country he’s seen a variety of fences and popped ditches, steps and water no problem, he also has popped round multiple showjumping courses proving to be very willing with a super trainable attitude.

Ted went hunting on Saturday and took to it like a duck to water, stood perfectly at the meet, waited patiently for his jumps, didn’t pull and jumped beautifully.

I CAN NOT STRESS ENOUGH NO MORE TIME WASTERS!!!!!!
This a very sad and stressful time for myself , my daughter and Daisys loaners , so please only enquire and arrange viewings if you have a genuine interest.

It is with a very heavy and sad heart that we have to decided to look for a new home for our Daisy Doo as she is being completely wasted and has so much potential and lots more to give, so please absolutely no time wasters or joy riders.

THIS IS A 100% GENUINE TRUTHFUL AD WITH ALL PROS AND CONS SO PLEASE READ ALL THE DESCRIPTION.

Daisy was brought for my 11 year old daughter nearly 4 years ago as her 2nd pony , unfortunately my daughter had lost all interest in horses around a year ago so we put Daisy on loan for a year hoping my daughter would come back to it unfortunately she hasn't.

Daisy is currently on loan to a mother/daughter share kept at the same yard , her daughter knew the basics but was very novice , Daisy has now taught her to ride and brought her confidence on leaps and bounds , Mum is very experienced with horses and knows what she is doing , Daisy really does know her riders ,for the novice rider she will take care of you and teach you to never be to relaxed or content whist riding, for the experienced rider she will be more forward going , like most horses there may be a possibility she might even test you to see how much she can get away with ,may take the biscuit a little , but once she realises your not going to let her take the biscuit shes an amazing fun ride this is just a possibility.

Daisy will hack out alone or in company , she will be more forward going on her own and a little more dramatic nothing nasty or silly, again with regular riding all the drama subsides.

The reason for loan home not purchasing is her 13 year daughter has very long legs and although daisy does take up a lot of leg she is now starting to look quite tall on her so would need something bigger very soon.

We have done pony club rallies, cross country, hunting, beach rides , fun rides ,local shows in hand and ridden always placed and lots of hacking she just takes everything in her stride, she is very laid back and sensible on a show ground and on any outing , she doesn't doesn't get stressed or fizzy.

Daisy can lead or be lead off another horse , ive done plenty of times , ive lead Daisy off my horse when a child or complete novice has come for a hack/ride or when ive not got the time to ride both horses , never silly or strong , she may neigh which is very loud, sounds extremely dramatic but nothing silly , you can pull Daisy from the field once a year and she would still be the same horse .

Daisy is very low mileage as she was broke to ride at 9 years old by previous owners, and was a driving mare for a deaf girl for 5 years , ive never drove Daisy myself but I do have pictures of her driving . Daisy transitioned impeccably to her ridden work nothing fazes this amazing mare .

Daisy is a little green in some areas but with regular riding , schooling and furthering her education she will excel in any discipline you wish to do with her.
She knows all the basics and loves to jump.

Daisy is not your typical grumpy face pulling mare , she would stand to be fussed and groomed all day she is very loving.
Daisy is not quite a first pony/complete novice ride due to her dramatic behaviour at times but if a rider knows the basics and is confident she would further your riding ability .
Daisy has never bucked reared or bolted , however she MAY throw a little bunny hop with excitement , nothing ever malicious, she is never silly or strong , as with majority of Welsh ponies she can be a drama queen!!
For example you could be out on a lovely hack then out of no where she will spook/jump at a blade of grass that moved, i swear she does this on purpose to wake her rider up!!.
Again nothing dangerous, nasty or silly.

Daisy is not bothered by big rubbish piles drains anything that would spook a regualr horse shes fine with it all , she is 100% in traffic ,not so keen on tractors or loud fast motorbikes , she likes to be spoken to with plenty of reassurance, we just pull in or over , face the tractor or motorbike so she can see whats coming she is fine, she will pass the tractor if need be , she MAY rush past a little , whilst going past again nothing dangerous or nasty.

Daisy currently lives out 24/7 with my old mare with the odd night in to have a break from the cold weather , she is a very good doer and has never been sick or sorry , no laminitis, she does fatten up very easy so ive been strip grazing in the summer months , Daisy does know when the electric fence is live or not and will go through them if not live .

Daisy did take the best part of a year to fully settle into her new environment , although she would be a little stressy when brought out of the field without her friend she was never nasty or malicious.
Daisy can be turned out with other horses no problem , she does like the boys lol! ??

We did find if she was turned out on her own or next to other horses she is completely unfazed by leaving her friends.

Daisy is extremely clever and responds well to learning new things and likes things to be kept intresting whilst in the school, as she can become a lazy Daisy.

Daisy is kept on a farm so used to cows and sheep and farm machinery.
The only thing Daisy really does not like and genuinely shakes with fear is the sound of a shot gun going off in very close proximity.
There is lots of pheasant shooting especially this time of year in all neighbouring fields , every horse on the yard absolutely hates when its a shoot day it unsettles them all they all turn into nervous recks , even the golden oldies .
We have rode daisy on these days ,although she is a little unsettled, and genuinely worried , once on her back she will be nervous and a little hesitant but with reassurance she will settle down once past all the shooting ,because of the stress and fear caused by the shooting we decided to not hack out on these days , on occasions we have loaded the girls up and took them elsewhere for a ride and she is absolutely fine.

Daisy will always let you know if something isn't quite right ie teeth , a sore muscle or the saddle not fitting quite right due to body shape change or in season etc, her behaviour will slightly change nothing nasty but you will notice a slight difference.
I would like her new owners to have an understanding of her and not just see it as a bad behaviour there will always be a reason for ANY behaviour change with Daisy is never nasty and is VERY predictable.

Daisy would suit all types of homes, I would like her new owners to have some experience and an understanding of horses rather than a complete novice buying their first horse.
She would suit a novice or experienced rider , riding school , a happy hacker , pony club pony etc this pony can and will do anything you wish to do with her and will excel in any discipline you wish to do with her.

She doesn't respond well to a stroppy aggressive approach she becomes more stubborn, although will respond to a firm tone should she need it, Daisy responds well to a kind ,gentle approach as she really does love a good fuss the more you give to Daisy the more you will get from her in every aspect .

We dont have access to a school on our yard , I do have transport and can hire a school for people that have a GENUINE SERIOUS INTREST!!!

She doesn't have any vices.
Daisy is good to box , shoe, clip etc
Daisy is up to date with teeth , physio and saddle check .
Daisy will come with a complete wardrobe ,saddle that was made and fitted to her , 2 bridles , a mountain of rugs for every occasion , boots , saddle pads, tack trolley and much more.

I am more than happy to send more photos and videos on request , NO TIME WASTERS!!!

15/15.1hh 7yo stunning dun Connemara gelding.

This lovely little horse has a beautiful and kind temperament that wants to please. He is a joy to handle in and out of the stable, he has a quiet more timid personality but is coming out of his shell and loves fuss and attention, he’ll stand for hours being groomed and played with.

To ride he is a complete sweetie - he is so kind and willing, he has 3 very smart paces and holds himself is a lovely outline, he has been out to do some low level dressage with good scores and shows a lot of potential.

He has a lovely jump, he takes you in and is genuine with all types of fences. He’s been out to arena hires and clear rounds and has just started competing in SJ and combined training at 70/80cm.

He loves his XC and has done plenty of it in ireland, he jumps everything you point him at. He’s jumped around 70/80cm courses at event venues and would definitely be good enough for Cotswold Cup in the future.

He is a kind a sweet horse who would excel in any sphere with a genuine kind rider, no nervous or novice homes.

£15,000 including head holler, bridle and rugs
Passed 5 stage vetting on 8/12/25 but sadly a change in buyers circumstances means he’s now looking for his perfect partner

BORIS

Super 2010 bay Warmblood gelding standing at 16hh, bred by Zenturio, This gorgeous boy has been in the same home for five years, until I sold him over a year ago, he has been having a brilliant time but sadly his owners change in personal circumstances (not horse related) forces his sale.

Boris is the full package, he’s striking, compact and a comfortable ride, a been there done it time, with plenty of talent and ability. He’s a snaffle ride with forward, straight moving and correct paces, in the dressage boards he’s been scoring consistent high 60s, and is always in the ribbons.

He’s done a bit of everything and has very much been an allrounder / hunter and has team-chased. He’s a machine over a hedge and will offer you a fantastic day out whatever you wish to be doing with him. Boris has qualified for all riding club championships in all disciplines over the last few years. He is incredible cross country and definitely loves it!

He’s hunted four seasons, offering a mannerly ride will lead or follow, stand on point and always stands when asked. Boris has also done inter hunt relays, been to the beach and just been such a fun horse for his owner.

He will hack alone and in company, ride or lead and is brilliant in traffic, busy environments etc.

Boris is great to do in all ways. Open to any vet or trainer £9950
