Passed pre-sale vet check

Sady is an incredible cob. She has three correct paces and will excel as a dressage horse.

She works beautifully in the school and has an incredibly good mouth.

She'll pop round a set of coloured fences and XC jumps.

Hacks out alone or in company and is fine in open spaces.

This really is a super type for someone who wants a competition cob.

She's got loads of wow factor.

Great with the farrier, loads on a lorry or a trailer, and ties up anywhere.

We've had her teeth done, first vaccination and her worming is up to date.

We've had her vet checked prior to putting her on the market - no issues at all with the vet.

Serious horse for somebody.

Please note height is approximate as this horse does not have a life height certificate, and age as stated in passport

Basil is the horse everybody wants! He is approx. 16hh; we've never had a measuring stick on him and 7 years old (8 in Jan 2019). He was bought by my step-father September last year to hunt on as his old horse needed to be retired. He hunted a couple of times with my 69 year old step father who, in the politest way possible, isn't the best rider! He's polite and easy on the hunting field. Unfortunately my step-father was injured at work at the start of the season and needed surgery. He hunted the back end of the 2016/17 season with his previous owner, who we are still in contact with. I took him on just to keep him ticking over and discovered just how multi talented he is.

He's the simplest horse to ride. Go, stop, turn and jump all push button. If anything he's a little lazy in the school. Works in a consistent outline and has 3 well balanced, correct paces. Easy to ride to a fence, super adjustable and careful over poles. Competed Prelim dressage always getting lovely comments. Competed BS up to 1m, qualifying for Scope Festival this year where he jumped some great rounds. Always in a snaffle. Hacks out alone and in company, 100% in traffic (our yard is on a busy A road). Not fazed by quad bikes and farm machinery, I always ride with my dog running round his feet with no issues. You can ride him every day or once a week, he doesn't go any differently. The only thing I've found he's wary of is cows, but as there's over 150 of them on our farm he's grown used to them over the past 12 months. He's really fun to ride, you can switch from schooling to tearing about the school and back again with no fuss. Doesn't get hot or sharp. Has XC schooled and done Hunter Trials.

Basil has been in training but never raced so I don't know how that would effect ROR prospects, as showing has never interested me so it's not something I looked at. He does have a couple of small splints so wouldn't be a top show horse. They've never affected him in any way. He's an attractive looking horse with a people pleaser attitude to life, he's good to do in all ways. Super to load/clip/catch/bath/shoe/power wash/use as a pillow. A real sweetheart to look after, no trouble. Stabled on a very busy working farm so used to an atmosphere but equally I think he'd do great on a quiet place, nothing fazes him. Lives in 24/7 over winter as we have no winter turnout and it doesn't change him, he's lived out over this summer fine. Turned out alone or in pairs as that's how my horses are kept but I've never seen him cause any problems. We have chucked him out with all sorts and they've got on great. A good doer for a thoroughbred, he was a little lean when we bought him but all we've fed him is fibrebeet and good quality hay and he holds his weight well. He's up to date with worming/teeth/physio and all vaccinations.

Basil is only for sale as his owner is giving up riding due to his ongoing injury problems and I have 5 of my own. If I could afford to keep him he would be going nowhere! He is a saint of a little horse with a heart of gold and a cheeky personality that you can't help but fall in love with. I don't mind if he goes to a competitive home or a happy hacking home, just somewhere where he will be loved as he truly is a special horse.

We are in Knutsford, Cheshire. 10 mins off J19 on the M6. Lots of photos and videos available on request. Also videos taken to order if I haven't got something you want to see!

Hettie is a willing young horse who is riding very well for her age. She has been broken and produced this far by a 19 year old girl.

She has 3 very balanced, light, flowing paces and has just started jumping showing good potential over a fence. Hettie has been  unfazed by fillers and is already happily jumping a water tray.

She will be a super contender for the age classes next season and is very much the type liked in the BYEH classes.

Hettie is an uncomplicated and willing young mare who has been very easy to break.

She is good to stand for the farrier and is currently shod in front.

Hettie has a 5 stage vetting certificate but is also open to any other vetting

She has been xc schooled jumping water, ditches and steps taking it all in her stride. A mare with a lovely trainable attitude

This very attractive gelding has three regular, balanced paces and a bold brave jump.

He has hunted in Ireland and competed all RC / unaffiliated disciplines with us. We have also had him on beach, farm & pleasure rides.

He is a quality Horse who is ready to go further in his competition career. He has the aptitude to go BE / BS / BD or return to the hunting field. Sadly we no longer have the time to compete him so have made the decision to offer him for sale.

While with us he has been much admired and placed every time out. He has competed in his first Eventer Derby over BE80 course and was placed 6th with double clear. Very bold into water, over ditches etc. and needs to move on to realise his potential.

An active competition home required for this very special gelding..
