Low Level Allrounder

15.3hh Rising 7yr old Irish Sports Horse Mare.

Ginge loves Clinics, Show Jumping, Hacking and Dressage, she is still green with her XC, but has competed unaffiliated with good results.

A kind and calm mare, who is good to catch, clip, shoe, load (we only have a trailer) hacks alone and in company. No biting or kicking, fine hacking out with friends on geldings - No napping or spooking, she makes you feel very safe on solo hacking adventures, good in traffic - we hack on lanes, so no main roads.

She travels well and is easy to take to new venues on my own. I bought her as an unbacked 4 year old and she has been a pleasure to produce. So much so, I have just backed another youngster who I am now bringing on, hence looking to sell Ginge.

Lots of pictures and videos. No complete novices or nervous enquiries please.

  • Competed in some unaffiliated dressage events
  • Safe, sane and versitile!

A strikingly attractive mare with quality, presence and all the attributes to make a serious competition horse.

Exceptionally well bred, she is by Grand Galaxy Win, the internationally acclaimed dressage sire renowned for producing modern, athletic horses with outstanding movement, rideability and trainable temperaments. Her dam is by the legendary DiMaggio, one of the most influential dressage stallions of recent decades, celebrated for passing on expressive paces, exceptional elasticity and proven performance genetics. The combination of these two bloodlines has resulted in a mare with all the ingredients for success.

She is a genuine pleasure to have on the yard and is straightforward to manage in every respect. Easy to handle, sensible and uncomplicated, she has no quirks or vices. Whilst much of her hacking has been done off-road, giving her limited exposure to heavy traffic, she is not the sort to become flustered or lose her head when faced with something new.

Naturally athletic with three expressive paces, she demonstrates impressive uphill movement, excellent self-carriage and plenty of presence. She combines her talent with a willing and trainable attitude, making her an exciting prospect for a competitive rider looking to progress through the levels.

Although her production has primarily focused on flatwork, she thoroughly enjoys variety in her work. She happily pops logs whilst out hacking, attends polework sessions and has taken part in small jumping clinics, always approaching her tasks with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.

Having attended several shows and gained valuable experience away from home, she is now ready for someone to take the reins and begin her affiliated career. With her quality breeding, movement and temperament, she has all the attributes to excel in the right hands.

A genuinely exciting mare with a bright future ahead of her.

Offered for sale on behalf of a client. Serious enquiries only as this is a very sad sale.

  • Beautiful chocolate dun gelding

Mike is a much loved member of our family and has been with us for nearly three years. In that time, my daughter has done a bit of everything with him, including Pony Club activities, NSEA, show jumping up to 1m, unaffiliated eventing at 80cm & 90cm, and lots of fun days out including fun rides, he often comes home with ribbons.

He absolutely loves to jump and is always keen and genuine to a fence. Mike is currently training at 1m–1.10m and shows plenty of scope to progress further. He would be ideally suited to a competitive little jockey looking to have lots of fun and success.

He is snaffle mouthed, never strong or silly, and is a very enjoyable, confidence giving ride. He hacks alone and in company and is sensible in open spaces.

We have worked on his dressage and, although that isn’t my daughter’s favourite activity, he is capable of working in a nice outline and has three lovely paces.

Mike is fit, healthy and ready to go and have fun with another rider. He is up to date with vaccinations, worming and teeth.

At home he is easy to manage, lives out happily with us, and is straightforward to handle in all ways. Good to shoe, clip, load, etc.

This is a very sad sale as my daughter has decided to stop riding, and Mike is far too good a pony to be left in the field, he really thrives on being ridden and having a job.

A 5-star home is essential for this pony who has never put a foot wrong for us.

Will come with a full wardrobe, and tack is available under separate negotiation.

We have numerous videos and photos which I am happy to forward to anyone interested.

Finn is a super attractive, quality Irish Sport Horse with a kind nature, correct conformation and a genuine desire to please. Standing out for both his looks and temperament, he is the sort that is becoming increasingly difficult to find.

Traditionally bred, Finn combines the best of Irish and Thoroughbred bloodlines. He is by the Irish Draught stallion Touch of the Emperor, a sire renowned for producing athletic, sensible horses with excellent rideability, substance and versatility. Out of a Thoroughbred mare by the exceptional Dylan Thomas, a multiple Group 1-winning racehorse whose progeny are known for their stamina, toughness and athleticism. This proven combination of Irish Draught and Thoroughbred blood has long been the recipe for producing outstanding all-round sport horses, and Finn is no exception.

A true all-rounder, Finn has enjoyed a varied education and has taken everything in his stride. He has competed at unaffiliated events, including hunter trials, and is confidently jumping courses around 90cm with plenty of ability and scope to progress. He has also attended stay-away camps where he quickly became a firm favourite thanks to his easy-going nature and willingness to get involved in whatever was asked of him.

On the flat, Finn works in three balanced, rhythmical paces and is a horse who genuinely enjoys learning. He is intelligent, trainable and always tries his best for his rider. He recently produced a respectable 66% at Prelim dressage, demonstrating his willingness and natural rideability.

Finn possesses all the attributes required to make a very enjoyable grassroots event horse. He is bold and straightforward cross-country, jumps coloured fences confidently, has plenty of ground cover and remains focused and rideable on the flat.

To hack, he is a pleasure. He is sensible in open spaces, has seen a small variety of light traffic (would need more exposure to be 100%) and is not the type to spook at shadows or create unnecessary drama. He will happily lead or follow and is an enjoyable horse to have out and about.

Finn is one of those horses that is incredibly easy to like. Whilst he may not be destined for international competition, he offers something far more valuable to many riders — a genuine, honest and versatile horse who will throw himself into any job asked of him. Whether your ambitions lie in riding club activities, camps, low-level eventing, hunting, dressage, showjumping or simply enjoying days out with friends, Finn will always turn up with a willing attitude and a smile on his face.

A much-loved horse with a genuine reason for sale, offered on behalf of a client.

A lovely quality Connemara type that has been well started in Ireland and has continued his schooling and training here in the UK
Dan has been XC schooling - he has seen ditches, hedges, walls and water - he is also happily jumping a full course of coloured fences and is currently competing at 80 & 90cm.

This chap shows the scope and temperament to go on a lot further and he is easy to manage and ride in a show atmosphere.

Snaffle mouthed ride and he rides calmly and quietly for his flat work and does not hot up when he is jumping.

Dan is very good out hacking and will go alone or with others and has seen lots of road traffic and heavy farm vehicles, good in open spaces and will canter up front or behind without getting upset.

Good to catch, shoe, lead and tie up, and loads happily in a lorry or a trailer.

A great Allrounder that should school on and go up the ranks in any SJ, RC or PC home.

A super smart, quality gelding with a fabulous outlook and a very versatile profile – a horse that would suit a wide variety of ambitions and is equally appealing for grassroots eventing, riding club activities, hunting or an all-round competition home.

A full Thoroughbred, though very much not your typical fine or weak type. He has substance, presence and a quality sports horse look about him, often passing as more of a traditional sport horse model. Importantly he is not ROR eligible, having never been in race training.

Bred at Gatcombe Park before being purchased by his current owners as a two-year-old, with his full history known. His dam competed as an event mare, whilst his sire was noted for his jumping ability, and he certainly reflects those attributes in both his attitude and natural athleticism.

A very handsome gelding with an excellent way of going. He works in a correct rhythm with a purposeful walk, a balanced and forward-thinking trot and a naturally uphill canter that is easy to maintain. He gives a lovely feel under saddle and is an enjoyable, uncomplicated ride.

He has jumped around courses of 80/90cm and proves to be an incredibly genuine and forgiving type over a fence. He is very much a push-button ride, happily helping his rider out and taking a miss without becoming offended or sharp. He has all the foundations to continue producing in the right hands and would make a very smart grassroots event horse.

Out hacking he is reliable and well exposed. He hacks alone and in company, is sensible in traffic and has seen plenty of village life and general activity. He has also travelled away to clinics and arena hires, proving straightforward and easy to take out and about.

He has been ridden by a teenager, further highlighting his rideability and versatility across different riders.

On the ground he is a lovely horse to have around with a kind personality and easy nature. Good to clip, excellent in the stable and travels particularly well on a lorry. He is better on a lorry than a trailer. Good to trim and handle, though he does require a small amount of sedation for shoeing (not IV sedation).

A genuine, attractive and likeable horse with plenty still to offer and the attitude to excel in numerous spheres.

No silly offers.

  • Actively looking for the best Pony Club ponies
  • Some fabulous knowledgeable homes waiting
  • No fees for sellers
I have motivated clients looking for genuine, kind, quality and proven ponies to take part in all Pony Club activities.

The ponies I would love to hear about are those not needing to be advertised to secure a new home. There is no harm in finding out whether I know of a better home and match. Perhaps you worry about your child finding it upsetting seeing their old pony regularly at rallies etc - then selling out of area could be a better solution.

These are motivated buyers receiving guidance as to what will likely suit their child - not the timewasters regularly reported. In most cases homes are also knowledgeable: simply lacking in time to conduct a search themselves. Most will also wait for the right pony so if you are not ready to sell yet - that is not an issue.

There are some decent budgets available relative to age and medical conditions etc.

All leads will be handled with discretion. Please feel free to give me a call, drop me a WhatsApp or check out my Instagram page @theponysearchagent

BSS Angelos Vidadale (“Echo”)

5-Year-Old | 15.3hh | Chestnut Spot Gelding | Anglo European Studbook (AES)

A striking young gelding with exceptional presence, quality breeding, and a lovely temperament, Echo is an exciting prospect for a confident rider looking to produce a talented horse for the future.

Registered with the Anglo European Studbook (AES), Echo is by Angelo af Asgard and out of Jentle, combining the renowned Lord Leatherdale and Vivaldi bloodlines—breeding celebrated for producing expressive, athletic sport horses with excellent rideability and trainable temperaments.

Standing at 15.3hh, Echo is a compact, athletic gelding with a beautiful chestnut spotted coat that never fails to attract attention. He has a correct frame, naturally balanced paces, and all the quality to excel in the right hands.

Echo was professionally backed as a four-year-old, where he proved willing and eager to learn. After being turned away for a six-month winter break to mature and strengthen, he has returned to work and is now ready to continue his education. He is very much a young horse who would benefit from a confident, knowledgeable rider with patience and consistency—someone who enjoys producing young horses and wants to put their own stamp on one.

Echo has plenty of power, presence, and athleticism, and genuinely enjoys having a job to do. He thrives on regular, consistent work and is not a horse that benefits from long periods off, as time away from work tends to leave him feeling fresh and full of energy.

Following his six-month break, Echo had a few playful leaps during his first couple of rides back under saddle while readjusting to work. Since then, he has been foot-perfect, genuine, and willing in everything asked of him.

He has continued to progress exceptionally well and has recently attended his first showjumping competition, where he behaved impeccably. He worked confidently in the warm-up alongside other horses for the first time and took the whole experience in his stride, proving just how willing and sensible he is when given confidence and consistency.

On the ground, Echo is a genuinely kind, sweet-natured horse who is a pleasure to have around the yard. He is well behaved to load and travel, hacks confidently alone and in company, and takes new experiences in his stride. He has a willing attitude and genuinely enjoys learning, making him a lovely horse to work with every day.

To give complete confidence to his next home, Echo has undergone a full veterinary health check, including back X-rays, all of which are clear. He is in excellent health, has no vices, and is ready to continue progressing.

With his quality breeding, athletic ability, eye-catching looks, trainable attitude, and positive start to his competition career, Echo has all the ingredients to develop into a very smart competition horse. We believe he would be particularly well suited to dressage or showjumping, where his movement, power, and scope can be fully developed by the right rider.

Highlights

* 5-year-old AES gelding
* 15.3hh chestnut spotted
* By Angelo af Asgard out of Jentle (Lord Leatherdale × Vivaldi bloodlines)
* Professionally backed and now back in work after a winter break
* Full veterinary health check including clear back X-rays

* Kind, genuine temperament on the ground
* Athletic, expressive paces with plenty of presence
* Thrives in consistent work
* Best suited to a confident, experienced rider looking to produce a quality young horse
* Outstanding prospect for dressage or showjumping

Echo is a genuinely talented young gelding with all the attributes to make a serious competition partner. He is not a novice ride simply because he is still young and developing, but for someone prepared to continue his education with patience and consistency, he offers huge potential. A quality horse with exceptional breeding, a lovely temperament, and an exciting future ahead.

Mouse is one of my home breds and is sure to be a very special boy in the future!

With his amazing bloodlines he would suit dressage/eventing but equally be a very smart chap for someone to do any job.
His mum is also very well bred coming from a line of hoys winners.

He’s naturally very uphil and balanced with fantastic movement. From being a foal he has had the sweetest temprament and really straight forward to handle.

Has lived most of his life turned out coming in for regular handling ect. He’s just in from the field and has had a bridle/roller on a few times and been a star. He’s only just turned 3 this month so I don’t feel he’s ready to do anymore until later in the year when he’s matured abit more.

15hh 5 year old buckskin cob gelding

Lancelot has been recently backed and ridden away don’t be put off by his age or low ridden mileage he’s wise beyond his years, he’s seen the world as he was my driving horse he’s competed and been driven all over the country just has little ridden miles.

He has recently started schooling work under saddle and is a very quick learner with a super chill attitude to life. Although he’s Not your typical kick along goes off your leg he’s not fizzy in anyway. Snaffle mouthed with manner to die for whilst being ridden and on the ground.

He is well behaved on the yard and in the Feild a pleasure to have around easy to deal with in every way. He has been handled by my tiny tot niece and is polite and unflappable.

Easy low maintenance cob happy to live In Or out in a herd pair or on his own. Will turn out with mares geldings or stallions he’s a real no fuss kind of guy, doesn’t get up set being left behind in the Feild. Keeps his super chill attitude when going to shows settles well in every situation I’ve put him in.

He’s will load into anything lorry trailer forward back ward facing herringbone he travels like a dream you don’t feel him on the back. Good for the farrier will stand all day to be pampered bathed groomed. The children jump all over him he’s not bothered.

Went to his first show little local show and didnt disappoint was loved by the judges came home with ribbons. Would make a lovely show cob with abit more schooling.

Will pop a small fence but jumping isn’t his thing with the size of him. He’s a solid chunky boy heaps of beautiful feather mane and tail yet surprisingly easy self maintained.

He’s a real genuine lad with a heart of gold
I brought him when he was rising 3 as a covering stallion, gelded and broke him myself with no fuss at all he really has been a pleasure to own and is now looking for his new person to take him further. Sad sale this boy was staying with me for life but change in circumstances forces sale home is most definitely more important than price looking for someone that’s looking for a best friend and to love him as much as I do.

Plenty of pictures and videos upon request via what’s app.

Heart-wrenching sale of my homebred gelding as he is a full hand smaller than expected at just over 15hh.

Banquo is an extremely scopey, athletic little horse with a very positive attitude to his work. He has seen enough of the world to crack on and produce now - he's XC schooled, been to SJ training shows, dressage, fun rides etc. He is a fun, forward ride with a superb mouth who would suit a competitive teen or small adult for eventing or showjumping as he has significant potential over fences.

He has excellent ground manners as he was backed and brought on using natural horsemanship methods. He is incredibly friendly and will always come over to be caught or to the door for affection.

An excellent, knowledgeable home is absolutely essential for this much loved horse.

Stunning 16hh 8 year old warm blood by the famous Arko iii. Enzo is quirky, full of character and catches eyes everywhere he goes.

Great opportunity to buy a quality horse with fantastic breeding. Lovely paces, would make a great dressage project.

Would suit a more experienced rider who has the time to put into him. With the right home he has the potential to be something really special.

Is still very green and only been to a handful of shows, but would excel in any area with the right rider. Jumps up to 1.15m at home but lacks ring confidence.

Breeding speaks for itself: Arko iii: Arko III was the Number 1 horse in Europe for 5 consecutive years and won over £1,000,000. Some of his tremendous achievements also include winning the Dubai Classic and being 2nd in the Dubai Grand Prix in 2006. He won the CSIO Rome Grand Prix as well as the CSIO Lucerne Grand Prix and was 2nd in the Cannes Grand Prix. He had numerous Nations Cups double clears and because of his accomplishments his owners were the FEI Winning Owners for two years in a row. In a fitting end to his career, Arko III won the 2008 Spruce Meadows CSIO Masters Tournament before being retired to stud. Navarone jumped to 1.40 and competed to Grand Prix dressage. Navarone was from Jus de pomme , who is the only horse in history to have won double gold at the Olympics. He did so for the German team and individual. He sadly passed away shortly after.
Amongst many more he won Hickstead and 23 individual Grand Prix clear rounds in a row. Thus his blood line is well sort after. Indoctro: Indoctro is a living legend and is among the world's best sires. His offspring achieve successes at the highest level. At the Olympic Games in 2008, three horses by Indoctro attended: VDL Orestus, Don Porfirio and Picolien Zeldenrust. In Holland he is known as VDL Indoctro, while in Germany, following the Holstein naming custom, he is C-Indoctro. By any name he is one of the world’s most successful jumping sires.

He has had the same home his whole life.
Extremely sad sale but we just don’t have the time to give to him that he deserves. Anyone would be lucky to have this special horse.

Where to start about gorgeous Biscuit...

She is a 5yo homebred out of my 14h1 Pony Trial Pony who went BE Novice at 6 years old (who then went on to get lots of placings and wins at BE Novice and CCIP2* competitions); and she is by 'Global Jenson WFS' who is a beautiful 16h1, 1m40 Showjumper.

Biscuit has been started professionally by myself, and from birth has always been the biggest 'yes' girl - who has been the easiest horse to train I have ever had.

She is super to ride on the flat, with such an easy mouth and contact. She is responsive without being sharp, and has started her lateral work, counter canter and gear changes within the paces.

She is immensely brave to jump (i think you could put fire underneath the jump and she wouldn't mind), and is still in a rubber snaffle as she is keen but never strong. As a 5yo she is currently jumping courses of 95cm in training, whilst schooling over individual fences of 1m/1m05.

She has been XC schooling, and again absolutely nothing phases her.

She is just about to start her competition journey, where I fully believe she is going to love all of the fuss and attention that comes with it.

Biscuit would suit an ambitious person who is going to continue her education to excel in any discipline. I see her either with a competitive amateur to win the Badminton Grassroots, or equally a competitive teenager who wants to enjoy doing the Youth competitions.

Biscuit is my first homebred, and has always been my favourite child - so please only serious enquiries as this is a very emotional sale, and I will be very much vetting the homes.

Kind, Well Mannered, Super Steady, unbelievably Safe

Please do not be put off by his age, Norman is unbelievably mature well beyond his years, he is a really nice calm considerate gentleman, he is the most loving easy going horse you could wish to meet, impeccable manners on the ground and ridden, he absolutely loves a cuddle.
Norman is not being sold due to any fault of his own, we are currently reducing stock due to riding school being quiet. We have an arrange of horses and ponies available to purchase.

Dream mother-and-daughter/son share or an ideal partner for a rider looking to progress while keeping safety as a top priority.

Norman is exceptionally steady, calm, and kind in every way. He has a laid-back, easy-going temperament both on the ground and under saddle, making him a pleasure to handle and ride. Despite his sensible nature, he is responsive to the leg and offers three quality paces with plenty of flair and enthusiasm.

He is never spooky, sharp, or silly and always remains calm, relaxed, and willing. For a more experienced rider, he can step up a gear when asked, while still maintaining his sensible and trustworthy attitude. Although still young, Norman has an outstanding work ethic and always tries his hardest to please.

He has recently started jumping small coloured and rustic fences and takes everything in his stride, showing great confidence and bravery, even with the most eye-catching fillers. His lateral work is developing beautifully, and he is proving to be an intelligent, capable horse with a bright future ahead of him.

Norman is a genuine, willing youngster who combines a fantastic temperament with quality movement, making him an exciting prospect for a variety of riders.

Norman was introduced to driving at 3.5 years, he was slowly and gently shown the rope, he is now confident and capable under harness.

He is a fantastic all-rounder.

This is a really fantastic horse for anyone to build up their confidence, continue learning to ride on, would be perfect for happy hacking, low level competitions, showjumping, dressage, cross country, hunting, fun rides, beach rides, he is so easy going he can turn his hoof to anything calmly and safely, absolutely genuine in every way.

Norman is currently working in a professional riding school where he has been ridden by competent novice level riders, intermediate and advanced riders, He participate in our flat work lessons, privates and groups, He is very genuine and forgiving and provides confidence to nervous and inexperienced riders, if they lose a stirrup or balance he comes straight back to walk without even being asked.

Absolutely no vices, when ridden, in the stable or in the field and has brilliant manners enabling anyone to handle him safely and with ease, will stand for hours with no head collar or lead rope being groomed and at a mounting block, he absolutely loves being pampered, bathed and fussed over, he adores attention.

He has exceptional manners and ticks so many boxes for someone looking for a very safe easy Schoolmaster, with no ifs or buts.

He will hack out alone or in company super safe, steady and collected when ridden in all paces across open fields, regardless of wether he is at the front or back of the ride or on his own, he will not rush or pull even on the way home, even after a gallop he will immediately go straight onto a long rein and walk calmly without jogging, he rides away from a large herd of 30 horses while in the same field, he is very independent and not clingy towards other horses.
He would happily live on his own.

Norman will hack through the busiest fast moving traffic imaginable, without batting an eye lid, he is not perturbed by any kind of vehicles or farm machinery, he has seen every vehicle out there.

Snaffle mouth with absolutely no gadgets.

He lives out in a mixed herd (out at night in during the day) he has live out full time or can be stabled full time he is super easy and adaptable. He will stand in a small stall next to 10 other horses for hours in between riding lessons without a problem, he has excellent manners with the farrier and currently barefoot but has been shoed when driving, excellent to catch, load with the farrier, dentist and vet.

He doesn’t need to be ridden every day he can go without work for months then be tacked up and ridden without any fuss, he is extremely low maintenance.
He has never been lame had laminitis, sweet itch or sarcoids.

He has just passed our annual Licence Inspection which is equivalent to a stage 2 vetting.

Looking for a five star private home to give someone the opportunity to purchase a safe and very sensible horse, with so much to offer.

We have a few horses and ponies available to purchase. We are reducing our numbers due to the riding school being quiet. Being sold on behalf of a working livery.

Please don’t let her age put you off, she most definitely is wise and judicious beyond her years, 5 years going on 15 years, typical laid back Clydesdale characteristics.
