• She is 15yrs but has only ever two homes and has all of the experience but still low mileage - very fit, well cared for and no lumps, bumps or injuries.

She naturally works in a perfect outline, loves to jump without being fizzy or strong and is great to hack - always in a snaffle. Minnie is brave and not at all spooky.

She is not remotely mareish and has lovely stable/ground manners, good to load, travel, clip and shoe.

We are currently not a competition home but her previous long term home competed in low level dressage and jumping which she loved.

She lives in or out and is very low maintenance to run.

Minnie is forward and responsive but in a good way - if you are looking for a slow kick along plod then she is not for you, we would love her to go to a home where she will have a loving but fun home.

Her breeding is unknown as she has a standard horse passport and was originally bred in Ireland.

Mahoney is a 15hh 10 year old irish mare, Mahoney has been there done that!

She has been a seasoned hunter for 3 years (if i’m correct) and has been round the WORC team chase a handful of times. Mahoney has an incredible brave jump and isn’t afraid to jump anything you point her at!

She is brilliant in open spaces and never gets strong or silly, also is perfect in all traffic!

She can have the odd spook but nothing major or dangerous, she is lovely to handle... but she will not hack alone!

She doesn’t kick or bite, turned out in a heard of 5 with mares and geldings!

Mahoney has been ridden and owned by novices but unfortunately the girl lost her confidence so mahoney was out of work for 2 months but is now back in full work and is a very willing and talented horse and she is wow’s me as the weeks go on with her courage and ability! (I am selling mahoney for a friends friend)

Mahoney is a fun competition pony and took me around my first novice team chase yesterday with no time penalties or refusals.. even leading at times! 

I have also taken her XC schooling where she jumped loads of novice fences with scope to go higher and has been various clinics mainly at 90cm.

She can sometimes put a little bunny hop of excitement in when you get on but it’s never more than 5cm of the ground!

She loads onto a lorry and trailer and travels amazing and stands at competitions happily on the lorry! I’m asking £6500 ono for her, home is more important to me!

GALERO XXXI  - 2013 PRE Gelding, Approx 16hh

Galero has not been rushed in his training but has been exposed and gained lots of experience in different settings.

Dressage: Competed for preliminary through to Elementary. He works well on the flat and is a pleasure to train and would make a lovely BD horse. When competing he always receives promising comments from the judges.

Showjumping: Competed up to 90cm. He had a great attitude and really enjoys jumping, natural ability over a fence with plenty of scope to compete BS/ BE.

Cross-country: Galero has been xc schooling and loved it. He is very careful but brave. He proved to be very genuine and gave everything asked of him a go.
Showing: Galero has been out to local shows and also the GBPRE annual breed show. He was thrown in the deep end at the breed show having not been out much before hand and it being his first stay away show. He behaved impeccably for the whole weekend and took everything in his stride bringing home some 1st place rosettes. The judges were all impressed with what promise he showed.

Hacking: Galero has hacked both on the roads and open fields. He is good in traffic and not spooky or silly. He is good in open spaces and loves to go for a canter with his friends. Galero has also enjoyed a trip to the beach.

I have owned Galero since he was 3yrs old. He was a pleasure to back. He went out on loan in 2019 due to family commitments and I didn't feel ready to sell him. He returned last year and was regularly out competing until lockdown. He has the winter off ( December / January) due to lack of time and has recently come back into work. I have decided that as much as I love him and will be sad to see him go I really cannot give him what he deserves. I have a young family and Galero thrives on regular work and one to one attention and I sadly do not have the time.

Galero needs to go to someone who will give him a varied life, he will not be sold as a first horse or as a mooch around the countryside, he needs a riding club/ competitive home where he will be kept busy as this is what he loves. Galero can be grouchy on the ground and can throw an excitable buck on occasions although is a pretty good boy most of the time.

No vices as I will be having a 5 stage vetting.
