Patch is searching for his right person. Maybe you’re a more novice rider or an older rider looking for a quiet horse that will teach you and give you confidence, but in return needs a little TLC himself. We are offering our hireling for sale due to him needing a. slightly, quieter life. He sometimes needs a little bute, and or a steroid injection also helps him behind. Never really a lame step, just management to keep a nice horse comfortable. Like us, we also need a paracetamol from time to time, with many miles left on the clock and far from hanging up our riding boots!

He is a real schoolmaster. No vices. No blemishes. Loads of experience in showjumping, hunting, showing, dressage & a real cross country machine. 

Good to clip, catch, load, travel and shoe. Schooled beautifully on the flat and good enough for the show ring. Hacks alone and not silly in company. Will pop a course of 90cm easily and is not scared of fillers or solid fences. Has hunted many seasons and could still do.

Fab & fun horse to take out on your own or with friends. Has been to loads of fun rides & beach rides.

Teddy has been with us sence a 2 yr old and has been produced by us and has been ridden by a 9 yr old and has always minded him .teddy is really quite to handle and rides out alone and in company is super quite in traffic.

Tattoo is a quiet, safe and proven young hunt horse. A true all-rounder with plenty of engine when needed, definitely not a plod. He covers the ground well, looks after his rider across any country and is excellent over wire, gates and varied terrain.

Approx 16.1h ID x TB (although none of us are sure where the thoroughbred in him is hiding as he’s built like a tank with plenty of bone!). Bug has spent the last few years on loan to a novice rider due to his owner’s circumstances, during this time he looked after her taking her to local shows and clear rounds, hacking & light schooling. Prior to this Bug spent time in an RDA riding school and has spent time out hunting which he has thoroughly enjoyed!

We have thoroughly enjoyed seeing what he can do over the past few months of him being with us but unfortunately it’s now time for him to find a person to have fun with him.

Since being here he’s hacked out lots, cantered round fully tackless stopping and steering of a neck rope, jumped some big beefy jumps including lots of fillers which he’s always been super bold over and been a good babysitting horse in the field on turnout as he’s easy going with a kind playful streak with other horses.

I bought Benny just over a year ago.

He has done a little bit of everythig.

Grid/Pole work clinics.

Low level Showjumping and dressage competitions.

Arena eventing and completed 1 small ODE earlier this year.

He has lovely paces, but is not the most forward of horses. Still green, but this is due to his age.

He requires consistant regular work (Which unfortunatley havent got the facilities for).

He is not keen on hacking alone, he does prefer company.

I am an older lady and due to his age and green ness he is just too much horse for me.

He would be for suitable for a younger confident rider.

He will make someone who has the time a lovely horse.

Trev is the sweetest, cheekiest boy with the most lovable personality, he is good to do in all ways and behaves perfectly for the clippers, turnout and to catch, loading/traveling, farrier, physio, dentist, vet etc. He is a friendly boy with both people and horses and will live in or out. He loves a fuss and will be groomed all day.

His ridden career is coming along nicely, he loves his hacking, going alone or in company and is generally unfazed by everything including heavy traffic, in the school he is typically more woah than go, although since having him he has come on alot but will still have his lazy moments, requiring someone with time and a gentle approach to continue his education.

He is snaffle mouthed and has been to somerford farm ride, where he behaved perfectly, happily going in the water, we did not jump him as he is still only a baby, although he has popped over some small cross country jumps previously, videos available on request.

Trev comes with his full wardrobe, to include outdoor and indoor rugs of various weights, his bridle, his Kent and Masters saddle (which is in perfect condition and has recently been checked by the saddle fitter) and various other items. He is up to date with vaccines, worming, teeth, physio, saddle fitter and feet.

Trev really is a genuine, honest, special baby with so much to give, finding him a loving home is the most important thing for us and for him as he deserves nothing less.

Trev has no stable vices and is open to vetting, but has recently passed a 5 stage vetting and had a health check a couple weeks ago. His calm and adaptable temperament means he would suit a wide variety of homes, he would make a fantastic mother–daughter share, or a trustworthy and fun happy hacker for someone wanting an easy, enjoyable companion. Would love to find my boy Walton Blue Eyed Boy his forever home

Blue is a very handsome bright bay registered Shire gelding. He will be 6 this year and is a big boy currently measuring at 18.3hh. He is very striking with lots of feather and unique blue eyes.

Blue is good to catch, shoe, clip, travels in a lorry and trailer. Will hack alone and in company. Is not bothered by traffic and being bought up on a farm is used to farm animals, large machinery and dogs.

He has been shown very successfully in hand and last year started under saddle. We've even done some BD.

Due to his size we've taken things slowly. He's done a little bit of everything but wouldn't be suitable for a novice. He is still green and needs more milage. He may be massive but he's a sensitive chap and takes his confidence from his handler/rider.

This is an incredibly hard decision. We have owned Blue from 6 months old but due to my daughter now competing more I just do not have the time he deserves. Would love for him to find a person to give him the one to one and love he deserves.
Home is the most important thing.

Please bear in mind, he really is 18.3hh, he will need a big stable. He is nearly a tonne of horse and he isn't going to go like a thoroughbred or Arab. He is bred to pull.
