Norman is exceptionally steady, calm, and kind in every way. He has a laid-back, easy-going temperament both on the ground and under saddle, making him a pleasure to handle and ride. He is never spooky, sharp, or silly and always remains calm, relaxed, and willing. Although still young, Norman has an outstanding work ethic and always tries his hardest to please.

Norman was introduced to driving at 3.5 years, he was slowly and gently shown the rope, he is now confident and capable under harness.

Absolutely no vices, when ridden, in the stable or in the field and has brilliant manners enabling anyone to handle him safely and with ease, will stand for hours with no head collar or lead rope being groomed and at a mounting block, he absolutely loves being pampered, bathed and fussed over, he adores attention.

He has exceptional manners and ticks so many boxes for someone looking for a very safe easy Schoolmaster, with no ifs or buts.

He will hack out alone or in company super safe, steady and collected when ridden in all paces across open fields, regardless of wether he is at the front or back of the ride or on his own, he will not rush or pull even on the way home, even after a gallop he will immediately go straight onto a long rein and walk calmly without jogging, he rides away from a large herd of 30 horses while in the same field, he is very independent and not clingy towards other horses.
He would happily live on his own.

Norman will hack through the busiest fast moving traffic imaginable, without batting an eye lid, he is not perturbed by any kind of vehicles or farm machinery, he has seen every vehicle out there.

Snaffle mouth with absolutely no gadgets.

He lives out in a mixed herd (out at night in during the day) he has live out full time or can be stabled full time he is super easy and adaptable. He will stand in a small stall next to 10 other horses for hours in between riding lessons without a problem, he has excellent manners with the farrier and currently barefoot but has been shoed when driving, excellent to catch, load with the farrier, dentist and vet.

He doesn’t need to be ridden every day he can go without work for months then be tacked up and ridden without any fuss, he is extremely low maintenance.
He has never been lame had laminitis, sweet itch or sarcoids.

He has just passed our annual Licence Inspection which is equivalent to a stage 2 vetting.

The odd high fence, she is happier lower level. She is young and still learning.

She would not suit a pure show jumping home as she likes to do a bit of everything. And she needs guidance and pushing forward at the jumps. Her scope is big and For this reason she is not suitable for a beginner. She needs a confident rider as she is 5. Suitable for a teenager or small adult.

My daughter is 13 and has brought her along, my daughter is needing a more forward showjumper as she wants to pure show jump. This is our only reason for this sad sale.

Nera loves hacking in company, galloping through fields and having fun too. She has been taken to pony club where she was great.

She’s ridden in a snaffle and does not get strong at all. In XC she is amazing in big open spaces. She Does not get excited. She loves water and will canter through it with no issues.

She is good alone or in company in the paddock. She is up to date with vaccinations. She also stands to be clipped.

For this reason, Rocco is not suitable for a novice rider or someone looking for a “kick-along” type. In the right hands, he has all the ability to excel in any discipline and would make an outstanding all-round horse.

Rocco was professionally backed at the start of last winter before being turned away to mature. He returned to work in March and has been riding away consistently ever since. Despite his young age, he has taken everything in his stride and continues to impress with his willing attitude and sensible nature.

Since coming back into work, he has enjoyed beach rides, cross-country schooling, flatwork and plenty of hacking. He is very good in open spaces and, although he may be a little more forward in completely new environments, there is never anything silly or naughty about him. A sad sale of a wonderful mare that my Mum is desperate to keep.

Charli is a 16hh 14 year old German warmblood mare with a kind temperament and an easy, willing attitude. She’s a real pleasure to have on the yard and enjoys attention and fuss.

She is good to clip, load, catch, handle, and for the farrier, hacks alone or in company, sensible out and about and to hack, lives in or out although does love coming in on a night. Patrick’s Palomino Prince AKA “Max”

4 year old TGCA Part-Bred Registered Palomino Cob Gelding standing at 14.1hh, with some growing and maturing still to do. Expected to finish around 14.2hh. Rider pictured is 5ft 7.

Max was backed earlier this year and has been brought on slowly and correctly, with his education focused on getting out hacking and seeing the world. He has a kind, laid back temperament, and is now ready for someone to continue his education.

He hacks alone and in company, and is brilliant in traffic. Wagons, tractors, farm machinery, dogs, cows and bikes don’t seem to bother him.

As you’d expect from a 4 year old, Max is green in the school, but he’s straightforward and very willing. He hasn’t been rushed or overproduced and has been allowed time to mature at his own pace. He has a very trainable temperament, takes everything in his stride and genuinely wants to please. He’s regularly hacked on busy country roads and through open fields, and has proved himself to be a sensible and genuine young horse.

Max has no vices. He’s easy to catch, good to load in both a trailer and wagon, good for the farrier, and is up to date with vaccinations, worming and the dentist. He lives happily in or out, gets on well with other horses and is generally very easy to have around.

He’ll stand tied up patiently while you potter about, loves being groomed and fussed over, and stands happily to be bathed. He was clipped for the first time this spring and behaved impeccably throughout.

As good as he is, Max is still a young horse and learning, so he wouldn’t be suited to a beginner at this stage. That said, he has happily carried children and nervous riders under supervision and has always looked after them.

Max is a genuine, kind young cob with a lovely attitude to life. He’s the sort that’s becoming increasingly difficult to find and I’m sure he’ll be someone’s best friend.

She’s a willing and intelligent mare who enjoys a job. She’s produced lovely dressage tests at intro and novice and also shows talent for jumping which she really enjoys.

Good to hack, will go first or last in main roads, country lanes and open spaces. Has seen all traffic and isn’t phased.

She has been to clinics, camps, beach rides and fun rides and competed in ODE.

Currently turned out with mares but has been turned out with geldings in the past.

Good with farrier and dentist.

Good to load. Has had regular maintenance physiotherapy.

Saddle included as it’s been professionally fitted to her.

Due to son now going college. We have made the very difficult decision to sell our stunning mare, River-Rose.

River-Rose is a 10-year-old, 16hh Irish Sport Horse x Thoroughbred mare with a full Irish passport.

She is a forward-going mare, so she is best suited to a confident, knowledgeable rider who will enjoy bringing out her full potential.
We purchased River-Rose from a team chasing family, and we feel this is the type of job she would really excel in.

During the three years we have owned her, she has competed in clear round and showjumping competitions up to 1m, attended pleasure rides, and taken part in polework clinics. She enjoys having a job to do and is always willing to work.

She is stabled during the winter with daytime turnout (weather permitting) and lives out 24/7 throughout the summer. She is happy being left in the stable or field on her own without any fuss.

River-Rose is good to catch, load, travel, shoe and clip. She hacks confidently alone or in company and is currently being lunged as we no longer have a rider.

She is up to date with vaccinations, dentist, farrier and worming, and wants for nothing.

This is a genuinely heartbreaking sale, so finding the right home is our absolute priority. We are in no rush to sell and are looking for a knowledgeable, experienced 5? home where she will continue to thrive.

Meet Lola a truly special mare with talent, experience, and the kindest temperament. A much-loved homebred, Lola is the ultimate amateur schoolmaster and would be perfect for a rider looking to be competitive while enjoying a genuine all-rounder.

On the flat, Lola is beautifully established and gives an incredible feel, often described as riding like a Grand Prix horse. She works in a correct, balanced outline with three expressive, floaty paces and clean, established changes.

Showjumping, Lola is an ideal Bronze League contender and is very competitive up to Newcomers level, having also successfully jumped Foxhunter tracks. She is careful, genuine, and straightforward to a fence.

Cross-country, Lola is brave and confident over rustic fences, happily tackling water, ditches, and steps with a willing attitude.

She is also excellent to hack, easy to manage, and a lovely horse to have around both at home and at shows.

Lola holds a very special place with us as our first homebred. She has been out on lease for the last few years and is now ready to find a wonderful new long-term home where she can continue to shine.
