Barney is a genuine and straightforward young horse with a lovely attitude to his work.

He happily jumps a course of both coloured and rustic fences, confidently working around 95cm. He is sensible and forgiving, taking a miss in his stride without becoming upset or losing confidence.

On the flat, Barney schools nicely and works in a balanced manner. He is responsive to the leg without being sharp or tedious and is happy to work in a consistent contact. He will work correctly on the bridle when asked but is equally content ridden on a quieter, more static contact.

Barney has been regularly taken out to a variety of venues for both flatwork and jumping.

He hacks quietly both alone and in company and is a pleasure to handle in all respects.

We bought Lee in January with a view to further produce him to then be my disabled daughter’s horse.

He has been foot perfect but he is incredibly clever and wants to do more than just go round in circles in walk for half of his life. He loves going out and doing things and we feel he deserves a more varied and busy life.

He is completely vice free. Good to catch, load, clip and farrier. A small child could handle him.

He’s handsome enough for the show ring too.

He is safe in open spaces and is not strong or silly. He is a well behaved and a mannerly hunter. He is a genuine jumper and moves beautifully. Hacks alone and in company. He has done fun rides, XC and hunting.

He is forward off the leg and soft in the mouth.

He can spook occasionally out hacking if he is unfamiliar with his surroundings. He is getting more and more confident the more he does, but due to his age, this is expected. We would prefer somebody capable to continue his education. He’s too special.

He will ONLY go to the perfect home and we are in no rush to sell him.

Passed a 5 stage vetting in January with full set of good X-rays, including back, all of which any potential buyer can have access to.

Jumping: She is a dirty stopper. This stems purely from a lack of self-confidence rather than nastiness. She has potential to jump up to 60cm but just lacks the confidence!

Good to load if given 10 minutes to process without being rushed. Travels perfectly and quietly, even on long trips (up to 4 hours).

Relatively inexperienced in wider activities due to late backing, so needs a quiet knowledgeable home with lots of love and patience due to an anxious nature and requires a calm, confident rider, not a novice or beginner. Currently ridden by a 15 year old.

Good to handle and currently lives with a young mare. Good to groom, clip, fuss and cuddle but can be sensitive around his ears.

Hacking out well alone and in company, never phased by much and is well adjusted to busy country roads with large farm machinery etc. Julia will always try her heart out and has a very willing attitude to everything asked of her.

Excellent with the farrier,dentist. Easy box, clip and handle. A real pleasure to have around the yard.

Godington Okavango aka Coco (Elite G Hannibal/EH King Arthur) has done it all and got the T shirt. He has been successful qualifying for the Cotswold Cup and Horse Events Championships at 80 and 90cm.

He has also been successful in unaff dressage (Novice) and SJ 90 cm. He would make an ideal Grass roots eventer but IS NOT for sale as a teenagers eventer - please do not ask. He would also knock the judges' eyes out as a show horse as his conformation is faultless and his movement is dead straight - also he he is a real show off with tremendous ring presence and 'look at me' expression. Currently doing pure dressage and has qualified for the next Novice Regional Finals in just two outings - winning his classes. He now moves into Elementary.

Good on the road with all traffic except the heaviest and fastest lorries - alone or in company. Good to clip and with the farrier. Travels like a saint, stands in the lorry all day and doesn't fret in the lorry even if his mates are taken out. This is a really top class horse and we want the best home for him.
