Fun all rounder who has been in a competitive novice home and been and done everything, qualifying for both SJ and XC at sunshine tour level and doing a bit of everything from camps to fun rides and hunting.

Timmy is a solid cob who is quiet to ride, he has been with his owners nearly 3 years and been and done everything with them. From camps to hunting and lots of unaffiliated show jumping. Timmy is a very easy ride, rock steady out hacking alone and in company and would suit most riders. Would suit most riders and is a genuine novice ride. Unfortunately Timmy has got the upper hand with his owners on the ground and they feel in this respect, despite being perfect to ride, he is too much for them to deal with and he’s looking for a new home. We haven’t had any problems with Timmy on our yard but he is professionally managed and not allowed to get away with anything, I’m happy to chat this all through on the phone with anyone before coming to make sure he’s going to the right type of people! He has been very much spoilt and now needs to go to a horse savvy home who won’t spend hours fussing him and giving him endless treats and will simply tell him to get on with it! He’s not a cuddly pet type and prefers his own space with clear boundaries in place. He would be the type of horse that would be perfect for a riding school environment where he is professionally managed as is a very simple novice ride and enjoys his job. He’s no real bother but needs routine and to be managed and treated as a horse.

He loves his jumping and has been out competing in all disciplines from cross poles to 80cm, he’s very genuine to jump and really enjoys it. Loves SJ and XC and will give someone a safe introduction to jumping. Timmy has competed and been placed at the sunshine tour for the past two years with wins and placings. He is a real unaffiliated fun horse.

To hack he is super, goes alone or in company and is excellent in traffic. He’s not strong or silly and does everything in a snaffle. He’s been on many fun rides, hunted, been to the beach etc.

Good to catch ( lives in or out), shoe, load, had a bit of dope for clipping as is a bit ticklish. Just likes his own space and doesn’t want people in his face 24/7!
