This horse is for sale purely because I am la mature lady and finding it hard to carry out all the work required to keep my own horse

He is amazing to hack - 100% in traffic etc . If another horse is naughty he takes no notice at all - ears are always forward - so comfy - very safe but very enjoyable too. He has never been schooled so he is sold as a hacking and hunting horse He is amazing with other horses and can go out with mares or geldings. He is ridden in a snaffle at all times - he does not pull or spook or fizz or anything goes behind or in front not bothered

He is a type hard to find but he is not a dressage horse! His lovely tack which is a 17.5 inc brown GP and his 2 bridles and 3 outdoor and one indoor rug all go with him along with girths and numnahs all in pristine condition.

Although only 14.1hh she takes up your leg and is ridden by 5’7 rider.

Hacks out alone or in company and is the sort that the horse can canter off and she won’t panic. Lovely active paces so you don’t have to constantly kick, but can still remain ridden on the buckle. Never strong and always ridden in a plain snaffle with no flash or martingale. Jumps little logs and ditches out no problem. Has been hacked out by 12 year old too.

She’s done lots of off road hacking and now we have move yards also is hacking around the lanes. Not faized with either. Can have the the very occasional look at something but nothing a little pat and reassurance doesnt fix and she will carry on. She doesn’t do anything at all, but untill is settled into new home I’d say a nervous rider shouldn’t hack her but once she is settled she could easily be hacked by a nervous or novice rider.

Ridden mileage slightly lower for age as believed to have been driven in the past home although we have only ridden her. So for this reason in the school she’s a little green. Although she will walk , trot , canter and pop a little jump. But for someone that’s learning to ride or very nervous she’s not quite established enough for me to say suitable right now (with another month schooling I would say she would be)



Willow is a really sweet lovable mare. No issues she’s easy to have around the yard living in the stable or out 24/7.

Super easy to load and take to new places alone, great with the farrier, had teeth done last month and Has also been clipped without sedation also.

isn’t needy to other horses and is the sort can be left weeks at a time and just hop straight on.


Would make a perfect happy hacker/hunt. Or with a little more work could be a lovely Allrounder doing a bit of everything.

Stunning over-height Connemara part-bred, ready to excel in any discipline.

Currently measures in just shy of 15hh (likely to mature at 15.1hh), rising 5yo dapple grey Connie X mare. Her breeding is unfortunately unrecorded but she oozes quality and reflects a very nice mix of Connemara and possible ID breeding.

Mia is proving herself as a superb all-rounder with a great attitude to work and a natural talent for jumping. She has been lightly produced since being broken last year, having had time away to mature over the winter. She is unspoilt and ready to further her education with someone who has a good understanding of youngsters.

Mia has been out to local training shows and is performing clear confident rounds at 60cm, she is jumping 70cm at home (SJ & XC) and has loose jumped over 90cm fences with ease. She really loves her jumping and will take you to a fence despite her relative inexperience, she's not phased by fillers in the slightest.

Mia has XC schooled up to 70cm, she doesn't hesitate into water and has breezed over ditches. Mia has also completed a hound exercise at the end of last year and proved sensible.

She works into a natural frame on the flat with ground-covering paces. She progressing well on the flat. She is active & responsive but not in the slightest bit fizzy.

Mia will hack alone and in company safely. She likes to lead but will go behind when asked. She is proven in a wide variety of traffic (including tractors, motorbikes and bicycles). She is safe in open spaces and hacks quietly around our 120acre farm, riding out past our stallions with no bother.

Mia would suit someone wanting put their own stamp on a quality youngster. She's seen enough of the world to prove reliable in all disciplines but has a relatively low mileage/unspoilt.

She is excellent to groom, load, clip, bath, lead, catch, for vet & farrier and is just generally a lovely person to be around. Currently barefoot and on minimal feed so is a low-maintenance good-doer!

This mare has a very bright future and is ideally looking for her forever home.

Genuine Sale due to giving up, due to my health problems. Was sent to a yard to get her riding in 2022 - see video in indoor school. Due to the sad retirement of my beautiful horse, I am now searching for a steady, trustworthy best friend to enjoy new adventures with. We have a super, kind & knowledgeable family home along with my retired boy, our daughter’s pony & our 2 Shetlands. Our horses are treated as part of our family & receive the absolute best of care & I would be happy to provide references & to keep in touch.

I have ridden for several years & consider myself a knowledgeable & capable rider. However, I am a middle-aged mum who has been mostly out of the saddle over the last four years (due to my horses ongoing health issues) so I am certainly no longer as confident as I used to be! I look forward to enjoying much more sedate adventures nowadays, so I am seeking a laid-back best friend who does not require a fast-paced way of life or need riding most days to remain safe & sane.

We will be enjoying leisurely hacks, attending organised pleasure rides, lots of forest trips & maybe the odd clinic but nothing competitive. I will often be hacking alongside my young daughter on her pony so it is especially important that I find a truly steady, trustworthy type who I can depend on.
Our horses are kept at home with us, so he/she needs to be gentle natured, enjoy attention & be safe to handle on the ground as the children are often around with me.

We live in a rural area & although we generally meet very little traffic, it is likely to be a tractor/farm vehicle, so it is very important that my new horse is trustworthy around this type of traffic. Although I will often hack out with my daughter or friends, I will also be hacking alone at times so he/she must be happy/safe hacking out solo.

I do appreciate that no horse is ‘perfect’ or ‘bombproof’ & I am open to compromise but please do just be honest about any possible known ‘issues’ as I will not buy unseen & would wish to have the horse vetted.

We are based in Norfolk so ideally looking for something in or around East Anglia but would travel further if plenty of info, videos/photos could be provided beforehand. I have a sensible budget & very relaxed & loving forever home for the right horse.

Romeo has a heart as huge as him. He is so loving and gentle on the ground.

Last year I sent him to will moreton for 6 months of show production. Over the winter I took him hunting and too the beach and more recently I have been competing unaffiliated dressage on him.

Very easy straightforward ride. Hacks alone and in company. Good to shoe, box clip.

Sad sale but he is being completed wasted due to lack of time.
